Gravitational Radiation Coupled to a real massive scalar Field

We study the asymptotic behavior of small-data global solutions to the Einstein--Klein--Gordon system with a positive-mass real scalar field in wave gauge. We show that the linearized trace component of the metric perturbation admits a $\hat t^{-1}\simeq t^{-1}$ optimal decreasing rate. Moreover, a quantitative one-point observability estimate is established: the initial Klein-Gordon energy is controlled by this leading order coefficient.

Attn-Forcing: Learning Full-Context Attention Proxies for Streaming Video Generation

Increasing the attention context length significantly improves streaming video generation quality, while incurring prohibitive memory and computational costs as the context grows. Existing methods attempt to capture this contextual information through attention selection or compression, but remain limited by bounded representations and lack explicit attention-level supervision to retain historical contributions to current queries. To address this, we introduce Attn-Forcing, a novel framework that preserves full-context attention contributions for streaming video generation under bounded memory and computation. We achieve this by introducing attention proxies that continuously approximate the attention responses induced by the historical context. Specifically, we implement the proxies as learnable visual latents and employ a Proxy Update Module to incorporate visual context from historical latents. Moreover, we propose an Attention Matching Loss to explicitly constrain the attention behavior of the learned proxies using full-context attention supervision. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate that Attn-Forcing consistently improves streaming video generation quality and achieves state-of-the-art performance over existing baseline methods.

Demiurge: Forging Navigable 4D Worlds via Autoregressive Video Rerendering

Recent advances in video diffusion enable novel-view video synthesis from a single input video, supporting world modeling, embodied intelligence, and robotic simulation. However, existing methods process camera trajectories independently, lacking the cross-trajectory consistency needed for coherent, navigable 4D worlds. We introduce Demiurge, an autoregressive video rerendering pipeline built on a dynamic 4D point-cloud memory cache. It promotes cross-trajectory consistency through four components: (1) an appearance video diffusion model that synthesizes photorealistic novel-view videos conditioned on the 4D memory; (2) a memory-consistent video depth completion model that aligns known-region depths with cached geometry and completes missing regions, mitigating scale ambiguity and discontinuities during memory updates; (3) memory-aware dual-stream warping that provides high-fidelity visual guidance and occlusion cues for novel-view synthesis; and (4) geometry-aware video refinement that enhances perceptual quality. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art performance and three key capabilities: coherent spatiotemporal lattice construction over dense multi-view trajectories; large-parallax video rerendering under challenging camera motions, including 180-degree rotations with no input-view overlap; and geometry-faithful outputs that can be directly optimized into high-quality 3D Gaussian Splatting representations with minimal artifacts. Lesion-DDPM: Lesion-Enhanced 3D Diffusion for MS MRI Synthesis

3D FLAIR MRI is widely recommended as one of the standard MRI sequences for brain imaging in multiple sclerosis (MS), but publicly available MS datasets remain relatively small and vary across scanners, acquisition protocols, and lesion patterns. This scarcity and variability hinder the development of robust neuroimaging machine learning models and are particularly challenging for generative models that aim to synthesize images while preserving small, sparse lesions. We propose Lesion-DDPM, a 3D conditional diffusion framework for lesion-aware FLAIR synthesis that incorporates multi-level anatomical mask injection together with a lesion-weighted reconstruction loss to emphasize lesion voxels while maintaining global brain structure. Using a curated subset of the MSLesSeg dataset, we compare Lesion-DDPM with representative state-of-the-art GAN- and diffusion-based models, assessing both image-generation metrics and downstream 3D U-Net segmentation. In our experiments, Lesion-DDPM achieved the lowest lesion-region reconstruction error among all methods. In a downstream 3D U-Net lesion segmentation task, a model trained only on Lesion-DDPM-generated scans and evaluated on real MRIs reached a Dice score of 0.616 compared with 0.569 for the best competing synthetic dataset. When Lesion-DDPM images were added to the real training set, the Dice score further increased to 0.685.

