LG-VLN: A Zero-Shot Vision-and-Language Navigation Framework with LangGraph State Orchestration

Continuous-environment vision-and-language navigation (VLN-CE) requires interpreting natural-language instructions in unseen 3D environments and executing continuous low-level actions. Existing methods often depend on LiDAR, panoramic cameras, or extra sensors; separate geometric-mapping and semantic-navigation visual representations can cause long-trajectory spatial-semantic inconsistencies. We propose LG-VLN, a monocular zero-shot framework with shared visual features and LangGraph-based state orchestration. An online feed-forward 3D reconstruction network predicts depth, camera poses, and dense point clouds for agent-pose estimation and global map fusion. Geometry and navigation share dense CleanDIFT features: semantic consistency rejects incorrect inter-frame correspondences, while target-instance constraints define visual references whose similarity combines with local BLIP-2 image-text relevance to form a semantic value map. LangGraph represents instruction parsing, geometric perception, semantic value updates, path planning, action execution, and failure recovery as a directed state graph with conditional transitions, persistent state, and modular recovery mechanisms. On a fixed 550-episode subset of the R2R-CE val-unseen split, LG-VLN achieves 21.3% success and 12.1% success weighted by path length. Ablations show shared semantic features improve navigation, further boosted by combining visual similarity and image-text relevance. Results establish shared visual representations and explicit state orchestration as effective for zero-shot VLN-CE using monocular RGB alone. Code will be publicly released for reproducibility.

PPDL: A Real-world Industrial User Retention Ratio Forecasting Framework Integrating Physical Priors with Deep Learning

In multi-channel paid user acquisition, early and accurate prediction of user retention at the channel level is crucial for optimizing budget allocation. User retention curves display a pronounced temporal pattern: an initial period of high churn transitions into long-term stability. This pattern is further characterized by regular fluctuations attributable to seasonality and exhibits high serial autocorrelation. These intrinsic properties make such curves highly suitable for analysis within a time-series forecasting framework. However, forecasting user retention ratio for large-scale short-video platform faces three major challenges: significant heterogeneity across channels, pronounced global trend of decay followed by saturation, and short look-back windows. To address these challenges, we propose PPDL, a novel forecasting framework that integrates physical priors with deep learning. We first introduce a trend-residual decomposition component. The trend is modeled using the Weibull distribution, whose parameters are learned via a Multilayer Perceptron (MLP). Secondly, for the residual component, we design an auxiliary embedding module on top of a deep learning backbone to maintain the channel identity awareness. Finally, to enhance the model's sensitivity to trends, we design a Multiscale Trend-penalized loss function. The proposed approach PPDL is validated through comprehensive experiments on industrial-scale datasets, covering three applications with an average of 30+ channels each. Experimental results show that PPDL achieves improvements across different backbones and significantly outperforms existing online solutions.

RobustSGPO: Search-Space Control for Agent Harness Evolution

Semantic-gradient-based prompt optimization (SGPO) improves agent harnesses using execution feedback, but its local update rule leaves the choice of edit scope and operation unresolved. We introduce RobustSGPO, which specifies the requested edit, constructs and checks the patch, and continues search from either the incumbent or retained snapshots. We evaluate permission scheduling, cumulative controls, and task-family transfer in the AgentX brainstorming workflow using 120 tasks, 95 runs, and 7,350 candidate attempts. Periodic $1\to2\to3$ scheduling exceeds fixed maximum permission by 0.28 test-score points. RobustSGPO increases completion on 30 held-out tasks from 60.0% to 80.0% and improves test quality from 3.77 to 4.14 under a 20-million-token budget. Category retention reduces source-task degradation after a shift, whereas random retention reaches a higher destination endpoint. Search-space control benefits quality through executable edits and alternative starting points, with measurable retention overhead.

