FlowCheck: Helping End-Users Specify and Verify Intent in Vibe-Coded Web Apps

Vibe-coded applications often contain silent behavioral failures in which the interface appears functional even though user-visible information does not flow to the expected state or output. We introduce FlowCheck, a constraint language to specify these user-visible information flows directly through the application interface, where constraints can also be displayed and inspected without reading code, and are structured enough for reliable LLM generation. FlowCheck translates the constraints into deterministic CodeQL analyses, and we evaluate it across four applications generated via Claude Code, and compare with three coding models as bug-finding baselines. We find that FlowCheck correctly translates and flags all 30 of our injected constraint violations with no false positives. In contrast, frontier models (Claude Opus 4.7, DeepSeek V3, and Gemini Pro) showed significantly lower accuracy when prompted to find bugs in the same code, with none achieving full accuracy. This approach lets vibe coders state intent in terms of the interface they understand, and checks it deterministically against the code they do not.

Global well-posedness of strong solutions to the initial-boundary value problem for a two-dimensional stress-diffusive Oldroyd-B model in the creeping flow regime

This paper investigates the global well-posedness of strong solutions to a stress-diffusive Oldroyd-B system in two-dimensional smooth bounded domains in the zero Reynolds number (creeping flow) regime. The stress-diffusion term is kept explicit throughout the paper and is understood as the usual center-of-mass diffusion regularization of the Oldroyd-B constitutive equation. In the corresponding non-diffusive creeping-flow setting, the strongest available result is a Beale-Kato-Majda type breakdown criterion for the three-dimensional Cauchy problem due to Kupferman, Mangoubi and Titi [Commun. Math. Sci. 6 (2008)], and global well-posedness remains open even in two dimensions. We prove the global existence and uniqueness of strong solutions for arbitrarily large H1 initial polymeric stresses satisfying the natural non-negativity condition on the conformation tensor. The result covers the initial-boundary value problem on general smooth bounded domains and shows how the Stokes elliptic structure, the preservation of the non-negativity of the conformation tensor, and the stress diffusion combine to close large-data estimates at the H1 level. We also point out a regularity feature specific to the zero Reynolds number regime: the velocity field gains higher spatial regularity from the elliptic Stokes equation than the polymeric stress tensor.

BehaviorWorldGen: Closing the Loop between Action Models and World Simulators via Controllable Behavior-Aware Structured World Generation

Modern driving action models are increasingly improved in a self-improvement loop, where a learned world simulator imagines future observations and the resulting data is fed back to refine the action model. However, the bottleneck of this loop lies in the simulators' inability to generate behaviorally plausible responses by surrounding agents, making generated data both unrealistic in interaction and imbalanced in distribution. We introduce BehaviorWorldGen, a framework that closes the loop between action models and world simulators through controllable behavior-aware structured world generation. Its core component is BehaviorFlow, a meta-action-conditioned traffic-flow model that injects interpretable behavior controls and jointly generates multi-agent rollouts. BehaviorFlow realizes the specified agent behaviors while allowing surrounding vehicles to respond to the ego and to one another. The resulting rollouts are rendered by a world simulator into realistic multi-view observations, which are paired with corrected interaction-aware trajectories for action-model refinement. Since BehaviorWorldGen uses structured trajectories as the interface between its modules, it is compatible with diverse action models and world simulators. Experiments on world generation, scene extrapolation, and policy refinement demonstrate consistent improvements, with the largest benefits concentrated on difficult interactive scenarios.

The Next Challenge for Agentic Cybersecurity: A Realistic, Contamination-Free Reverse Engineering Benchmark

AI agents are rapidly improving in cybersecurity capabilities when the source code is available for analysis, yet much of the software most consequential to cybersecurity, including malware, firmware, and proprietary applications, is available only as binaries. Analyzing such software requires reverse engineering(RE): recovering program semantics before the analysis can be meaningfully performed. However, evaluating agentic RE poses a fundamental challenge: benchmark instances must be unseen as source code in the LLMs' training data to prevent models from taking shortcuts by recognizing them rather than really analyzing them, while also matching the scale and anti-analysis protections of real software. Unfortunately, however, existing benchmarks do not jointly satisfy these requirements. To this end, we introduce SRE-Bench, the first realistic, contamination-free RE benchmark. Built entirely from scratch by RE experts with over 5,000 hours, SRE-Bench comprises 19 private, real-world-scale programs averaging 16.9K lines of code. We further developed 44 in-house anti-analysis primitives, yielding 262 binary instances and 1572 deterministically graded tasks. Our evaluation across five frontier LLMs (GPT-5.6-sol,Claude-Opus-5,GPT-5.5,Grok-4.5, and GLM-5.2) shows that RE remains largely unsolved: the strongest model, GPT-5.6-sol, scores 61.4% per instance, and fully solves only 31.5% of the instances. Our analysis further reveals that agents behave differently from human engineers, where agents are relatively insensitive to compiler optimization and static linking. Controlled ablations also confirm that both contamination control and realistic scale are essential. These results indicate that strong source-code security capabilities do not yet transfer to binary analysis, highlighting RE as an important frontier for agentic cybersecurity and SRE-Bench as a rigorous testbed to measure progress.

