StepAudio 3 Realtime Technical Report

Realtime spoken interaction demands deep reasoning, prompt responses, and fluid turn-taking. We present StepAudio 3 Realtime, an audio-language foundation model organized around a continuous listen-converse-think-act loop. Deep Perception captures rich acoustic cues to interpret user intent, while Seamless Duplex models synchronized audio streams to handle pauses, backchannels, and interruptions naturally. Crucially, we resolve the tension between deep deliberation and latency via Think-While-Speaking, executing private reasoning in parallel with spoken delivery. In reasoning mode, StepAudio 3 reaches a 73.0 macro average on StepAudioChat. With Think-While-Speaking, it achieves dialogue and reasoning performance comparable to dedicated reasoning models while speaking in real time. Furthermore, an integrated Voice Agent handles asynchronous tool execution without disrupting the dialogue flow. StepAudio 3 Realtime achieves top-tier performance across key dimensions: an exceptional 90.6 on the MMSU benchmark, 98.9 Overall on the Artificial Analysis Full-Duplex Bench, and a 56.0% macro task-success rate on $τ$-Voice.

StepAudio 3 Gen Technical Report

We introduce StepAudio 3 Gen, a general-purpose audio generation model that supports zero-shot text-to-speech (TTS), voice design, vocal generation, sound effects, music, vibe speech, and mixtures of multiple audio types within a unified framework. At its core, StepAudio 3 Gen is a discrete autoregressive generator that models audio directly over residual vector quantization (RVQ) tokens, departing from the diffusion Transformer-based continuous generation paradigm prevalent in recent general audio models. Its StepAudio Tokenizer represents general audio at 12.5 Hz in a shared $16 \times 2048$ residual code space, jointly quantizing semantic and waveform-level acoustic features so that each code layer preserves both types of information. For generation, the backbone predicts the first codebook along the time axis using autoregressive modeling, while a lightweight causal Transformer completes the remaining fifteen codebooks along the codebook axis. Our study further identifies three key design principles: (1) interference-aware progressive pretraining for acquiring audio capabilities while preserving the textual abilities of the large language model, (2) RVQ Adaptor for effectively incorporating multi-codebook acoustic representations, and (3) discrete autoregressive modeling over a shared representation across general audio domains. With progressive pretraining, multi-task instruction training, and supervised fine-tuning, StepAudio 3 Gen achieves state-of-the-art performance on both TTS and voice design, while retaining strong generation capabilities across speech, vocals, sound effects, and music. LiquiLM: Bridging the Semantic Gap in Liquidity Flaw Audit via DCN and LLMs

Traditional consensus mechanisms, such as Proof of Stake (PoS), increasingly reveal an excessive dependency on large liquidity providers. Although the Proof of Liquidity (PoL) mechanism serves as a critical paradigm for incentivizing sustained liquidity provision and ensuring market stability, its transition from asset staking to active liquidity management significantly increases the complexity of underlying smart contract economic models and interaction logic. This renders hidden liquidity logic flaws difficult to detect via traditional methods, seriously threatening the system stability and user asset security of mainstream DeFi and emerging PoL ecosystems. To address this, we propose the LiquiLM framework, which integrates Large Language Models (LLMs) with a Dynamic Co-Attention Network (DCN). By establishing a dynamic interaction between liquidity-critical contracts and flaw descriptions, the framework effectively bridges the semantic gap between underlying code implementations and high-level liquidity intents. We evaluate the performance of LiquiLM on 1,490 validation contracts (covering precision, recall, specificity, and F1-score). The results show that it achieves significant effectiveness in auditing and explaining liquidity flaws: in experiments using Gemini 3 Pro and GPT-4o as backbone models, respectively, the F1-scores both exceed 90%. Furthermore, through an in-depth audit of 1,380 real-world PoL and Ethereum economic contracts, LiquiLM successfully identifies 238 high-risk contracts and assists in discovering 10 vulnerabilities that have received CVE certification.