RecGen3D: Reconstruction-Guided 3D Generation in a Shared Canonical Space

Sparse-view 3D modeling represents a fundamental tension between reconstruction fidelity and generative plausibility. While feed-forward reconstruction excels in efficiency and input alignment, it often lacks the global priors needed for structural completeness. Conversely, diffusion-based generation provides rich geometric details but struggles with multi-view consistency. We present RecGen3D, a framework that combines these two paradigms into a cooperative system. To overcome inherent conflicts in coordinate spaces, 3D representations, and training objectives, we align both models within a shared canonical space. We employ decoupled cooperative learning, which maintains stable training while enabling seamless collaboration during inference. Specifically, the reconstruction module is adapted to provide canonical geometric anchors, while the diffusion generator leverages latent-augmented conditioning to refine and complete the geometric structure. Experimental results demonstrate that RecGen3D achieves superior fidelity and robustness, outperforming existing methods in creating complete and consistent 3D models from sparse observations.

Hunyuan3D-Buffalo 1.0: A Unified Multimodal Model for Scalable 3D Generation, Understanding, and Editing

Recent advances in image generation have demonstrated the potential of unified multimodal models that integrate understanding, generation, and editing. However, unified 3D modeling remains constrained by scarce multimodal data, particularly the lack of large-scale and geometrically consistent editing data. To address this limitation, we propose Hunyuan3D-Buffalo 1.0, a unified framework supporting 3D understanding, text-to-3D generation, instruction-guided 3D editing, and text-grounded part generation within a single architecture. To enable scalable training, we construct an 87M-scale 3D multimodal corpus, comprising 25M understanding samples, 50M text-to-3D pairs, and 12M editing pairs generated using Nano3D-v2. Architecturally, the framework combines Hunyuan3D-VLM for semantic, structural, and spatial understanding with Hunyuan3D DiT for high-fidelity 3D synthesis. The VLM provides multimodal semantic conditions for generation, while editing and part generation additionally condition the diffusion process on the source object representation to preserve its overall structure and unedited regions. Extensive experiments show that Hunyuan3D-Buffalo 1.0 achieves state-of-the-art or leading performance on text-to-3D generation and 3D editing benchmarks, while exhibiting strong understanding and part-generation capabilities. Our analysis further shows that both generation and understanding improve editing, demonstrating the effectiveness of unified 3D multimodal training. High-Order Quadrature for Implicitly Defined Surfaces and Regions

We propose a high-order quadrature method for integrating over curves, surfaces, and enclosed regions defined implicitly as zero level sets of smooth functions. The method combines a mesh adjustment procedure with local change-of-variables parametrizations on cut elements. The mesh adjustment moves background mesh vertices away from the interface, ensuring a simple and nondegenerate intersection pattern between the level set and the simplicial mesh. On each cut element, the interface is parametrized by solving one-dimensional nonlinear equations along prescribed rays, reducing surface and region integration to standard Gauss--Legendre quadrature on fixed reference domains. The resulting curve and surface quadrature rules are local, nonrecursive, and have strictly positive weights. We prove high-order accuracy for curve, surface, and region integrals in two and three dimensions under natural smoothness and mesh consistency assumptions. Numerical experiments on representative implicit geometries confirm the predicted convergence rates.

A High-Order Surface Finite Element Method Based on Intersections with Background Tetrahedral Meshes

This paper develops a high-order surface finite element method for elliptic equations posed on a smooth closed surface implicitly defined as the zero level set of a function in three dimensions. In contrast to classical surface finite element methods that start from a prescribed triangulation of the surface, the proposed method constructs the discrete surface space from the intersections between the exact surface and an ambient tetrahedral mesh. More precisely, an active tetrahedral shell is generated around the implicit surface, and each cut tetrahedron contributes either a triangular or a quadrilateral surface patch according to its intersection pattern with the zero level set. The finite element space is first defined on the resulting piecewise planar cut surface and is then lifted to the exact surface by local level-set-based parameterizations. The resulting method combines features of surface FEM and unfitted/trace methods. Like surface FEM, it produces a conforming finite element space on the exact surface after lifting; however, the geometry and finite element space are induced by intersections with background tetrahedra like unfitted/trace methods. We prove that the local lifting maps agree pointwise across common faces and assemble into a global homeomorphism. We also derive explicit formulas for tangent vectors, Gram matrices, mass and stiffness integrals, and prove stability and high-order derivative estimates for the lifting maps. The latter estimates are formulated in broken Sobolev norms and lead to a Cea-type energy-norm error bound for the proposed high-order lifted surface finite element method.

