Two-loop QCD corrections to $ H \rightarrow b + \bar{b} + g $ at higher powers in the dimensional regulator

We compute the two-loop massless QCD corrections to the amplitude of Higgs boson decay to bottom quark pair and a gluon ($H \rightarrow b + \bar{b} + g$) in the higher powers of the dimensional regularization parameter $\epsilon$. The calculation is performed by projecting the amplitude onto the appropriate Lorentz structures related to the process. We also show the numerical behaviour of the form factors for a few sample phase-space points. These amplitudes are necessary ingredients for computing the three-loop virtual corrections to bottom-quark annihilation to Higgs plus jet production at the hadron collisions.

NNLO QCD corrections to unpolarized and polarized electroweak structure functions in semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering

We present results for unpolarized and polarized semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering mediated by electroweak gauge bosons at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in perturbative quantum chromodynamics. The results include all relevant structure functions arising from both neutral current (NC) and charged current (CC) interactions, incorporating contributions from all partonic channels with full flavor dependence. These corrections are crucial for improving the theoretical precision. A detailed numerical analysis of the NNLO corrections demonstrates their phenomenological importance, revealing sizable effects and a significant reduction in residual scale dependence in the kinematic range probed by the future Electron-Ion-Collider. These results will serve as a critical input for future global extractions of parton distributions functions and fragmentation functions.

QCD corrections for Pseudoscalar Higgs decay to 3 partons at higher orders in dimensional regulator

In this contribution, we present our recent study on the second-order corrections of pseudo-scalar($A$) Higgs decay to three partons, at higher orders in the dimensional regulator. We have studied the one and two-loop amplitudes for processes, $A\to ggg$ and $A\to q\bar{q}g$ in the effective theory framework. Our results, after suitable crossings of the external momenta, are important ingredients for predicting the differential distribution of the pseudo-scalar Higgs boson in association with a jet at hadron colliders.

Pseudoscalar Higgs boson decay to three parton amplitudes at NNLO to higher orders in the dimensional regulator

We present for the first time the second-order corrections of pseudo-scalar($A$) Higgs decay to three parton to higher orders in the dimensional regulator. We compute the one and two-loop amplitudes for processes, $A\to ggg$ and $A\to q\bar{q}g$ in the effective theory framework. With suitable crossing of the external momenta, these calculations are well-suited for predicting the differential distribution of pseudo-scalar Higgs in association with a jet at hadron colliders, up to next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in the strong coupling constant. These results expanded to higher orders in dimensional regulator will contribute to the full three loop cross section. We implement the finite pieces of the amplitudes in a numerical code which can be used with any Monte Carlo phase space generator.

Soft and Jet functions for SCET at four loops in QCD

Soft-Collinear Effective Theory is a framework for systematically organizing and resumming the logarithmic contributions that occur in high-energy reactions. It provides a factorized description of cross sections in terms of hard, jet, soft, and beam functions. As the latter are universal, they can be obtained from the well-known perturbative results in quantum chromodynamics (QCD) for deep-inelastic scattering, Drell-Yan and Higgs boson productions. Using the recent results ~\cite{Kniehl:2025ttz} on four-loop eikonal $(f^I)$ and collinear anomalous dimensions $(B^I)$ for quarks and gluons, $I=q,g$, as well as perturbative results from previous orders, we present four-loop predictions for the quark and gluon soft and jet functions. They constitute an important component of the $N$-jettiness subtraction method at $\rm{N^4LO}$ accuracy in QCD, which eventually may enable the calculation of fully-differential cross sections at higher orders.

${\mathcal{O}(α_s^2 α)}$ corrections to quark form factor

We present the analytic results for the non-singlet contributions to the three-loop mixed strong-electroweak ${\mathcal{O}}(α_s^2α)$ virtual corrections to the quark form factors. The primary challenge of this computation arises from the presence of massive vector bosons within the loops. This significantly increases the complexity of the integration-by-parts reduction of the scalar integrals and complicates their evaluation via the method of differential equations. To obtain the physical results, we perform the appropriate ultraviolet renormalization and subtract the universal infrared divergences. The resulting finite remainders are expressed in terms of Harmonic Polylogarithms and Generalized Polylogarithms.

