Fixed Point Rigidity of the Operator $\Gamma_p\Pi_p^\ast$ and the LYZ Conjecture

Motivated by the recent approach of Milman, Shabelman, and Yehudayoff \cite{MilmanShabelmanYehudayoff2025}, we establish, for $p>1$, a complete characterization of the fixed points of the composition of the $L_p$-centroid operator and the polar $L_p$-projection operator. More precisely, for $p>1$, we prove that if a convex body $K \in \mathcal{K}_o^n$ satisfies \[ \Gamma_p \Pi_p^* K = cK \] for some constant $c>0$, then $K$ must be an ellipsoid. Together with the result of case $p=1$, which was explicitly solved in the paper \cite{MilmanShabelmanYehudayoff2025}, this confirms the conjecture of Lutwak, Yang, and Zhang \cite{LutwakYangZhang2000} for $p\geq1$. Our approach combines variational techniques with a refined analysis of linear reflection shadow systems. We introduce a geometric framework, called the $L_p$-projection Rolodex, that represents the volume of the polar $L_p$-projection body in terms of weighted lower-dimensional sections. This representation yields a monotonicity property of the volume $\operatorname{Vol}_n(\Pi_p^*K_t)$ along linear reflection shadow systems $K_t$ and leads to a rigidity statement showing that the vanishing of the first variation forces constancy along the deformation. These results, together with known characterizations of equality in Steiner symmetrization, give the desired classification of fixed points.

The Minkowski problem of $p$-affine dual curvature measures

For $p\in (-\infty,0)\cup(0,1)$ and a convex body $K\subset\mathbb{R}^n$ with the origin in its interior, we construct the family of $p$-affine dual curvature measures $\mathcal{I}_p(K,\cdot)$ with respect to $K$. The affine-invariant measure $\widetilde{C}_{n-1}^{\mathrm{a}}(K, \cdot)$ given in the paper [9] is the limit case of $\mathcal{I}_p(K,\cdot)$ as $p\rightarrow 1^-$. The classical cone-volume measure is the limit case of the affine measures $2|p|\mathcal{I}_p(K,\cdot)/(n^2V(\mathrm{I}_pK))$ when $p\rightarrow 0$ and $V(K)=2$, where $\mathrm{I}_pK$ denotes the $L_p$ intersection body of $K$. The Minkowski problems for the $p$-affine dual curvature measures are proposed and studied. Specifically, we give a sufficient condition for the existence of a solution to the even Minkowski problem for $p$-affine dual curvature measure. Moreover, a necessary condition is given when $p\in (0,1)$. The smooth case of this Minkowski problem is equivalent to solving a new type of partial differential equations with respect to $p$-cosine transforms.

Generalized affine Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequalities

We establishe an affine Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality concerning two different functions which is stronger than the classical Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality. Furthermore, we also prove reverse inequalities for the new inequalities for log-concave functions.

The $L_p$ Minkowski problems on affine dual quermassintegrals

In this paper, {we extend the affine dual curvature measures to the $L_p$ setting and solve the existence part of the corresponding Minkowski problem for non-symmetric discrete measures when $p>1$ and for symmetric measures when $p\geq0$.} When $p=0$, the $L_0$ Minkowski problem is the affine dual Minkowski problem, which is introduced and solved by Cai-Leng-Wu-Xi in [6].

The Petty projection inequality for sets of finite perimeter

The Petty projection inequality for sets of finite perimeter is proved. Our approach is based on Steiner symmetrization. Neither the affine Sobolev inequality nor the functional Minkowski problem is used in our proof. Moreover, for sets of finite perimeter, we prove the Petty projection inequality with respect to Steiner symmetrization.

An affine Orlicz Polya-Szego principle

The author established the affine Orlicz Polya-Szego principle for log-concave functions and conjectured that the principle can be extended to the general Orlicz Sobolev functions. In this paper, we confirm this conjecture completely. An affine Orlicz Polya-Szego principle, which includes all the previous affine Polya-Szego principles as special cases, is formulated and proved. As a consequence, an Orlicz-Petty projection inequality for star bodies is established.

A new approach to Steiner symmetrization of coercive convex functions

In this paper, a new approach of defining Steiner symmetrization of coercive convex functions is proposed and some fundamental properties of the new Steiner symmetrization are proved. Further, using the new Steiner symmetrization, we give a different approach to prove a functional version of the Blaschke-Santalo inequality due to Ball.

Origin-Symmetric Bodies of Revolution with Minimal Mahler Volume in R^3-a new proof

Meyer and Reisner had proved the Mahler conjecture for rovelution bodies. In this paper, using a new method, we prove that among origin-symmetric bodies of revolution in R^3, cylinders have the minimal Mahler volume. Further, we prove that among parallel sections homothety bodies in R^3, 3-cubes have the minimal Mahler volume.
