LCMamNet: A Lightweight Cross-scale Mamba Network for Infrared Small Target Detection

Infrared small target detection (IRSTD) is important for low-altitude perception, unmanned-system warning, and security monitoring. However, weak targets in infrared imagery usually occupy only a few pixels and are easily submerged by cloud clutter, ground edges, and bright noise, making it difficult for lightweight segmentation-based methods to preserve local target structures while suppressing background interference. To address these challenges, we propose LCMamNet, a lightweight cross-scale Mamba network that progressively enhances local target structures, interacts cross-scale context in a latent space, and restores spatial details with background suppression. Specifically, a compact hierarchical encoder with cross-shaped directional bottleneck residual (CDBR) blocks strengthens direction-sensitive target structures under a small computation budget. A latent dense cross-scale fusion (LDCF) module then performs dense all-level interaction through bidirectional Mamba modeling and reorganizes the interacted features into stable hierarchical semantics. Finally, a progressive decoder selectively recovers shallow spatial details while suppressing irrelevant background textures. Extensive experiments on IRSTD-1k, NUAA-SIRST, and NUDT-SIRST show that the proposed network achieves mIoU scores of 71.25\%, 79.60\%, and 95.58\%, respectively, with only 1.175M parameters and 6.91 GFLOPs. It also runs with a mean inference latency of 6.62 ms, and deployment results on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16G SUPER further demonstrate its practical potential for real-time edge inference. The code and checkpoints are publicly available at https://github.com/Haoyu096/LCMamNet.

SSR: A Training-Free Approach for Streaming 3D Reconstruction

Streaming 3D reconstruction demands long-horizon state updates under strict latency constraints, yet stateful recurrent models often suffer from geometric drift as errors accumulate over time. We revisit this problem from a Grassmannian manifold perspective: the latent persistent state can be viewed as a subspace representation, i.e., a point evolving on a Grassmannian manifold, where temporal coherence implies the state trajectory should remain on (or near) this manifold.Based on this view, we propose Self-expressive Sequence Regularization (SSR), a plug-and-play, training-free operator that enforces Grassmannian sequence regularity during inference.Given a window of historical states, SSR computes an analytical affinity matrix via the self-expressive property and uses it to regularize the current update, effectively pulling noisy predictions back toward the manifold-consistent trajectory with minimal overhead. Experiments on long-sequence benchmarks demonstrate that SSR consistently reduces drift and improves reconstruction quality across multiple streaming 3D reconstruction tasks.

RnG: A Unified Transformer for Complete 3D Modeling from Partial Observations

Human perceive the 3D world through 2D observations from limited viewpoints. While recent feed-forward generalizable 3D reconstruction models excel at recovering 3D structures from sparse images, their representations are often confined to observed regions, leaving unseen geometry un-modeled. This raises a key, fundamental challenge: Can we infer a complete 3D structure from partial 2D observations? We present RnG (Reconstruction and Generation), a novel feed-forward Transformer that unifies these two tasks by predicting an implicit, complete 3D representation. At the core of RnG, we propose a reconstruction-guided causal attention mechanism that separates reconstruction and generation at the attention level, and treats the KV-cache as an implicit 3D representation. Then, arbitrary poses can efficiently query this cache to render high-fidelity, novel-view RGBD outputs. As a result, RnG not only accurately reconstructs visible geometry but also generates plausible, coherent unseen geometry and appearance. Our method achieves state-of-the-art performance in both generalizable 3D reconstruction and novel view generation, while operating efficiently enough for real-time interactive applications. MixRI: Mixing Features of Reference Images for Novel Object Pose Estimation

We present MixRI, a lightweight network that solves the CAD-based novel object pose estimation problem in RGB images. It can be instantly applied to a novel object at test time without finetuning. We design our network to meet the demands of real-world applications, emphasizing reduced memory requirements and fast inference time. Unlike existing works that utilize many reference images and have large network parameters, we directly match points based on the multi-view information between the query and reference images with a lightweight network. Thanks to our reference image fusion strategy, we significantly decrease the number of reference images, thus decreasing the time needed to process these images and the memory required to store them. Furthermore, with our lightweight network, our method requires less inference time. Though with fewer reference images, experiments on seven core datasets in the BOP challenge show that our method achieves comparable results with other methods that require more reference images and larger network parameters.

