InterSing: Explicit Interaction Dynamics for 3D Duet Singing Animation and Beyond

We present InterSing, a framework for generating realistic 3D head animations for duet singing performances. Unlike solo singing, duet performance requires each singer to balance individual expressiveness with intermittent interaction at musically salient moments, such as phrase boundaries, synchronized rhythms, and call-and-response passages. Because these interactions are sparse and rhythm-dependent, existing audio-driven animation methods and conversational interaction models do not adequately capture their structure. Our key insight is that duet coordination can be represented as a time-varying signal that reflects how strongly performers engage with one another throughout a song. Based on this observation, we introduce interaction logits, an interpretable latent representation that models the degree of cross-performer engagement at each time step. We learn these logits using weak supervision and use them to condition an interaction-aware diffusion model jointly driven by audio features and interaction dynamics. This formulation enables unified multi-mode generation, spanning independent motion, coordinated behavior, and smooth transitions between them. Experiments show that InterSing generates realistic and expressive singing head animations with stronger coordination and musical alignment than existing methods, while preserving each performer's characteristic motion style. We further demonstrate that the same formulation generalizes to multi-singer performances and provides intuitive control over when and how performers engage.

Bridging Event Streams and DiT: Event-Guided Video Frame Interpolation

Latent diffusion models have recently advanced video frame interpolation by synthesizing intermediate frames between input images. However, handling large temporal gaps and complex motion remains challenging, often resulting in motion blur, structural distortions, and temporal inconsistencies. Event cameras provide high-temporal-resolution motion cues that are well suited for bridging these gaps and improving interpolation quality. To exploit this advantage without training an event-assisted model from scratch, we propose an adapter-based framework that incorporates event-derived cues into a pre-trained image-to-video diffusion model with minimal architectural changes. Specifically, our method leverages Image Warped Events (IWEs) and bidirectional sparse optical flow to provide spatially and temporally aligned guidance during generation. By injecting these event-guided structural and motion cues into the diffusion process, our approach reduces interpolation artifacts and improves both reconstruction fidelity and temporal coherence. Experimental results on real and synthetic benchmarks show that our method consistently outperforms existing state-of-the-art approaches. AgentPanel: Toward a New Paradigm for Human--AI Collaboration in Exploring Scientific Questions

Identifying promising scientific ideas remains an important challenge in research practice. Researchers commonly rely on small-group discussions or one-to-one interactions with a single large language model, yet these approaches often expose them to only a limited range of perspectives and directions. We present AgentPanel, a multi-agent forum for human--AI collaboration in scientific exploration. Heterogeneous agents asynchronously discuss scientific questions in a forum-style environment, while researchers can submit questions, browse and organize candidate ideas, engage agents in follow-up interactions, and optionally generate post-hoc summary reports. We evaluate AgentPanel in terms of idea quality, exploration breadth, interaction effectiveness, candidate-selection efficiency, and practical utility. Offline experiments show that AgentPanel outperforms a centralized multi-agent debate baseline. A human study with 20 participants further shows that users value AgentPanel for perspective diversity and exploration support. In experience-based comparisons with commonly used LLM tools, 65\% of participants favored AgentPanel for both breadth of research directions and overall suitability for early-stage exploration. The platform is publicly available at https://agentpanel.cc/.

Scaling Scientific Discovery Environments for Turn-Level Agentic RL

Large language model agents have shown promising capabilities in data-driven scientific discovery tasks, where an agent interacts with an execution environment and produces a statistical claim. Long-horizon scientific analysis remains constrained by the lack of process supervised environments over real-world scientific data. This paper introduces SciDisco, a scalable framework for training Scientific Discovery agents in process-verifiable environments. SciTh\`eque compiles hypotheses, datasets, hidden evidence graphs, and verifiers into task environments where analytical progress can be checked during interaction. DAG-grounded trajectory synthesis uses these environments to construct verifier-filtered multi-turn demonstrations. DiscoPO then uses the environment as the source of training signal, assigning turn-level credit to actions that produce verifiable analytical evidence. Experiments show that SciDisco-14B reaches state-of-the-art on hypothesis-driven scientific data analysis benchmarks.

Registration is a Powerful Rotation-Invariance Learner for 3D Anomaly Detection

3D anomaly detection in point-cloud data is critical for industrial quality control, aiming to identify structural defects with high reliability. However, current memory bank-based methods often suffer from inconsistent feature transformations and limited discriminative capacity, particularly in capturing local geometric details and achieving rotation invariance. These limitations become more pronounced when registration fails, leading to unreliable detection results. We argue that point-cloud registration plays an essential role not only in aligning geometric structures but also in guiding feature extraction toward rotation-invariant and locally discriminative representations. To this end, we propose a registration-induced, rotation-invariant feature extraction framework that integrates the objectives of point-cloud registration and memory-based anomaly detection. Our key insight is that both tasks rely on modeling local geometric structures and leveraging feature similarity across samples. By embedding feature extraction into the registration learning process, our framework jointly optimizes alignment and representation learning. This integration enables the network to acquire features that are both robust to rotations and highly effective for anomaly detection. Extensive experiments on the Anomaly-ShapeNet and Real3D-AD datasets demonstrate that our method consistently outperforms existing approaches in effectiveness and generalizability.

StableGuard: Towards Unified Copyright Protection and Tamper Localization in Latent Diffusion Models

The advancement of diffusion models has enhanced the realism of AI-generated content but also raised concerns about misuse, necessitating robust copyright protection and tampering localization. Although recent methods have made progress toward unified solutions, their reliance on post hoc processing introduces considerable application inconvenience and compromises forensic reliability. We propose StableGuard, a novel framework that seamlessly integrates a binary watermark into the diffusion generation process, ensuring copyright protection and tampering localization in Latent Diffusion Models through an end-to-end design. We develop a Multiplexing Watermark VAE (MPW-VAE) by equipping a pretrained Variational Autoencoder (VAE) with a lightweight latent residual-based adapter, enabling the generation of paired watermarked and watermark-free images. These pairs, fused via random masks, create a diverse dataset for training a tampering-agnostic forensic network. To further enhance forensic synergy, we introduce a Mixture-of-Experts Guided Forensic Network (MoE-GFN) that dynamically integrates holistic watermark patterns, local tampering traces, and frequency-domain cues for precise watermark verification and tampered region detection. The MPW-VAE and MoE-GFN are jointly optimized in a self-supervised, end-to-end manner, fostering a reciprocal training between watermark embedding and forensic accuracy. Extensive experiments demonstrate that StableGuard consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods in image fidelity, watermark verification, and tampering localization.