Beyond Global Latents: Chunk-Based Sparse Grid VAE for Scalable 3D Modeling

Sparse voxel grids preserve the spatial structure needed for detailed 3D reconstruction, but their memory still grows rapidly with resolution as active surface cells increase. We introduce ChunkVAE, a sparse grid variational autoencoder organized around local chunks rather than a global latent volume. Local learned operators permit independently chosen encoder and decoder partitions and allow inference chunk sizes to differ from training. Two complementary data operators make this flexibility practical: Balanced Binary Object Partitioning distributes active cells while limiting replicated overlap, while S-Curve weighted stitching attenuates unreliable boundary features when assembling a global latent or reconstruction. Across three object benchmarks, ChunkVAE is competitive with or better than strong baselines from $512^3$ to $1536^3$; smaller chunks lower peak allocated memory and shorten per-chunk compute, enabling faster parallel inference. Stable stitched latents and improved image to 3D metrics indicate that local compression can scale geometry while retaining the global interface required downstream.

Mesh BDF: Barycentric Dominance Field for 3D Native Mesh Generation

Autoregressive (AR) modeling has recently achieved remarkable progress in native 3D mesh generation, largely due to its natural ability to handle variable-length, discrete data structures. However, the inherent constraints of the AR paradigm severely restrict the generated meshes, leading to limited face counts, bounded vertex resolutions, and difficulties in supporting textures. To overcome these bottlenecks, we propose the Barycentric Dominance Field (BDF), a continuous representation defined on triangular mesh surfaces that elegantly encodes vertex topological connectivity. BDF bridges the fundamental gap between discrete mesh topology and continuous diffusion-based generative modeling by transforming connectivity into a continuous surface signal. As an intrinsic mesh property, BDF shares strong similarities with texture maps, enabling its seamless integration into existing 3D diffusion pipelines without requiring architectural modifications. Extensive experiments demonstrate that BDF empowers diffusion models to generate native meshes with significantly higher quality, greater scalability, and stronger robustness compared to state-of-the-art autoregressive methods.

AgentX: Towards Agent-Driven Self-Iteration of Industrial Recommender Systems

Recommendation algorithm iteration is moving from an artisanal, engineer-bound process toward an industrialized research loop, but this transition remains blocked by a structural execution bottleneck: the idea-to-launch cycle still depends on human engineers to generate hypotheses, modify production code, launch A/B experiments, and attribute online results. Innovation therefore scales linearly with headcount rather than compounding with evidence, compute, and accumulated experimental knowledge. We present AgentX, a production-deployed multi-agent system that fundamentally restructures this production function. AgentX operates as a self-evolving development engine: it autonomously generates, implements, evaluates, and learns from recommendation experiments at a scale and pace that no manual workflow can sustain. The system orchestrates four tightly coupled stages in a closed loop. A Brainstorm Agent synthesizes evidence from historical experiments, system architecture, data analysis, and external research into ranked, executable proposals. A Developing Agent translates each proposal into production-ready code through repository-grounded generation and multi-dimensional reliability verification. An Evaluation Agent conducts safe online rollout with guardrail-vetoed A/B judgment, converting both successes and failures into structured knowledge assets. A Harness Evolution layer (SGPO) then distills execution trajectories into semantic-gradient updates that continuously sharpen the agents themselves -- making the system not merely automated, but self-improving.

PolyFlow: Continuous Topology Embedding Flow Matching for Artist-style Mesh Generation