Focus Through Motion: RGB-Event Collaborative Token Sparsification for Efficient Object Detection

Existing RGB-Event detection methods process the low-information regions of both modalities (background in images and non-event regions in event data) uniformly during feature extraction and fusion, resulting in high computational costs and suboptimal performance. To mitigate the computational redundancy during feature extraction, researchers have respectively proposed token sparsification methods for the image and event modalities. However, these methods employ a fixed number or threshold for token selection, hindering the retention of informative tokens for samples with varying complexity. To achieve a better balance between accuracy and efficiency, we propose FocusMamba, which performs adaptive collaborative sparsification of multimodal features and efficiently integrates complementary information. Specifically, an Event-Guided Multimodal Sparsification (EGMS) strategy is designed to identify and adaptively discard low-information regions within each modality by leveraging scene content changes perceived by the event camera. Based on the sparsification results, a Cross-Modality Focus Fusion (CMFF) module is proposed to effectively capture and integrate complementary features from both modalities. Experiments on the DSEC-Det and PKU-DAVIS-SOD datasets demonstrate that the proposed method achieves superior performance in both accuracy and efficiency compared to existing methods. The code will be available at https://github.com/Zizzzzzzz/FocusMamba.

Learning Spatial Decay for Vision Transformers

Vision Transformers (ViTs) have revolutionized computer vision, yet their self-attention mechanism lacks explicit spatial inductive biases, leading to suboptimal performance on spatially-structured tasks. Existing approaches introduce data-independent spatial decay based on fixed distance metrics, applying uniform attention weighting regardless of image content and limiting adaptability to diverse visual scenarios. Inspired by recent advances in large language models where content-aware gating mechanisms (e.g., GLA, HGRN2, FOX) significantly outperform static alternatives, we present the first successful adaptation of data-dependent spatial decay to 2D vision transformers. We introduce \textbf{Spatial Decay Transformer (SDT)}, featuring a novel Context-Aware Gating (CAG) mechanism that generates dynamic, data-dependent decay for patch interactions. Our approach learns to modulate spatial attention based on both content relevance and spatial proximity. We address the fundamental challenge of 1D-to-2D adaptation through a unified spatial-content fusion framework that integrates manhattan distance-based spatial priors with learned content representations. Extensive experiments on ImageNet-1K classification and generation tasks demonstrate consistent improvements over strong baselines. Our work establishes data-dependent spatial decay as a new paradigm for enhancing spatial attention in vision transformers.

PanoSplatt3R: Leveraging Perspective Pretraining for Generalized Unposed Wide-Baseline Panorama Reconstruction

Wide-baseline panorama reconstruction has emerged as a highly effective and pivotal approach for not only achieving geometric reconstruction of the surrounding 3D environment, but also generating highly realistic and immersive novel views. Although existing methods have shown remarkable performance across various benchmarks, they are predominantly reliant on accurate pose information. In real-world scenarios, the acquisition of precise pose often requires additional computational resources and is highly susceptible to noise. These limitations hinder the broad applicability and practicality of such methods. In this paper, we present PanoSplatt3R, an unposed wide-baseline panorama reconstruction method. We extend and adapt the foundational reconstruction pretrainings from the perspective domain to the panoramic domain, thus enabling powerful generalization capabilities. To ensure a seamless and efficient domain-transfer process, we introduce RoPE rolling that spans rolled coordinates in rotary positional embeddings across different attention heads, maintaining a minimal modification to RoPE's mechanism, while modeling the horizontal periodicity of panorama images. Comprehensive experiments demonstrate that PanoSplatt3R, even in the absence of pose information, significantly outperforms current state-of-the-art methods. This superiority is evident in both the generation of high-quality novel views and the accuracy of depth estimation, thereby showcasing its great potential for practical applications. Autoregressive Image Generation with Linear Complexity: A Spatial-Aware Decay Perspective