NNLO QCD corrections to unpolarized and polarized SIDIS

The semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering (SIDIS) process requires the presence of an identified hadron H$'$ in the final state, which arises from the scattering of a lepton with an initial hadron P. By employing factorization in quantum chromodynamics (QCD), SIDIS provides essential knowledge on the hadron structure, enabling the exploration of parton distribution functions (PDFs) and fragmentation functions (FFs). The coefficient functions for SIDIS can be calculated in perturbative QCD and are currently known to the next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) for the cases, where the incoming lepton and the hadron P are either both polarized or unpolarized. We present a detailed description of these NNLO computations, including a thorough discussion of all the partonic channels, the calculation of the amplitudes and master integrals for the phase-space integration as well as the renormalization of ultraviolet divergences and mass factorization of infrared divergences in dimensional regularization through NNLO. We provide an extensive phenomenological analysis of the effects of NNLO corrections on SIDIS cross sections for different PDFs and FFs and various kinematics, including those of the future Electron-Ion Collider (EIC). We find that these corrections are not only significant but also crucial for reducing the dependence on the renormalization and factorization scales $μ_R$ and $μ_F$ to obtain stable predictions.

Next-to-Next-to-Leading Order QCD Corrections to Polarized Semi-Inclusive Deep-Inelastic Scattering

Polarized semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering (SIDIS) is a key process in the quest for a resolution of the proton spin puzzle. We present the complete results for the polarized SIDIS process at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in perturbative quantum chromodynamics. Our analytical results include all partonic channels for the scattering of polarized leptons off hadrons and a spin-averaged hadron identified in the final state. A numerical analysis of the NNLO corrections illustrates their significance and the reduced residual scale dependence in the kinematic range probed by the future Electron-Ion-Collider EIC.

NNLO QCD$\otimes$QED corrections to unpolarized and polarized SIDIS

We present the first computation of next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) pure QED and mixed QCD$\otimes$QED corrections to unpolarized and polarized semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering (SIDIS). Building on our previous NNLO QCD results, these corrections are crucial for improving the theoretical precision. The coefficient functions are derived within the QCD factorization framework using dimensional regularization, with consistent renormalization and mass factorization. A detailed phenomenological analysis shows that the NNLO QED and QCD$\otimes$QED terms enhance perturbative stability and reduce scale uncertainties. These results are essential for high-precision SIDIS predictions at future facilities such as the Electron-Ion Collider.

Soft and virtual corrections to semi-inclusive DIS up to four loops in QCD

We apply the threshold resummation formalism for semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering (SIDIS) to derive the soft and virtual corrections for the SIDIS cross section up to four loops in QCD. Using the recently computed next-to-next-to-leading order QCD corrections for the SIDIS cross section together with known results for the form factor and splitting functions in QCD up to four loops, we derive the complete soft and collinear contributions to the SIDIS coefficient functions at four-loop order. We also include systematically the next-to-leading power corrections, which are suppressed near threshold. The numerical analysis of the new four-loop corrections shows a small effect on the cross section underpinning the very good perturbative stability of the SIDIS process at that order in perturbation theory, including the reduced dependence on the renormalization and factorization scales $μ_R$ and $μ_F$.

