Link Representation Learning for Probabilistic Travel Time Estimation

Travel time estimation is a key task in navigation apps and web mapping services. Existing deterministic and probabilistic methods, based on the assumption of trip independence, predominantly focus on modeling individual trips while overlooking trip correlations. However, real-world conditions frequently introduce strong correlations between trips, influenced by external and internal factors such as weather and the tendencies of drivers. To address this, we propose a deep hierarchical joint probabilistic model ProbETA for travel time estimation, capturing both inter-trip and intra-trip correlations. The joint distribution of travel times across multiple trips is modeled as a low-rank multivariate Gaussian, parameterized by learnable link representations estimated using the empirical Bayes approach. We also introduce a data augmentation method based on trip sub-sampling, allowing for fine-grained gradient backpropagation when learning link representations. During inference, our model estimates the probability distribution of travel time for a queried trip, conditional on spatiotemporally adjacent completed trips. Evaluation on two real-world GPS trajectory datasets demonstrates that ProbETA outperforms state-of-the-art deterministic and probabilistic baselines, with Mean Absolute Percentage Error decreasing by over 12.60%. Moreover, the learned link representations align with the physical network geometry, potentially making them applicable for other tasks.

Cross-modal Retrieval Models for Stripped Binary Analysis

Retrieving binary code via natural language queries is a pivotal capability for downstream tasks in the software security domain, such as vulnerability detection and malware analysis. However, it is challenging to identify binary functions semantically relevant to the user query from thousands of candidates, as the absence of symbolic information distinguishes this task from source code retrieval. In this paper, we introduce, BinSeek, a two-stage cross-modal retrieval framework for stripped binary code analysis. It consists of two models: BinSeek-Embedding is trained on large-scale dataset to learn the semantic relevance of the binary code and the natural language description, furthermore, BinSeek-Reranker learns to carefully judge the relevance of the candidate code to the description with context augmentation. To this end, we built an LLM-based data synthesis pipeline to automate training construction, also deriving a domain benchmark for future research. Our evaluation results show that BinSeek achieved the state-of-the-art performance, surpassing the the same scale models by 31.42% in Rec@3 and 27.17% in MRR@3, as well as leading the advanced general-purpose models that have 16 times larger parameters.

D-FCGS: Feedforward Compression of Dynamic Gaussian Splatting for Free-Viewpoint Videos

Free-Viewpoint Video (FVV) enables immersive 3D experiences, but efficient compression of dynamic 3D representation remains a major challenge. Existing dynamic 3D Gaussian Splatting methods couple reconstruction with optimization-dependent compression and customized motion formats, limiting generalization and standardization. To address this, we propose D-FCGS, a novel Feedforward Compression framework for Dynamic Gaussian Splatting. Key innovations include: (1) a standardized Group-of-Frames (GoF) structure with I-P coding, leveraging sparse control points to extract inter-frame motion tensors; (2) a dual prior-aware entropy model that fuses hyperprior and spatial-temporal priors for accurate rate estimation; (3) a control-point-guided motion compensation mechanism and refinement network to enhance view-consistent fidelity. Trained on Gaussian frames derived from multi-view videos, D-FCGS generalizes across diverse scenes in a zero-shot fashion. Experiments show that it matches the rate-distortion performance of optimization-based methods, achieving over 17 times compression compared to the baseline while preserving visual quality across viewpoints. This work advances feedforward compression of dynamic 3DGS, facilitating scalable FVV transmission and storage for immersive applications.

Class Incremental Medical Image Segmentation via Prototype-Guided Calibration and Dual-Aligned Distillation

Class incremental medical image segmentation (CIMIS) aims to preserve knowledge of previously learned classes while learning new ones without relying on old-class labels. However, existing methods 1) either adopt one-size-fits-all strategies that treat all spatial regions and feature channels equally, which may hinder the preservation of accurate old knowledge, 2) or focus solely on aligning local prototypes with global ones for old classes while overlooking their local representations in new data, leading to knowledge degradation. To mitigate the above issues, we propose Prototype-Guided Calibration Distillation (PGCD) and Dual-Aligned Prototype Distillation (DAPD) for CIMIS in this paper. Specifically, PGCD exploits prototype-to-feature similarity to calibrate class-specific distillation intensity in different spatial regions, effectively reinforcing reliable old knowledge and suppressing misleading information from old classes. Complementarily, DAPD aligns the local prototypes of old classes extracted from the current model with both global prototypes and local prototypes, further enhancing segmentation performance on old categories. Comprehensive evaluations on two widely used multi-organ segmentation benchmarks demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art methods, highlighting its robustness and generalization capabilities.