Autoregressive Transformers dominate high-quality mesh generation by producing artist-worthy topologies, yet their inherent sequential decoding induces substantial computational overhead, falling orders of magnitude slower than parallel generative models. On the other hand, while continuous diffusion and flow-matching methods support efficient parallel synthesis across a variety of domains, they cannot be directly applied to meshes: mesh connectivity is inherently discrete and incompatible with standard continuous noise injection and denoising operations. To resolve this fundamental incompatibility, we introduce a compact topology embedder that projects discrete mesh vertex positions and normals into continuous per-vertex embeddings, where the original discrete adjacency information can be faithfully recovered via spacetime distance thresholding. After pretraining and freezing this embedder, any raw mesh can be fully converted into a continuous per-vertex state space unifying position, normal, and implicit topological attributes. Built upon this novel continuous mesh representation, we present PolyFlow, a Transformer-based flow-matching framework that achieves fully parallel vertex state denoising conditioned on extracted point-cloud features. During inference, our model completes generation rapidly via an ODE solver, and supports explicit, precise control over output mesh resolution by directly specifying the target vertex count. Extensive evaluations on the Toys4K benchmark demonstrate that PolyFlow surpasses state-of-the-art autoregressive baselines in both Chamfer Distance and Hausdorff Distance.

RegimeVGGT: Layer-Wise Spatially Preserving Redundancy Removal for Visual Geometry Grounded Transformer

Visual Geometry Grounded Transformer (VGGT) recovers dense 3D scene structure from multi-view images in one forward pass, but quadratic cross-frame attention limits its scalability. Existing training-free accelerators reduce computation uniformly along one axis, missing layer heterogeneity. Our spectral, probing, and causal analyses reveal three regimes: shallow layers lack cross-view structure, middle layers drive cross-view alignment, and deep layers are redundant for dense geometry yet their cross-frame attention remains essential for pose. RegimeVGGT applies layer-wise U-shaped compression along two axes: Saliency-Guided Banded Merging protects geometry- and edge-salient tokens, while Selectively Protected K/V Downsampling preserves cross-frame spatial coverage and the pose-critical path through a phase-shifted spatial grid, a reference-frame anchor, and uncompressed camera/register tokens. Training-free, RegimeVGGT achieves a 6.7x speedup over VGGT* at matched reconstruction quality.

Hunyuan3D 2.0: Scaling Diffusion Models for High Resolution Textured 3D Assets Generation

We present Hunyuan3D 2.0, an advanced large-scale 3D synthesis system for generating high-resolution textured 3D assets. This system includes two foundation components: a large-scale shape generation model -- Hunyuan3D-DiT, and a large-scale texture synthesis model -- Hunyuan3D-Paint. The shape generative model, built on a scalable flow-based diffusion transformer, aims to create geometry that properly aligns with a given condition image, laying a solid foundation for downstream applications. The texture synthesis model, benefiting from strong geometric and diffusion priors, produces high-resolution and vibrant texture maps for either generated or hand-crafted meshes. Furthermore, we build Hunyuan3D-Studio -- a versatile, user-friendly production platform that simplifies the re-creation process of 3D assets. It allows both professional and amateur users to manipulate or even animate their meshes efficiently. We systematically evaluate our models, showing that Hunyuan3D 2.0 outperforms previous state-of-the-art models, including the open-source models and closed-source models in geometry details, condition alignment, texture quality, and etc. Hunyuan3D 2.0 is publicly released in order to fill the gaps in the open-source 3D community for large-scale foundation generative models. Pointer-CAD: Unifying B-Rep and Command Sequences via Pointer-based Edges & Faces Selection

Constructing computer-aided design (CAD) models is labor-intensive but essential for engineering and manufacturing. Recent advances in Large Language Models (LLMs) have inspired the LLM-based CAD generation by representing CAD as command sequences. But these methods struggle in practical scenarios because command sequence representation does not support entity selection (e.g. faces or edges), limiting its ability to support complex editing operations such as chamfer or fillet. Further, the discretization of a continuous variable during sketch and extrude operations may result in topological errors. To address these limitations, we present Pointer-CAD, a novel LLM-based CAD generation framework that leverages a pointer-based command sequence representation to explicitly incorporate the geometric information of B-rep models into sequential modeling. In particular, Pointer-CAD decomposes CAD model generation into steps, conditioning the generation of each subsequent step on both the textual description and the B-rep generated from previous steps. Whenever an operation requires the selection of a specific geometric entity, the LLM predicts a Pointer that selects the most feature-consistent candidate from the available set. Such a selection operation also reduces the quantization error in the command sequence-based representation. To support the training of Pointer-CAD, we develop a data annotation pipeline that produces expert-level natural language descriptions and apply it to build a dataset of approximately 575K CAD models. Extensive experimental results demonstrate that Pointer-CAD effectively supports the generation of complex geometric structures and reduces segmentation error to an extremely low level, achieving a significant improvement over prior command sequence methods, thereby significantly mitigating the topological inaccuracies introduced by quantization error.

