AdaTrans: Automated C to Rust Transformation via Error-Adaptive Repair

The automated transformation of C code to Rust is challenging due to Rust's strict ownership and borrowing semantics. While Large Language Models (LLMs) show promise, they often produce code that violates these rules or relies on unsafe constructs. We propose AdaTrans, a framework that addresses these issues through three core mechanisms: a Strategy-Driven Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mechanism to map compiler errors to specific repairs, an Error-Stratified Transformation Strategy (ESTS) that adapts its behavior based on error types, and a multi-stage validation pipeline to ensure both compilability and functional equivalence. Evaluating on a dataset of 104 algorithmic problems, AdaTrans achieves a mean compilation pass rate of 95.51% and a mean solve rate of 81.09%, significantly outperforming existing tools while maintaining an unsafe file rate of only 1.19%.

MIND-V: Hierarchical World Model for Long-Horizon Robotic Manipulation with RL-based Physical Alignment

Scalable embodied intelligence is constrained by the scarcity of diverse, long-horizon robotic manipulation data. Existing video world models in this domain are limited to synthesizing short clips of simple actions and often rely on manually defined trajectories. To this end, we introduce MIND-V, a cognitive hierarchical world model designed to synthesize physically plausible and logically coherent videos of long-horizon robotic manipulation. Inspired by cognitive science, MIND-V bridges high-level reasoning with pixel-level synthesis through three core components: a Semantic Reasoning Hub (SRH) that leverages a pre-trained vision-language model for task planning; a Behavioral Semantic Bridge (BSB) that translates abstract instructions into domain-invariant representations; and a Motor Video Generator (MVG) for conditional video rendering. MIND-V employs Staged Visual Future Rollouts, a test-time optimization strategy to enhance long-horizon robustness. To enforce adherence to physical laws, we introduce a GRPO reinforcement learning post-training phase guided by a novel Physical Foresight Coherence (PFC) reward. PFC leverages the V-JEPA2 world model as a physics referee to penalize implausible dynamics in the latent feature space. Experiments confirm MIND-V's SOTA performance in long-horizon simulation and its significant value for policy learning, introducing a scalable and fully autonomous framework for embodied data synthesis.

JT-DA: Enhancing Data Analysis with Tool-Integrated Table Reasoning Large Language Models

In this work, we present JT-DA-8B (JiuTian Data Analyst 8B), a specialized large language model designed for complex table reasoning tasks across diverse real-world scenarios. To address the lack of high-quality supervision in tabular reasoning scenarios, we construct a comprehensive and diverse training corpus with 34 well-defined table reasoning tasks, by aggregating 29 public table QA datasets and 3 million tables. An automatic pipeline is proposed to generate realistic multi-step analytical tasks involving reasoning patterns. The model is trained upon open-source JT-Coder-8B model, an 8B-parameter decoder-only foundation model trained from scratch. In the training stage, we leverage LLM-based scoring and workflow-aligned filtering to distill high-quality, table-centric data. Both supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement learning (RL) are adopted to optimize our model. Afterwards, a four-stage table reasoning workflow is proposed, including table preprocessing, table sensing, tool-integrated reasoning, and prompt engineering, to improve model interpretability and execution accuracy. Experimental results show that JT-DA-8B achieves strong performance in various table reasoning tasks, demonstrating the effectiveness of data-centric generation and workflow-driven optimization.

MARL-MambaContour: Unleashing Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning for Active Contour Optimization in Medical Image Segmentation

We introduce MARL-MambaContour, the first contour-based medical image segmentation framework based on Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL). Our approach reframes segmentation as a multi-agent cooperation task focused on generate topologically consistent object-level contours, addressing the limitations of traditional pixel-based methods which could lack topological constraints and holistic structural awareness of anatomical regions. Each contour point is modeled as an autonomous agent that iteratively adjusts its position to align precisely with the target boundary, enabling adaptation to blurred edges and intricate morphologies common in medical images. This iterative adjustment process is optimized by a contour-specific Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm, further enhanced with the Entropy Regularization Adjustment Mechanism (ERAM) which dynamically balance agent exploration with contour smoothness. Furthermore, the framework incorporates a Mamba-based policy network featuring a novel Bidirectional Cross-attention Hidden-state Fusion Mechanism (BCHFM). This mechanism mitigates potential memory confusion limitations associated with long-range modeling in state space models, thereby facilitating more accurate inter-agent information exchange and informed decision-making. Extensive experiments on five diverse medical imaging datasets demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of MARL-MambaContour, highlighting its potential as an accurate and robust clinical application.

TReB: A Comprehensive Benchmark for Evaluating Table Reasoning Capabilities of Large Language Models

The majority of data in businesses and industries is stored in tables, databases, and data warehouses. Reasoning with table-structured data poses significant challenges for large language models (LLMs) due to its hidden semantics, inherent complexity, and structured nature. One of these challenges is lacking an effective evaluation benchmark fairly reflecting the performances of LLMs on broad table reasoning abilities. In this paper, we fill in this gap by presenting a comprehensive table reasoning benchmark, TReB. Firstly, we propose a taxonomy to systematically measure both shallow table understanding abilities and deep table reasoning abilities, covering a total of 26 sub-tasks. We then construct a high quality dataset through a dedicated data processing and synthesis procedure. Based on these well-constructed samples, we design an evaluation framework to robustly measure table reasoning capabilities with three distinct inference modes. Experimental results with our data and framework reveal that existing LLMs still have significant room for improvement in addressing the complex and real world table related tasks. Both the dataset and evaluation framework are publicly available, with the dataset hosted on https://huggingface.co/datasets/JT-LM/JIUTIAN-TReB, and the framework on https://github.com/JT-LM/jiutian-treb.