Autoregressive (AR) models have garnered significant attention in image generation for their ability to effectively capture both local and global structures within visual data. However, prevalent AR models predominantly rely on the transformer architectures, which are beset by quadratic computational complexity concerning input sequence length and substantial memory overhead due to the necessity of maintaining key-value caches. Although linear attention mechanisms have successfully reduced this burden in language models, our initial experiments reveal that they significantly degrade image generation quality because of their inability to capture critical long-range dependencies in visual data. We propose Linear Attention with Spatial-Aware Decay (LASAD), a novel attention mechanism that explicitly preserves genuine 2D spatial relationships within the flattened image sequences by computing position-dependent decay factors based on true 2D spatial location rather than 1D sequence positions. Based on this mechanism, we present LASADGen, an autoregressive image generator that enables selective attention to relevant spatial contexts with linear complexity. Experiments on ImageNet show LASADGen achieves state-of-the-art image generation performance and computational efficiency, bridging the gap between linear attention's efficiency and spatial understanding needed for high-quality generation.

SABER: Spatially Consistent 3D Universal Adversarial Objects for BEV Detectors

Adversarial robustness of BEV 3D object detectors is critical for autonomous driving (AD). Existing invasive attacks require altering the target vehicle itself (e.g. attaching patches), making them unrealistic and impractical for real-world evaluation. While non-invasive attacks that place adversarial objects in the environment are more practical, current methods still lack the multi-view and temporal consistency needed for physically plausible threats. In this paper, we present the first framework for generating universal, non-invasive, and 3D-consistent adversarial objects that expose fundamental vulnerabilities for BEV 3D object detectors. Instead of modifying target vehicles, our method inserts rendered objects into scenes with an occlusion-aware module that enforces physical plausibility across views and time. To maintain attack effectiveness across views and frames, we optimize adversarial object appearance using a BEV spatial feature-guided optimization strategy that attacks the detector's internal representations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our learned universal adversarial objects can consistently degrade multiple BEV detectors from various viewpoints and distances. More importantly, the new environment-manipulation attack paradigm exposes models' over-reliance on contextual cues and provides a practical pipeline for robustness evaluation in AD systems.

One RL to See Them All: Visual Triple Unified Reinforcement Learning

Reinforcement learning (RL) is becoming an important direction for post-training vision-language models (VLMs), but public training methodologies for unified multimodal RL remain much less mature, especially for heterogeneous reasoning and perception-heavy tasks. We propose V-Triune, a Visual Triple Unified Reinforcement Learning methodology for unified multimodal RL. It organizes training around three coordinated abstractions: Sample-Level Reward Routing, Verifier-Level Outcome Verification, and Source-Level Diagnostics. Within this methodology, Dynamic IoU provides localization-specific reward shaping that avoids reward ambiguity under loose thresholds and reward sparsity under strict ones. Built on V-Triune, we develop Orsta (7B, 32B), a family of models jointly trained on eight reasoning and perception tasks. Under matched budgets, unified training matches or outperforms specialist mixtures. The final Orsta models improve over their backbones on MEGA-Bench, compare favorably with strong multi-task RL-VLM baselines, and transfer these gains to a broad set of downstream benchmarks. These results show that unified RL can improve both reasoning and perception within a single VLM RL pipeline. The V-Triune system, along with the Orsta models, is publicly available at https://github.com/MiniMax-AI/One-RL-to-See-Them-All.