Agentic Data Environments

Autonomous agents promise substantial gains in speed, scale, and labor efficiency, but their failures can impose abrupt and often irreversible costs. The central challenge for agentic automation is therefore to increase the benefits of automation while bounding the consequences of failure. While databases remain central to modern computing, agents operate over a broader data environment spanning files, APIs, applications, and system state. In this talk, I will outline early work on Agentic Data Environments -- the execution substrate in which agents operate -- that both amplify agent capabilities and enforce safety guarantees. This perspective reframes data systems from passive stores of state into active substrates for safe, reliable execution.

GIF: Locally Sound Geometric Information Flow Control for LLMs

Large language models increasingly mediate interactions between sensitive data, untrusted inputs, and privileged actions in agentic systems, creating security and privacy risks. These range from prompt injections that manipulate downstream tool use to leakage of confidential information through model outputs. Recent Information Flow Control (IFC)-based defenses show promise but lack a principled semantic foundation for reasoning about information flow through the model itself. Since any input token may influence any output token in an autoregressive LLM, existing approaches suffer from severe taint explosion. We present Geometric Information Flow (GIF), a semantic framework for tracking information flow from input tokens to outputs. GIF uses the LLM Jacobian and local output geometry to upper-bound the Shannon mutual information between perturbed input spans and model outputs, yielding a scalable measure computable on large models via automatic differentiation and low-rank approximation. Unlike attention-based or correlational attribution heuristics, GIF satisfies local geometric soundness, and we provide a fully mechanized Lean 4 proof that it upper-bounds the true information flow induced by a given prompt under local regularity assumptions. We evaluate GIF on integrity and confidentiality tasks across multiple prompt-injection and privacy-leakage benchmarks. GIF achieves near-perfect recall even without a downstream declassifier, outperforming attention-based baselines. Combined with lightweight LLM-based declassifiers, it matches or exceeds the F1 of direct LLM-as-judge baselines such as GPT-5.5 xhigh reasoning while using up to 81x lower token cost. GIF flows detected with small surrogate models transfer to larger state-of-the-art models and other model families, even when the surrogate is up to 200x smaller, suggesting black-box deployment without gradient access.

Bistable topological edge states in polariton microcavities with unpaired Dirac cones

Among the most intriguing properties of honeycomb lattices is the presence of Dirac points that typically emerge in pairs, which can be destroyed by physical effects breaking certain symmetries of the system and leading to nontrivial band topology. We propose a nonlinear microcavity system supporting condensate of exciton-polaritons, where simultaneous breakup of inversion and time-reversal symmetries results in unusual spectrum with unpaired Dirac cones, profoundly affecting the properties of unidirectional edge states. Realized as an array of microcavity pillars, the inversion symmetry is broken by fission of pillar belonging to one of sublattices of honeycomb array into three pillars, while time-reversal symmetry is broken due to interplay of Zeeman splitting in the external magnetic field and spin-orbit coupling. Despite the absence of complete spectral gap, unidirectional edge states may still emerge that can circumvent array corners. Resonant optical pumping leads to reach bistability effects and allow selective excitation of the edge states. We obtain first example of stable localized dissipative edge soliton that circulates along the periphery of insulator over indefinitely long times without radiation. Our results suggest a new platform for nonlinear topological photonics and reveal nontrivial interplay between unpaired Dirac cones and nonlinear effects.