EditVerse3D: High-Quality 3D Object Editing with Region-Aware Learning

Local editing of 3D objects remains a long-standing challenge. When interacting with 3D content, humans naturally tend to specify a coarse region of interest for modification rather than defining precise editing boundaries. However, previous methods rely on fully edited 2D images, precise 3D masks, or redundant pipelines, which present a gap. To bridge this gap, we propose EditVerse3D, a novel 3D editing framework that enables high-quality object editing under such coarse guidance. Our approach takes as input a 3D object to be edited, a coarse 3D bounding box indicating the target region, and a reference 2D image describing the desired modification. It produces a coherent, high-fidelity edited 3D object. To facilitate this editing, we introduce a novel region-aware adaptive loss that emphasizes hard-to-learn regions and balances the objective between target and preserved areas. Complementing our loss function, we enhance model robustness and generalization through targeted data augmentations, such as training with scaled 3D masks and filtering out unrealistic editing pairs. We construct a large-scale 3D editing dataset derived from parts information. Extensive experiments demonstrate that EditVerse3D achieves superior visual quality and quantitative performance compared to existing 3D editing approaches. MegaAvatar: Controllable Talking Avatar Generation

This report presents \textbf{MegaAvatar}, a controllable talking avatar generation framework built on top of the Wan2.2-TI2V-5B model. Compared with previous talking-avatar methods that mainly rely on audio or reference-image conditioning, we introduce additional SMPL-X-derived 3D guidance, enabling global control over body pose and head motion. Specifically, we render the driving SMPL-X sequence into dense mesh frames and encode them with a lightweight 3D convolutional encoder, whose outputs are injected into the latent tokens to provide overall motion control. Furthermore, we extend Wan2.2-TI2V-5B with additional audio and face cross-attention modules to enable fine-grained expression control and preserve the input identity, respectively. In addition, we implement an audio-to-SMPL-X model to predict an SMPL-X sequence conditioned on the reference image and input audio, allowing MegaAvatar to support audio-driven inference without user-provided SMPL-X frames. Experiments show that MegaAvatar achieves high-quality talking avatar generation with controllable body and head motion, speech-synchronized facial expressions, and consistent identity preservation. MegaAvatar also supports inference with flexible resolutions and video lengths. Codes, dataset, models will be avaliable in https://github.com/Jeoyal/MegaAvatar

Rollout-Marginal Distillation for Long-Horizon Autoregressive Video Generation

Autoregressive (AR) video diffusion enables low-latency, streamable video generation, but prediction errors often accumulate over long rollouts. Training the generator on its own rollouts exposes it to these imperfect histories. However, existing video-level distribution matching distillation (DMD) scores the whole rollout jointly. Because a chunk is evaluated together with its past and future, its correction can favor matching artifacts in the surrounding context merely to preserve temporal consistency. To provide a clearer visual-quality signal, we introduce Rollout-Marginal Distillation (RMD). RMD retains the generated history for AR prediction but scores each chunk independently against a chunk teacher, ensuring its quality correction is not compromised by an imperfect temporal context. To compensate for the lack of temporal context in independent chunk scoring, RMD subsequently applies video-level DMD to restore temporal coherence. Extensive experiments demonstrate that RMD maintains high visual quality far beyond its training horizon and outperforms video-level DMD baselines. Code and video results are available at https://cjeen.github.io/RMD

TensorHub: Scalable and Elastic Weight Transfer for LLM RL Training

Modern LLM reinforcement learning (RL) workloads require a high-performance weight transfer system to scale training across heterogeneous compute resources. However, efficiently transferring terabyte-scale model weights across thousands of GPUs remains challenging because the system must accommodate clusters that dynamically scale up and down while keeping coordination, data movement, and storage overhead low. We introduce Reference-Oriented Storage (ROS), a new storage abstraction for RL weight transfer that exploits highly replicated model weights in place. ROS presents the illusion that certain versions of the model weights are stored and can be fetched on demand. Underneath, ROS does not physically store any copies of the weights; instead, it tracks the workers that hold these weights on GPUs for inference. Upon request, ROS directly uses them to serve reads. We build TensorHub, a production-quality system that instantiates the ROS idea with topology-aware transfer, model-parallel consistency, and fault tolerance. Evaluation shows that TensorHub saturates RDMA bandwidth and adapts to three distinct rollout workloads with minimal engineering effort. Specifically, TensorHub reduces total GPU stall time by up to 6.7x for standalone rollouts, accelerates weight updates for elastic rollouts by up to 4.8x, and cuts cross-datacenter rollout stall time by up to 19x. TensorHub has been deployed in ByteDance production to support cutting-edge RL training.