CMD: Constraining Multimodal Distribution for Domain Adaptation in Stereo Matching

Recently, learning-based stereo matching methods have achieved great improvement in public benchmarks, where soft argmin and smooth L1 loss play a core contribution to their success. However, in unsupervised domain adaptation scenarios, we observe that these two operations often yield multimodal disparity probability distributions in target domains, resulting in degraded generalization. In this paper, we propose a novel approach, Constrain Multi-modal Distribution (CMD), to address this issue. Specifically, we introduce \textit{uncertainty-regularized minimization} and \textit{anisotropic soft argmin} to encourage the network to produce predominantly unimodal disparity distributions in the target domain, thereby improving prediction accuracy. Experimentally, we apply the proposed method to multiple representative stereo-matching networks and conduct domain adaptation from synthetic data to unlabeled real-world scenes. Results consistently demonstrate improved generalization in both top-performing and domain-adaptable stereo-matching models. The code for CMD will be available at: \href{https://github.com/gallenszl/CMD}{https://github.com/gallenszl/CMD}.

DPMambaIR: All-in-One Image Restoration via Degradation-Aware Prompt State Space Model

All-in-One image restoration aims to address multiple image degradation problems using a single model, offering a more practical and versatile solution compared to designing dedicated models for each degradation type. Existing approaches typically rely on Degradation-specific models or coarse-grained degradation prompts to guide image restoration. However, they lack fine-grained modeling of degradation information and face limitations in balancing multi-task conflicts. To overcome these limitations, we propose DPMambaIR, a novel All-in-One image restoration framework that introduces a fine-grained degradation extractor and a Degradation-Aware Prompt State Space Model (DP-SSM). The DP-SSM leverages the fine-grained degradation features captured by the extractor as dynamic prompts, which are then incorporated into the state space modeling process. This enhances the model's adaptability to diverse degradation types, while a complementary High-Frequency Enhancement Block (HEB) recovers local high-frequency details. Extensive experiments on a mixed dataset containing seven degradation types show that DPMambaIR achieves the best performance, with 27.69dB and 0.893 in PSNR and SSIM, respectively. These results highlight the potential and superiority of DPMambaIR as a unified solution for All-in-One image restoration.

Geometry-Aware 3D Salient Object Detection Network

Point cloud salient object detection has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years. Since existing works do not fully utilize the geometry context of 3D objects, blurry boundaries are generated when segmenting objects with complex backgrounds. In this paper, we propose a geometry-aware 3D salient object detection network that explicitly clusters points into superpoints to enhance the geometric boundaries of objects, thereby segmenting complete objects with clear boundaries. Specifically, we first propose a simple yet effective superpoint partition module to cluster points into superpoints. In order to improve the quality of superpoints, we present a point cloud class-agnostic loss to learn discriminative point features for clustering superpoints from the object. After obtaining superpoints, we then propose a geometry enhancement module that utilizes superpoint-point attention to aggregate geometric information into point features for predicting the salient map of the object with clear boundaries. Extensive experiments show that our method achieves new state-of-the-art performance on the PCSOD dataset.

Instance-Level Moving Object Segmentation from a Single Image with Events

Moving object segmentation plays a crucial role in understanding dynamic scenes involving multiple moving objects, while the difficulties lie in taking into account both spatial texture structures and temporal motion cues. Existing methods based on video frames encounter difficulties in distinguishing whether pixel displacements of an object are caused by camera motion or object motion due to the complexities of accurate image-based motion modeling. Recent advances exploit the motion sensitivity of novel event cameras to counter conventional images' inadequate motion modeling capabilities, but instead lead to challenges in segmenting pixel-level object masks due to the lack of dense texture structures in events. To address these two limitations imposed by unimodal settings, we propose the first instance-level moving object segmentation framework that integrates complementary texture and motion cues. Our model incorporates implicit cross-modal masked attention augmentation, explicit contrastive feature learning, and flow-guided motion enhancement to exploit dense texture information from a single image and rich motion information from events, respectively. By leveraging the augmented texture and motion features, we separate mask segmentation from motion classification to handle varying numbers of independently moving objects. Through extensive evaluations on multiple datasets, as well as ablation experiments with different input settings and real-time efficiency analysis of the proposed framework, we believe that our first attempt to incorporate image and event data for practical deployment can provide new insights for future work in event-based motion related works. Deep Non-rigid Structure-from-Motion Revisited: Canonicalization and Sequence Modeling