Beyond Goodhart's Law: A Dynamic Benchmark for Evaluating Compliance in Multi-Agent Systems

The rapid evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) from passive assistants to autonomous, execution-capable agents has introduced critical operational risks. Most current evaluation frameworks neglect procedural compliance, leading to ''Machiavellian'' behaviors where agents strategically violate safety rules to maximize rewards - a direct manifestation of Goodhart's Law. To address this blind spot, we introduce MAC-Bench, a dynamic, adversarial benchmark designed to evaluate the procedural alignment of multi-agent systems under realistic pressure. We propose the SERV(Seed - Evolve - Refine - Verify) pipeline, an ``Agent-as-a-Benchmark'' paradigm that transforms unstructured legal texts into executable, contamination-free scenarios. By synthesizing holographic sandbox environments and injecting calibrated social-engineering pressure vectors, MAC-Bench forces agents into Pareto-optimal trade-offs between task success and regulatory adherence. We introduced novel metrics: the Compliance-Weighted Success Rate (CSR) and the Machiavellian Gap (MG), and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of state-of-the-art frontier models to reveal the pervasive trade-offs between success and compliance.

VDSB-GWSyn: Diffusion Schr\"{o}dinger Bridge for Controllable and Anatomically Feasible Guidewire Synthesis in Coronary Angiography

Coronary guidewire endpoint localization is a fundamental capability for computer-assisted PCI, and its importance increases as robot-assisted PCI is progressively adopted to reduce operator radiation exposure. However, the scarcity of annotated CAG images with guidewires and the limited adaptability of existing guidewire synthesis models remain key bottlenecks for guidewire endpoint localization. To address this issue, we propose VDSB-GWSyn, a Diffusion Schr\"{o}dinger Bridge (DSB) model-based framework, enabling synthesis of controllable, high-fidelity guidewire samples under complex anatomical backgrounds. VDSB-GWSyn first uses our shape prior algorithm to learn the basic guidewire geometry. It then generates guidewire masks under constraints imposed by the vessel segmentation masks and outputs the corresponding endpoint coordinates. Finally, it synthesizes realistic guidewire samples on real CAG images using DSB conditioned with SPADE. Experimental results show that the guidewire samples synthesized by VDSB-GWSyn achieve favorable ROI-FID and ROI-KID, as well as high IPR scores. In addition, incorporating our synthesized data for synthetic pre-training followed by real fine-tuning substantially improves downstream guidewire endpoint localization, reducing MPE from 16.01~px to 7.71~px and increasing PCK at 3~px from 52.63\% to 86.27\%, leading to more clinically reliable deployment of robot-assisted guidewire delivery systems. Moreover, the core design philosophy of controllable device synthesis with strict background preservation and anatomical feasibility constraints has the potential to transfer to other interventional device perception tasks where annotated data are scarce.

TimeSRL: Generalizable Time-Series Behavioral Modeling via Semantic RL-Tuned LLMs -- A Case Study in Mental Health

Longitudinal passive sensing enables continuous health prediction, yet models often fail under cross-dataset distribution shifts. Traditional ML overfits cohort-specific artifacts, while Large Language Models (LLMs) struggle to reason reliably over long, heterogeneous time-series. We introduce TimeSRL, a two-stage LLM framework that routes predictions through an explicit semantic bottleneck. The model first abstracts raw signals into high-level natural language, then predicts behavioral outcomes from these abstractions alone. This forces the model to reason over semantic concepts that we argue generalize better than raw numbers. We optimize this process end-to-end using Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) with Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), learning outcome-aligned abstractions without gold intermediate annotations. Instantiated on mental-health prediction, TimeSRL achieves state-of-the-art performance on a benchmark designed to stress-test cross-cohort generalization under a rigorous leave-one-dataset-out (LOSO) protocol, reducing mean absolute error (MAE) over strong non-LLM ML and LLM baselines by 3.1--10.1% and 9.5--44.1% for anxiety, and 3.2--9.6% and 27.4--57.6% for depression (all $p$s<0.05). TimeSRL significantly outperforms prior methods in cross-benchmark transfer across different sensing pipelines, rivaling its own within-domain performance without target-domain fine-tuning. These results demonstrate that semantic abstractions are reusable and point to a new direction for generalizable behavior modeling via RL-tuned LLMs.

Geometrically Constrained Stenosis Editing in Coronary Angiography via Entropic Optimal Transport

The scarcity of high-quality imaging data for coronary angiography (CAG) stenosis limits the clinical translation of automated stenosis detection. Synthetic stenosis data provides a practical avenue to augment training sets, improving data quality, diversity, and distributional coverage, and enhancing detection precision and generalization. However, diffusion-based editing commonly relies on soft guidance in a noise-initialized reverse process, offering limited pixel-level precision and structure preservation. We propose the OT-Bridge Editor, which reframes localized editing as a constrained entropic optimal transport (OT) problem and leverages geometric information to steer the generation path, enabling stronger geometric control. Extensive experiments show that our synthesized angiograms consistently improve downstream stenosis detection, yielding substantial relative gains of 27.8% on the public ARCADE benchmark and 23.0% on our multi-center dataset, supported by consistent qualitative results.