Tag-Aware Structured Text Translation: Towards a Systematic Understanding

Internet texts are replete with format tags that carry structural, semantic, and functional meaning. Current large language model (LLM)-based translation systems struggle to balance translation fluency with tag fidelity when processing tagged text. We argue that resolving this tension requires a systematic approach at three interconnected levels: data synthesis, capability building, and multi-objective alignment. At the data level, we identify and formalize a fundamental trade-off between structural tag diversity and translation naturalness in synthetic data generation; existing methods optimize for one at the expense of the other. We propose a hybrid synthesis strategy (Hy-LST) combining LLM-based synthesis tag method and Two-Stage LLM-based synthesis tag method to produce both diverse and natural tagged data. At the capability level, we decompose tag-aware translation into four sub-tasks of increasing difficulty in a multi-task supervised fine-tuning framework, enabling targeted capability acquisition and knowledge transfer. At the alignment level, we design three complementary reward functions under a group relative policy optimization framework, each targeting a distinct objective (fluency, tag fidelity, and tag-scoped translation quality), and show that joint optimization consistently outperforms single-reward alternatives. Experiments on six language directions (en2zh, en2ja, en2de, en2fr, en2ru, de2fr) demonstrate that each level contributes measurable improvements, and the complete system significantly outperforms existing methods. Qualitative analysis reveals specific error patterns and their mitigation after training with our method.

MegaStyle++: Scaling Image Style Space through Hierarchical Style Definition

Image style is a highly abstract, human-constructed concept shaped by a range of visual factors and intrinsically entangled with content, yet a unified and explicit definition of image style remains lacking. In this work, we first discuss the fundamental question of what is style and then propose a hierarchical style definition that describes image style from an overall style identity to fine-grained visual attributes, providing a more structured, transferable, and interpretable style representation. Based on this definition, we refine the style annotation pipeline of MegaStyle and construct MegaStyle++-8M, a large-scale style dataset containing 150K overall style identities, 1M fine-grained style prompts, and 8M stylized images. Extensive analyses demonstrate that our hierarchical definition substantially expands the style space in both diversity and semantic breadth, while precisely capturing intrinsic visual style of reference images. The dataset and code will be updated at https://github.com/Tencent/MegaStyle, we hope MegaStyle++ provides a scalable foundation for studying and modeling diverse image styles.

VibeWorlding: Can Multimodal Agents Construct 3D Open Worlds End-to-End?

Constructing an interactive 3D open world from a user query is important. However, existing methods are primarily evaluated on idealized, simple queries, making it difficult to systematically analyze and compare how multimodal agents understand user intent, use 3D tools, and reason over textual and visual 3D world information. To this end, we propose VibeWorlding, a unified framework for benchmarking and training vibe worlding agents: a multimodal agent that can autonomously infer user intent, plan scene layout, invoke 3D tools, and reflect on the multimodal feedback in a multi-turn agent-environment interaction process. To achieve this, we first build VWE-BENCH, a benchmark of 2,616 high-quality 3D assets, 323 human-annotated seed 3D worlds, and 6,828 reverse-synthesized multimodal user queries, split into verified queries with ground-truth and unverified queries with carefully designed rubrics. Moreover, we develop VibeWorlding-Gym, a joint multimodal RL post-training framework that integrates (1) a sandbox environment unifying asset retrieval, editing, and image rendering as MCP tools, and (2) a rubric-based verifier that combines physical feasibility and intent fulfillment verification, supporting both fair model evaluation and scalable multimodal RL reward service. Our experiments show that current frontier MLLMs are far from solving the vibe worlding agent task, with even GPT-5.5 and Qwen3.8-Max reaching below 60% success rate, and trace the bottleneck to precise 3D world editing. We further find that RL training can ease this weakness and enable open-source MLLMs to even surpass closed-source frontiers: our VibeWorlder-8B is comparable to frontier MLLMs, while our flagship VibeWorlder-30B-A3B attains the best overall Pass@1 among all evaluated models.