The Two-Stage Decision-Sampling Hypothesis: Understanding the Emergence of Self-Reflection in RL-Trained LLMs

Self-reflection capabilities emerge in Large Language Models after RL post-training, with multi-turn RL achieving substantial gains over SFT counterparts. Yet the mechanism of how a unified optimization objective gives rise to functionally distinct capabilities of generating solutions and evaluating when to revise them remains opaque. To address this question, we introduce the Gradient Attribution Property to characterize how reward gradients distribute across policy components, formalized through the Two-Stage Decision-Sampling (DS) Hypothesis, which decomposes the policy into sampling ($π_{sample}$) for generation and decision ($π_{d}$) for verification. We prove that surrogate rewards exhibit Balanced Gradient Attribution, while SFT and KL penalties exhibit Unbalanced Gradient Attribution, with length-weighting creating asymmetric regularization that constrains $π_{sample}$ while leaving $π_{d}$ under-optimized, providing an theoretical explanation of why RL succeeds where SFT fails. We also empirically validate our theoretical predictions on arithmetic reasoning demonstrates that RL's superior generalization stems primarily from improved decision-making ($π_{d}$) rather than sampling capabilities, providing a first-principles mechanistic explanation for self-correction in thinking models.

Topology-Preserved Auto-regressive Mesh Generation in the Manner of Weaving Silk

Existing auto-regressive mesh generation approaches suffer from ineffective topology preservation, which is crucial for practical applications. This limitation stems from previous mesh tokenization methods treating meshes as simple collections of equivalent triangles, lacking awareness of the overall topological structure during generation. To address this issue, we propose a novel mesh tokenization algorithm that provides a canonical topological framework through vertex layering and ordering, ensuring critical geometric properties including manifoldness, watertightness, face normal consistency, and part awareness in the generated meshes. Measured by Compression Ratio and Bits-per-face, we also achieved state-of-the-art compression efficiency. Furthermore, we introduce an online non-manifold data processing algorithm and a training resampling strategy to expand the scale of trainable dataset and avoid costly manual data curation. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach, showcasing not only intricate mesh generation but also significantly improved geometric integrity.

HY3D-Bench: Generation of 3D Assets

While recent advances in neural representations and generative models have revolutionized 3D content creation, the field remains constrained by significant data processing bottlenecks. To address this, we introduce HY3D-Bench, an open-source ecosystem designed to establish a unified, high-quality foundation for 3D generation. Our contributions are threefold: (1) We curate a library of 250k high-fidelity 3D objects distilled from large-scale repositories, employing a rigorous pipeline to deliver training-ready artifacts, including watertight meshes and multi-view renderings; (2) We introduce structured part-level decomposition, providing the granularity essential for fine-grained perception and controllable editing; and (3) We bridge real-world distribution gaps via a scalable AIGC synthesis pipeline, contributing 125k synthetic assets to enhance diversity in long-tail categories. Validated empirically through the training of Hunyuan3D-2.1-Small, HY3D-Bench democratizes access to robust data resources, aiming to catalyze innovation across 3D perception, robotics, and digital content creation.

CUPID: Generative 3D Reconstruction via Joint Object and Pose Modeling

We introduce Cupid, a generative 3D reconstruction framework that jointly models the full distribution over both canonical objects and camera poses. Our two-stage flow-based model first generates a coarse 3D structure and 2D-3D correspondences to estimate the camera pose robustly. Conditioned on this pose, a refinement stage injects pixel-aligned image features directly into the generative process, marrying the rich prior of a generative model with the geometric fidelity of reconstruction. This strategy achieves exceptional faithfulness, outperforming state-of-the-art reconstruction methods by over 3 dB PSNR and 10% in Chamfer Distance. As a unified generative model that decouples the object and camera pose, Cupid naturally extends to multi-view and scene-level reconstruction tasks without requiring post-hoc optimization or fine-tuning.