TRUST: A Framework for Decentralized AI Service v.0.1

Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) and Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) in high-stakes domains demand reliable verification, yet centralized approaches suffer four limitations: (1) Robustness, with single points of failure vulnerable to attacks and bias; (2) Scalability, as reasoning complexity creates bottlenecks; (3) Opacity, as hidden auditing erodes trust; and (4) Privacy, as exposed reasoning traces risk model theft. We introduce TRUST (Transparent, Robust, and Unified Services for Trustworthy AI), a decentralized framework with three innovations: (i) Hierarchical Directed Acyclic Graphs (HDAGs) that decompose Chain-of-Thought reasoning into five abstraction levels for parallel distributed auditing; (ii) the DAAN protocol, which projects multi-agent interactions into Causal Interaction Graphs (CIGs) for deterministic root-cause attribution; and (iii) a multi-tier consensus mechanism among computational checkers, LLM evaluators, and human experts with stake-weighted voting that guarantees correctness under 30% adversarial participation. We prove a Safety-Profitability Theorem ensuring honest auditors profit while malicious actors incur losses. All decisions are recorded on-chain, while privacy-by-design segmentation prevents reconstruction of proprietary logic. Across multiple LLMs and benchmarks, TRUST attains 72.4% accuracy (4-18% above baselines) and remains resilient against 20% corruption. DAAN reaches 70% root-cause attribution (vs. 54-63% for standard methods) with 60% token savings. Human studies validate the design (F1 = 0.89, Brier = 0.074). The framework supports (A1) decentralized auditing, (A2) tamper-proof leaderboards, (A3) trustless data annotation, and (A4) governed autonomous agents, pioneering decentralized AI auditing for safe, accountable deployment of reasoning-capable systems.

CoTEvol: Self-Evolving Chain-of-Thoughts for Data Synthesis in Mathematical Reasoning

Large Language Models (LLMs) exhibit strong mathematical reasoning when trained on high-quality Chain-of-Thought (CoT) that articulates intermediate steps, yet costly CoT curation hinders further progress. While existing remedies such as distillation from stronger LLMs and self-synthesis based on test-time search alleviate this issue, they often suffer from diminishing returns or high computing overhead. In this work, we propose CoTEvol, a genetic evolutionary framework that casts CoT generation as a population-based search over reasoning trajectories.Candidate trajectories are iteratively evolved through reflective global crossover at the trajectory level and local mutation guided by uncertainty at the step level, enabling holistic recombination and fine-grained refinement. Lightweight, task-aware fitness functions are designed to guide the evolutionary process toward accurate and diverse reasoning. Empirically, CoTEvol improves correct-CoT synthesis success by over 30% and enhances structural diversity, with markedly improved efficiency. LLMs trained on these evolutionary CoT data achieve an average gain of 6.6% across eight math benchmarks, outperforming previous distillation and self-synthesis approaches. These results underscore the promise of evolutionary CoT synthesis as a scalable and effective method for mathematical reasoning tasks.

The non-topological $Z^\prime$ string in the 331 model and its classical stability

We study the classical stability of a non-topological $Z^\prime$ string in the minimal 331 model, which arises from the maximal symmetry breaking pattern of an ${\rm SU}(6)$ toy model. Two Higgs triplets are introduced according to the emergent global symmetries in the fermionic sector of the ${\rm SU}(6)$ toy model, which will achieve the sequential symmetry breaking of ${\rm SU}(3)_c\otimes {\rm SU}(3)_W \otimes {\rm U}(1)_X\to {\rm SU}(3)_c\otimes {\rm SU}(2)_W \otimes {\rm U}(1)_Y$. By analyzing small perturbations around the string background and solving the coupled Helmholtz equations numerically, we find that the string is stable only near the semilocal limit of $\vartheta_S \approx \frac{\pi}{2}$, even when Higgs self-couplings are tuned to minimize instabilities. This suggests that such non-topological strings are unlikely to exist in unified theories based on ${\rm SU}(N>5)$ Lie algebras.