End-to-End 3-D Spatiotemporal Perception with Multimodal Fusion and V2X Collaboration

Multiview cooperative perception and multimodal fusion are essential for reliable 3-D spatiotemporal understanding in autonomous driving, especially in cases with occlusions, limited viewpoints, and communication delays in vehicle-to-everything (V2X) scenarios. In this paper, Cross-modal End-to-End Tracking for V2X (XET-V2X), a multimodal fused end-to-end tracking framework for V2X collaboration that unifies multiview multimodal sensing within a shared spatiotemporal representation, is proposed. To efficiently align heterogeneous viewpoints and modalities, XET-V2X introduces a dual-layer spatial cross-attention module based on multiscale deformable attention. Multiview image features are aggregated to enhance semantic consistency, followed by point cloud fusion guided by the updated spatial queries, enabling effective cross-modal interaction while reducing computational overhead. Experiments based on the real-world V2X Sequential Perception Dataset (V2X-Seq-SPD) dataset and two simulated V2X-Sim-derived subsets, namely the vehicle-to-vehicle (V2X-Sim-V2V) and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X-Sim-V2I) subsets, demonstrate consistent improvements in detection and tracking performance under varying communication delays, with XET-V2X achieving up to 15-20% relative gains in mean average precision (mAP) and average multi-object tracking accuracy (AMOTA) over single-view or single-modal baselines, while also outperforming representative tracking-by-detection cooperative perception methods.

Performance Analysis and Optimization of 3D Generative Diffusion Models across GPU Architectures

Diffusion models have become essential for high-fidelity 3D MRI synthesis, yet their deployment remains constrained by substantial GPU resource demands arising from hundreds of U-Net evaluations per sample and a highly heterogeneous kernel behavior. This paper performs a comprehensive performance analysis of the state-of-the-art medical diffusion model, Med-DDPM, across three generations of NVIDIA architectures to study kernel-level runtime breakdowns, instruction-mix characteristics, memory system utilization, warp-level activities, and profiler priority-score estimates. We show that training is overwhelmingly dominated by cuDNN convolution and implicit-GEMM kernels, with inefficiencies arising from memory-access patterns, tensor-layout conversions, and limited Tensor Core utilization. Guided by these insights, we evaluate two architecture-aware optimizations TF32 Tensor Core activation and a 3D channels-last layout and demonstrate that they reduce SM cycles by up to 100x, cut dynamic instructions by 100x, raise Tensor Core utilization from 1.45 to 9.98x, and increase IPC by 7% on A100, all without degrading synthesis quality.

HRBench: Benchmarking and Understanding Thinking-Mode Switch Strategies in Hybrid-Reasoning LLMs

Hybrid-reasoning large language models (LLMs) expose explicit controls over reasoning effort, allowing users or systems to trade off answer quality against inference cost. However, existing methods for adaptive thinking-mode selection are typically evaluated under different models, datasets, and implementation assumptions, making it difficult to compare their practical behavior. We introduce HRBench, a unified evaluation framework for studying thinking-mode switching in hybrid-reasoning LLMs. HRBench organizes the design space along two axes: three switching strategy families, prompt-based selection, external routing, and speculative execution, and four training regimes, training-free, SFT, offline and online RL, yielding 12 controlled evaluation settings. We evaluate these settings across 6 LLMs, from Qwen3.5-2B to Kimi-K2.5-1.1T, and 5 reasoning benchmarks covering mathematics, science, and code, while reimplementing 12+ representative prior methods within the same pipeline. Our analysis characterizes how different switching strategies occupy distinct effectiveness-efficiency trade-off regions: prompt-based methods often provide favorable token-accuracy trade-offs, routing methods offer more stable cost reduction, and speculative methods tend to improve accuracy at higher token cost. We further find that training affects strategies differently, and that the preferred strategy varies with model scale and task domain. HRBench provides reference implementations and a unified evaluation platform to support more controlled research on efficient reasoning in hybrid-reasoning LLMs. Our data, code and repository are available at https://github.com/usail-hkust/HRBench.