Non-Rigid Structure-from-Motion (NRSfM) is a classic 3D vision problem, where a 2D sequence is taken as input to estimate the corresponding 3D sequence. Recently, the deep neural networks have greatly advanced the task of NRSfM. However, existing deep NRSfM methods still have limitations in handling the inherent sequence property and motion ambiguity associated with the NRSfM problem. In this paper, we revisit deep NRSfM from two perspectives to address the limitations of current deep NRSfM methods : (1) canonicalization and (2) sequence modeling. We propose an easy-to-implement per-sequence canonicalization method as opposed to the previous per-dataset canonicalization approaches. With this in mind, we propose a sequence modeling method that combines temporal information and subspace constraint. As a result, we have achieved a more optimal NRSfM reconstruction pipeline compared to previous efforts. The effectiveness of our method is verified by testing the sequence-to-sequence deep NRSfM pipeline with corresponding regularization modules on several commonly used datasets.

A Generative Victim Model for Segmentation

We find that the well-trained victim models (VMs), against which the attacks are generated, serve as fundamental prerequisites for adversarial attacks, i.e. a segmentation VM is needed to generate attacks for segmentation. In this context, the victim model is assumed to be robust to achieve effective adversarial perturbation generation. Instead of focusing on improving the robustness of the task-specific victim models, we shift our attention to image generation. From an image generation perspective, we derive a novel VM for segmentation, aiming to generate adversarial perturbations for segmentation tasks without requiring models explicitly designed for image segmentation. Our approach to adversarial attack generation diverges from conventional white-box or black-box attacks, offering a fresh outlook on adversarial attack strategies. Experiments show that our attack method is able to generate effective adversarial attacks with good transferability.

3D Focusing-and-Matching Network for Multi-Instance Point Cloud Registration

Multi-instance point cloud registration aims to estimate the pose of all instances of a model point cloud in the whole scene. Existing methods all adopt the strategy of first obtaining the global correspondence and then clustering to obtain the pose of each instance. However, due to the cluttered and occluded objects in the scene, it is difficult to obtain an accurate correspondence between the model point cloud and all instances in the scene. To this end, we propose a simple yet powerful 3D focusing-and-matching network for multi-instance point cloud registration by learning the multiple pair-wise point cloud registration. Specifically, we first present a 3D multi-object focusing module to locate the center of each object and generate object proposals. By using self-attention and cross-attention to associate the model point cloud with structurally similar objects, we can locate potential matching instances by regressing object centers. Then, we propose a 3D dual masking instance matching module to estimate the pose between the model point cloud and each object proposal. It performs instance mask and overlap mask masks to accurately predict the pair-wise correspondence. Extensive experiments on two public benchmarks, Scan2CAD and ROBI, show that our method achieves a new state-of-the-art performance on the multi-instance point cloud registration task. LoFLAT: Local Feature Matching using Focused Linear Attention Transformer

Local feature matching is an essential technique in image matching and plays a critical role in a wide range of vision-based applications. However, existing Transformer-based detector-free local feature matching methods encounter challenges due to the quadratic computational complexity of attention mechanisms, especially at high resolutions. However, while existing Transformer-based detector-free local feature matching methods have reduced computational costs using linear attention mechanisms, they still struggle to capture detailed local interactions, which affects the accuracy and robustness of precise local correspondences. In order to enhance representations of attention mechanisms while preserving low computational complexity, we propose the LoFLAT, a novel Local Feature matching using Focused Linear Attention Transformer in this paper. Our LoFLAT consists of three main modules: the Feature Extraction Module, the Feature Transformer Module, and the Matching Module. Specifically, the Feature Extraction Module firstly uses ResNet and a Feature Pyramid Network to extract hierarchical features. The Feature Transformer Module further employs the Focused Linear Attention to refine attention distribution with a focused mapping function and to enhance feature diversity with a depth-wise convolution. Finally, the Matching Module predicts accurate and robust matches through a coarse-to-fine strategy. Extensive experimental evaluations demonstrate that the proposed LoFLAT outperforms the LoFTR method in terms of both efficiency and accuracy.