Study of neutrinophilic low-mass dark matter mediated by pseudoscalar

In this work, we investigate a neutrinophilic low-mass dark matter model mediated by a pseudoscalar particle. Since dark matter lacks Standard Model gauge charges, new interactions are required to connect it to the visible sector. Traditional indirect detection searches for annihilation products, such as cosmic rays, become ineffective when the annihilation predominantly yields invisible neutrinos. In our model, the present-day annihilation cross section into neutrinos (manifesting as a neutrino line) falls below current indirect detection limits. We therefore constrain the model using complementary probes: the Lyman-$\alpha$ forest, high-energy astrophysical neutrinos from active galactic nuclei and supernovae, direct detection via nucleon and electron scattering, and invisible Higgs decays. These observables provide stringent and multifaceted constraints on neutrinophilic dark matter interactions in the low-mass regime. Our results indicate that searches for the neutrino line from dark matter annihilations, neutrino self-interactions from supernovae and collider signatures, and invisible Higgs decays offer critical tests for the model's parameter space.

Intern-S1-Pro: Scientific Multimodal Foundation Model at Trillion Scale

We introduce Intern-S1-Pro, the first one-trillion-parameter scientific multimodal foundation model. Scaling to this unprecedented size, the model delivers a comprehensive enhancement across both general and scientific domains. Beyond stronger reasoning and image-text understanding capabilities, its intelligence is augmented with advanced agent capabilities. Simultaneously, its scientific expertise has been vastly expanded to master over 100 specialized tasks across critical science fields, including chemistry, materials, life sciences, and earth sciences. Achieving this massive scale is made possible by the robust infrastructure support of XTuner and LMDeploy, which facilitates highly efficient Reinforcement Learning (RL) training at the 1-trillion parameter level while ensuring strict precision consistency between training and inference. By seamlessly integrating these advancements, Intern-S1-Pro further fortifies the fusion of general and specialized intelligence, working as a Specializable Generalist, demonstrating its position in the top tier of open-source models for general capabilities, while outperforming proprietary models in the depth of specialized scientific tasks.

LogicEnvGen: Task-Logic Driven Generation of Diverse Simulated Environments for Embodied AI

Simulated environments play an essential role in embodied AI, functionally analogous to test cases in software engineering. However, existing environment generation methods often emphasize visual realism (e.g., object diversity and layout coherence), overlooking a crucial aspect: logical diversity from the testing perspective. This limits the comprehensive evaluation of agent adaptability and planning robustness in distinct simulated environments. To bridge this gap, we propose LogicEnvGen, a novel method driven by Large Language Models (LLMs) that adopts a top-down paradigm to generate logically diverse simulated environments as test cases for agents. Given an agent task, LogicEnvGen first analyzes its execution logic to construct decision-tree-structured behavior plans and then synthesizes a set of logical trajectories. Subsequently, it adopts a heuristic algorithm to refine the trajectory set, reducing redundant simulation. For each logical trajectory, which represents a potential task situation, LogicEnvGen correspondingly instantiates a concrete environment. Notably, it employs constraint solving for physical plausibility. Furthermore, we introduce LogicEnvEval, a novel benchmark comprising four quantitative metrics for environment evaluation. Experimental results verify the lack of logical diversity in baselines and demonstrate that LogicEnvGen achieves 1.04-2.61x greater diversity, significantly improving the performance in revealing agent faults by 4.00%-68.00%.

PGOT: A Physics-Geometry Operator Transformer for Complex PDEs

While Transformers have demonstrated remarkable potential in modeling Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), modeling large-scale unstructured meshes with complex geometries remains a significant challenge. Existing efficient architectures often employ feature dimensionality reduction strategies, which inadvertently induces Geometric Aliasing, resulting in the loss of critical physical boundary information. To address this, we propose the Physics-Geometry Operator Transformer (PGOT), designed to reconstruct physical feature learning through explicit geometry awareness. Specifically, we propose Spectrum-Preserving Geometric Attention (SpecGeo-Attention). Utilizing a ``physics slicing-geometry injection" mechanism, this module incorporates multi-scale geometric encodings to explicitly preserve multi-scale geometric features while maintaining linear computational complexity $O(N)$. Furthermore, PGOT dynamically routes computations to low-order linear paths for smooth regions and high-order non-linear paths for shock waves and discontinuities based on spatial coordinates, enabling spatially adaptive and high-precision physical field modeling. PGOT achieves consistent state-of-the-art performance across four standard benchmarks and excels in large-scale industrial tasks including airfoil and car designs.