A non-linear damping structure and global stability of wave-Klein-Gordon coupled system in $\mathbb{R}^{3+1}$

This paper establishes the global existence of solutions for a class of wave-Klein-Gordon coupled systems with specific nonlinearities in 3+1-dimensional Minkowski spacetime. The study demonstrates that imposing certain constraints on the coefficients of these specific nonlinear terms induces a damping effect within the system, which is crucial for proving the global existence of solutions. The proof is conducted within the framework of a bootstrap argument, primarily employing the hyperboloidal foliation method and the vector field method.

MegaStyle: Constructing Diverse and Scalable Style Dataset via Consistent Text-to-Image Style Mapping

In this paper, we introduce MegaStyle, a novel and scalable data curation pipeline that constructs an intra-style consistent, inter-style diverse and high-quality style dataset. We achieve this by leveraging the consistent text-to-image style mapping capability of current large generative models, which can generate images in the same style from a given style description. Building on this foundation, we curate a diverse and balanced prompt gallery with 170K style prompts and 400K content prompts, and generate a large-scale style dataset MegaStyle-1.4M via content-style prompt combinations. With MegaStyle-1.4M, we propose style-supervised contrastive learning to fine-tune a style encoder MegaStyle-Encoder for extracting expressive, style-specific representations, and we also train a FLUX-based style transfer model MegaStyle-FLUX. Extensive experiments demonstrate the importance of maintaining intra-style consistency, inter-style diversity and high-quality for style dataset, as well as the effectiveness of the proposed MegaStyle-1.4M. Moreover, when trained on MegaStyle-1.4M, MegaStyle-Encoder and MegaStyle-FLUX provide reliable style similarity measurement and generalizable style transfer, making a significant contribution to the style transfer community. CoMeT: Collaborative Memory Transformer for Efficient Long Context Modeling

The quadratic complexity and indefinitely growing key-value (KV) cache of standard Transformers pose a major barrier to long-context processing. To overcome this, we introduce the Collaborative Memory Transformer (CoMeT), a novel architecture that enables LLMs to handle arbitrarily long sequences with constant memory usage and linear time complexity. Designed as an efficient, plug-in module, CoMeT can be integrated into pre-trained models with only minimal fine-tuning. It operates on sequential data chunks, using a dual-memory system to manage context: a temporary memory on a FIFO queue for recent events, and a global memory with a gated update rule for long-range dependencies. These memories then act as a dynamic soft prompt for the next chunk. To enable efficient fine-tuning on extremely long contexts, we introduce a novel layer-level pipeline parallelism strategy. The effectiveness of our approach is remarkable: a model equipped with CoMeT and fine-tuned on 32k contexts can accurately retrieve a passkey from any position within a 1M token sequence. On the SCROLLS benchmark, CoMeT surpasses other efficient methods and achieves performance comparable to a full-attention baseline on summarization tasks. Its practical effectiveness is further validated on real-world agent and user behavior QA tasks. The code is available at: https://github.com/LivingFutureLab/Comet

Detecting and Enhancing Intellectual Humility in Online Political Discourse

Intellectual humility (IH)-a recognition of one's own intellectual limitations-can reduce polarization and foster more understanding across lines of difference. Yet little work explores how IH can be systematically defined, measured, evaluated, and enhanced in spaces that often lack it the most: online political discussions. In this paper, we seek to bridge these gaps by exploring two questions: 1) how might preexisting levels of IH influence future expressions of IH during online political discourse? and 2) can online interventions enhance IH across different political topics and conversational environments? To pursue these questions, we define a codebook characterizing different dimensions of IH and intellectual arrogance (IA) and have researchers use it to annotate several hundred Reddit posts, which we then use to develop and validate a classifier to support IH analysis at scale. These tools subsequently enable two key contributions: i) an observational data analysis of how IH varies across different political discussions on Reddit, which reveals that more/less IH environments tend to contain future posts of a similar nature, and ii) a randomized control trial evaluating strategies for nudging discussion participants to demonstrate more IH in their posts, which reveals the possibility of enhancing IH in online discussions across a range of contentious topics. Our findings highlight the possibility of measuring and increasing IH online without necessarily reducing engagement.
