FitControler: Toward Fit-Aware Virtual Try-On

Realistic virtual try-on (VTON) concerns not only faithful rendering of garment details but also coordination of the style. Prior art typically pursues the former, but neglects a key factor that shapes the holistic style -- garment fit. Garment fit delineates how a garment aligns with the body of a wearer and is a fundamental element in fashion design. In this work, we introduce fit-aware VTON and present FitControler, a learnable plug-in that can seamlessly integrate into modern VTON models to enable customized fit control. To achieve this, we highlight two challenges: i) how to delineate layouts of different fits and ii) how to render the garment that matches the layout. FitControler first features a fit-aware layout generator to redraw the body-garment layout conditioned on a set of delicately processed garment-agnostic representations, and a multi-scale fit injector is then used to deliver layout cues to enable layout-driven VTON. In particular, we build a fit-aware VTON dataset termed Fit4Men, including 13,000 body-garment pairs of different fits, covering both tops and bottoms, and featuring varying camera distances and body poses. Two fit consistency metrics are also introduced to assess the fitness of generations. Extensive experiments show that FitControler can work with various VTON models and achieve accurate fit control. Code and data will be released.

Qwen-Drive-1.0: An Initial Step towards a Vision-Language Foundation Model for Autonomous Driving

We present Qwen-Drive-1.0, an initial step towards a vision-language foundation model for autonomous driving. Qwen-Drive-1.0 retains the architecture of the pretrained vision-language model (VLM) and integrates 3D perception, visual question answering, and motion planning within a unified framework. An external bird's-eye-view (BEV) perception head jointly performs 3D object detection, semantic occupancy prediction, and BEV map segmentation. It serves as a probe of the 3D information accessible from the shared representations and provides an explicit, inspectable interface to 3D scene structure. A Planning Expert conditions on shared VLM representations to generate future ego trajectories. A staged training recipe combines driving supervision with general-purpose vision-language data to acquire driving-specific competence while helping preserve broad visual understanding and instruction-following capabilities. Experiments demonstrate strong 3D perception and driving scene understanding while largely preserving general vision-language capability. Comprehensive evaluations across open-loop, pseudo-closed-loop, and closed-loop settings further show highly competitive motion-planning performance.

RIDGE: Region-Informed Derivative-Guided Evidence Selection for Long Video Understanding

Long videos contain far more visual content than Large Vision-Language Models (LVLMs) can process under a fixed visual-token budget, making frame selection essential. Existing query-aware selectors usually estimate frame-query relevance and build a compact subset from high-scoring frames. Although their mechanisms differ, the similarity sequence is still often treated primarily as values to rank or sample from, rather than as an ordered signal whose shape reflects how query-relevant evidence emerges, peaks, and fades over time. This can obscure frames that explain, contextualize, or follow an event, because such evidence may lie on the rising or falling sides of a nearby relevance peak and receive lower absolute scores. We propose RIDGE, a frame selection framework that reads the frame-query similarity curve as a temporal signal. By using local changes and curvature, RIDGE partitions the timeline into structural regions and applies region-specific selection to preserve event cores, transitions, buildup, aftermath, and contextual frames under a fixed budget. It is a lightweight post-processing step on precomputed frame-query scores and requires neither training nor iterative LVLM calls. Across four long-video benchmarks and three backbones, RIDGE achieves the best performance in most settings and remains competitive in the others.