Toward Medical Deepfake Detection: A Comprehensive Dataset and Novel Method

The rapid advancement of generative AI in medical imaging has introduced both significant opportunities and serious challenges, especially the risk that fake medical images could undermine healthcare systems. These synthetic images pose serious risks, such as diagnostic deception, financial fraud, and misinformation. However, research on medical forensics to counter these threats remains limited, and there is a critical lack of comprehensive datasets specifically tailored for this field. Additionally, existing media forensic methods, which are primarily designed for natural or facial images, are inadequate for capturing the distinct characteristics and subtle artifacts of AI-generated medical images. To tackle these challenges, we introduce \textbf{MedForensics}, a large-scale medical forensics dataset encompassing six medical modalities and twelve state-of-the-art medical generative models. We also propose \textbf{DSKI}, a novel \textbf{D}ual-\textbf{S}tage \textbf{K}nowledge \textbf{I}nfusing detector that constructs a vision-language feature space tailored for the detection of AI-generated medical images. DSKI comprises two core components: 1) a cross-domain fine-trace adapter (CDFA) for extracting subtle forgery clues from both spatial and noise domains during training, and 2) a medical forensic retrieval module (MFRM) that boosts detection accuracy through few-shot retrieval during testing. Experimental results demonstrate that DSKI significantly outperforms both existing methods and human experts, achieving superior accuracy across multiple medical modalities.

SoK: Security Analysis of Blockchain-based Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency is a novel exploration of a form of currency that proposes a decentralized electronic payment scheme based on blockchain technology and cryptographic theory. While cryptocurrency has the security characteristics of being distributed and tamper-proof, increasing market demand has led to a rise in malicious transactions and attacks, thereby exposing cryptocurrency to vulnerabilities, privacy issues, and security threats. Particularly concerning are the emerging types of attacks and threats, which have made securing cryptocurrency increasingly urgent. Therefore, this paper classifies existing cryptocurrency security threats and attacks into five fundamental categories based on the blockchain infrastructure and analyzes in detail the vulnerability principles exploited by each type of threat and attack. Additionally, the paper examines the attackers' logic and methods and successfully reproduces the vulnerabilities. Furthermore, the author summarizes the existing detection and defense solutions and evaluates them, all of which provide important references for ensuring the security of cryptocurrency. Finally, the paper discusses the future development trends of cryptocurrency, as well as the public challenges it may face.

AutoMixQ: Self-Adjusting Quantization for High Performance Memory-Efficient Fine-Tuning

Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) under resource constraints is a significant challenge in deep learning. Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), pruning, and quantization are all effective methods for improving resource efficiency. However, combining them directly often results in suboptimal performance, especially with uniform quantization across all model layers. This is due to the complex, uneven interlayer relationships introduced by pruning, necessitating more refined quantization strategies. To address this, we propose AutoMixQ, an end-to-end optimization framework that selects optimal quantization configurations for each LLM layer. AutoMixQ leverages lightweight performance models to guide the selection process, significantly reducing time and computational resources compared to exhaustive search methods. By incorporating Pareto optimality, AutoMixQ balances memory usage and performance, approaching the upper bounds of model capability under strict resource constraints. Our experiments on widely used benchmarks show that AutoMixQ reduces memory consumption while achieving superior performance. For example, at a 30\% pruning rate in LLaMA-7B, AutoMixQ achieved 66.21\% on BoolQ compared to 62.45\% for LoRA and 58.96\% for LoftQ, while reducing memory consumption by 35.5\% compared to LoRA and 27.5\% compared to LoftQ.

GasTrace: Detecting Sandwich Attack Malicious Accounts in Ethereum

The openness and transparency of Ethereum transaction data make it easy to be exploited by any entities, executing malicious attacks. The sandwich attack manipulates the Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanism, profiting from manipulating the market price through front or after-running transactions. To identify and prevent sandwich attacks, we propose a cascade classification framework GasTrace. GasTrace analyzes various transaction features to detect malicious accounts, notably through the analysis and modeling of Gas features. In the initial classification, we utilize the Support Vector Machine (SVM) with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel to generate the predicted probabilities of accounts, further constructing a detailed transaction network. Subsequently, the behavior features are captured by the Graph Attention Network (GAT) technique in the second classification. Through cascade classification, GasTrace can analyze and classify the sandwich attacks. Our experimental results demonstrate that GasTrace achieves a remarkable detection and generation capability, performing an accuracy of 96.73% and an F1 score of 95.71% for identifying sandwich attack accounts.