NNLO phase-space integrals for semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering

We evaluate the phase-space integrals that arise in double real emission diagrams for semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in QCD. Utilizing the reverse unitarity technique, we convert these integrals into loop integrals, allowing us to employ integration-by-parts identities and reduce them to a set of master integrals. The master integrals are then solved using the method of differential equations and expressed in terms of Goncharov polylogarithms. By examining the series expansion in the dimensional regulator, we discover additional relations among some of the master integrals. As an alternative approach, we solve the master integrals by decomposing them into angular and radial components. The angular parts are evaluated using Mellin-Barnes representation, while special attention is given to the singular structures of the radial integrals to handle them accurately. Here the results are provided in terms of one-fold integrals over classical polylogarithms. This approach provides a clearer understanding of the origin of soft and collinear singularities.

Two loop QCD corrections for the process Pseudo-scalar Higgs $\rightarrow 3$ partons

We present virtual contributions up to two loop level in perturbative Quantum Chromodynamic (QCD) to the decay of pseudo-scalar Higgs boson ($A$) to three gluons ($g$) and also to quark ($q$), anti-quark ($\overline q$) and a gluon. With appropriate crossing, they are well suited for predicting the differential distribution of $A$ in association with a jet in hadron colliders up to next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) in strong coupling constant and also for the subsequent decay of $A$ to hadrons. We use effective field theory approach to integrate out the top quarks in the heavy top limit. The resulting theory involves two pseudo-scalar composite operators describing the interaction of $A$ with gluons as well as with quark and anti-quark. We perform our computation in dimensional regularisation and use minimal subtraction ($\overline{MS}$) scheme to renormalise strong coupling constant as well as the composite operators. The ultraviolet (UV) finite amplitudes contain infrared (IR) divergences that are found to be in agreement with the predictions by Catani. For both the amplitudes namely $A \rightarrow g g g$ and $A \rightarrow q \overline q g$, the leading transcendental terms at one and two loops are found to be identical to those in a three point form factor (FF) of the half-BPS operator in ${\cal N}=4$ Supersymmetric Yang Mills (SYM) theory when the QCD color factors are adjusted in a specific way. We present our results in terms of harmonic polylogs well suited for further numerical study.

Infrared structure of $SU(N)\times U(1)$ gauge theory to three loops

We study the infrared (IR) structure of $SU(N) \times U(1)$ (QCD $\times$ QED) gauge theory with $n_f$ quarks and $n_l$ leptons within the framework of perturbation theory. In particular, we unravel the IR structure of the form factors and inclusive real emission cross sections that contribute to inclusive production of color neutral states, such as a pair of leptons or single W/Z in Drell-Yan processes and a Higgs boson in bottom quark annihilation, in Large Hadron Collider (LHC) in the threshold limit. Explicit computation of the relevant form factors to third order and the use of Sudakov's $K+G$ equation in $SU(N)\times U(1)$ gauge theory demonstrate the universality of the cusp anomalous dimensions ($A_I , I = q, b$). The abelianization rules that relate $A_I$ of $SU(N)$ with those from $U(1)$ and $SU(N)\times U(1)$ can be used to predict the soft distribution that results from the soft gluon emission subprocesses in the threshold limit. Using the latter and the third order form factors, we can obtain the collinear anomalous dimensions ($B_I$ ) and the renormalisation constant $Z_b$ to third order in perturbation theory. The form factors, the process independent soft distribution functions can be used to predict fixed and resummed inclusive cross sections to third order in couplings and in leading logarithmic approximation respectively.

NNLO QCD corrections to semi-inclusive DIS

We present the first results for the next-to-next-to leading order (NNLO) corrections to the semi-inclusive deep-inelastic scattering process in perturbative quantum chromodynamics. We consider the quark initiated flavor non-singlet process and obtain the complete contributions analytically at leading color. All relevant virtual and real emission Feynman diagrams have been computed using integration-by-parts reduction to master integrals and two approaches for their subsequent evaluation (parametric phase-space integration and method of differential equations). The numerical analysis demonstrates the significance of the NNLO corrections and their great impact on the reduction of the residual scale dependence.

