Strichartz and Spectral Projection Estimates on Asymptotically Conic Manifolds
We prove the lossless unit interval Strichartz theorem on asymptotically conic surfaces, assuming that a large enough neighborhood of its trapped set has negative curvature. We also prove the spectral projection theorem for $6 < q < \infty$ on asymptotically Euclidean surfaces with nonpositive curvature, assuming a large enough neighborhood of its trapped set has negative curvature. If the negatively curved region extends to a sufficiently far-out cutoff, we also obtain the critical and subcritical estimates, without a curvature sign assumption near infinity.