Rapidity distribution of pseudo-scalar Higgs boson to $\rm{\textbf{NNLO}_A+\overline{\textbf {NNLL}}}$

We present the differential predictions for the rapidity distribution of pseudo-scalar Higgs boson through gluon fusion at the LHC. These results are obtained taking into account the soft-virtual (SV) as well as the next-to-soft virtual (NSV) resummation effects to next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic ($\rm{\overline{NNLL}}$) accuracy and matching them to the approximate fixed order next-to-next-to-leading-order ($\rm{NNLO_A}$) computation. We perform the resummation in two dimensional Mellin space using our recent formalism \cite{Ajjath:2020lwb} by limiting ourselves to the contributions only from gluon-gluon ($gg$) initiated channels. The $\rm{NNLO_A}$ rapidity distribution of pseudo-scalar Higgs is obtained by applying a ratio method on the NNLO rapidity distribution of the scalar Higgs boson. We also present the first analytical results of $\rm{N^3LO}$ rapidity distribution of pseudo-scalar Higgs at SV+NSV accuracy. The phenomenological impacts of $\rm{{NNLO}_A+\overline{NNLL}}$ predictions for 13 TeV LHC are studied. We observe that, for $m_A$ =125(700) GeV, the SV+NSV resummation at $\rm{ \overline{NNLL}}$ level brings about 14.76\% (11.48\%) corrections to the $\rm{NNLO}_A$ results at the central scale value of $μ_R=μ_F=m_A$. Further, we find that the sensitivity to the renormalisation scale gets improved substantially by the inclusion of NSV resummed predictions at $\rm \overline{NNLL}$ accuracy.

Three loop QCD corrections to the heavy-light form factors in the color-planar limit

We present the analytic expressions for the color-planar contributions to the heavy-light form factors at three loops in perturbative QCD. These form factors play an important role in the precision predictions of various observables in top quark and flavour physics. We compute the master integrals using the method of differential equations. We perform the ultraviolet renormalization for all the appearing fields and parameters. The analytic results for the renormalized form factors are expressed in terms of generalized harmonic polylogarithms. We also study the Sudakov behaviour of these form factors in the asymptotic limit, which enables us to obtain the complete logarithmic three-loop and partial four-loop contributions.

Next-to-soft-virtual resummed rapidity distribution for Drell-Yan process to $\rm{\textbf{NNLO}+\overline{\textbf{NNLL}}}$

We present the differential predictions for the rapidity distribution of a pair of leptons through the Drell-Yan (DY) process at the LHC taking into account the soft-virtual (SV) as well as next-to-soft virtual (NSV) resummation effects in QCD perturbation theory to next-to-next-to-leading-order plus next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic ($\rm{NNLO+\overline{NNLL}}$) accuracy. We perform the resummation in two dimensional Mellin space using our recent formalism \cite{Ajjath:2020lwb} by limiting ourselves to contributions only from quark anti-quark ($q \bar q$) initiated channels. The resummed corrections to the fixed order results are computed through a matched formula using the minimal prescription procedure. We find that the resummation at next-to-leading-logarithmic (next-to-next-to-leading-logarithmic) level brings about 3.98\% (1.24\%) corrections respectively to the NLO (NNLO) results at the central scale value of $q=M_Z$ for 13 TeV LHC. We also observe that the sensitivity to the renormalisation scale gets improved substantially by the inclusion of NSV resummed predictions at $\rm \overline{NNLL}$ accuracy. Further, the lack of quark gluon ($qg$) initiated contributions to NSV part in the $\rm \overline{NNLL}$ resummed predictions leaves large factorisation scale dependence indicating their importance at NSV level as we go to higher orders in perturbation theory.

Next-to-Soft Virtual Resummation for QCD Observables

We present a framework for resumming the contributions from soft-virtual and next-to-soft virtual (NSV) logarithms. Numerical impact for these resummed predictions are discussed for the inclusive cross section for Drell-Yan di-lepton process up to next-to-next-to leading logarithmic accuracy, restricting to only diagonal partonic channels.