Shared & Domain Self-Adaptive Experts with Frequency-Aware Discrimination for Continual Test-Time Adaptation

This paper focuses on the Continual Test-Time Adaptation (CTTA) task, aiming to enable an agent to continuously adapt to evolving target domains while retaining previously acquired domain knowledge for effective reuse when those domains reappear. Existing shared-parameter paradigms struggle to balance adaptation and forgetting, leading to decreased efficiency and stability. To address this, we propose a frequency-aware shared and self-adaptive expert framework, consisting of two key components: (i) a dual-branch expert architecture that extracts general features and dynamically models domain-specific representations, effectively reducing cross-domain interference and repetitive learning cost; and (ii) an online Frequency-aware Domain Discriminator (FDD), which leverages the robustness of low-frequency image signals for online domain shift detection, guiding dynamic allocation of expert resources for more stable and realistic adaptation. Additionally, we introduce a Continual Repeated Shifts (CRS) benchmark to simulate periodic domain changes for more realistic evaluation. Experimental results show that our method consistently outperforms existing approaches on both classification and segmentation CTTA tasks under standard and CRS settings, with ablations and visualizations confirming its effectiveness and robustness. Our code is available at https://github.com/ZJC25127/Domain-Self-Adaptive-CTTA.git.

Toward Efficient Testing of Graph Neural Networks via Test Input Prioritization

Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have demonstrated remarkable efficacy in handling graph-structured data; however, they exhibit failures after deployment, which can cause severe consequences. Hence, conducting thorough testing before deployment becomes imperative to ensure the reliability of GNNs. However, thorough testing requires numerous manually annotated test data. To mitigate the annotation cost, strategically prioritizing and labeling high-quality unlabeled inputs for testing becomes crucial, which facilitates uncovering more model failures with a limited labeling budget. Unfortunately, existing test input prioritization techniques either overlook the valuable information contained in graph structures or are overly reliant on attributes extracted from the target model, i.e., model-aware attributes, whose quality can vary significantly. To address these issues, we propose a novel test input prioritization framework, named GraphRank, for GNNs. GraphRank introduces model-agnostic attributes to compensate for the limitations of the model-aware ones. It also leverages the graph structure information to aggregate attributes from neighboring nodes, thereby enhancing the model-aware and model-agnostic attributes. Furthermore, GraphRank combines the above attributes with a binary classifier, using it as a ranking model to prioritize inputs. This classifier undergoes iterative training, which enables it to learn from each round's feedback and improve its performance accordingly. Extensive experiments demonstrate GraphRank's superiority over existing techniques.

HEDN: A Hard-Easy Dual Network with Source Reliability Assessment for Cross-Subject EEG Emotion Recognition

Cross-subject electroencephalography (EEG) emotion recognition remains a major challenge in brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) due to substantial inter-subject variability. Multi-Source Domain Adaptation (MSDA) offers a potential solution, but existing MSDA frameworks typically assume equal source quality, leading to negative transfer from low-reliability domains and prohibitive computational overhead due to multi-branch model designs. To address these limitations, we propose the Hard-Easy Dual Network (HEDN), a lightweight reliability-aware MSDA framework. HEDN introduces a novel Source Reliability Assessment (SRA) mechanism that dynamically evaluates the structural integrity of each source domain during training. Based on this assessment, sources are routed to two specialized branches: an Easy Network that exploits high-quality sources to construct fine-grained, structure-aware prototypes for reliable pseudo-label generation, and a Hard Network that utilizes adversarial training to refine and align low-quality sources. Furthermore, a cross-network consistency loss aligns predictions between branches to preserve semantic coherence. Extensive experiments conducted on SEED, SEED-IV, and DEAP datasets demonstrate that HEDN achieves state-of-the-art performance across both cross-subject and cross-dataset evaluation protocols while reducing adaptation complexity.

Investigation of $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$ in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV with the PACIAE model

We have used the parton and hadron cascade model PACIAE together with the Dynamically Constrained Phase-space Coalescence model (DCPC) to study the $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$ production in $pp$ collision at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV, following the LHCb observation of $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$ in the $B^{-}\to D^{-}D^{0}K^{0}_{S}$ decays in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7, 8, and 13 TeV [PRL 134(2025)101901]. The final hadronic states of the $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV are first simulated by the PACIAE model. Four sets of $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$ candidates are then recombined by the DCPC model using the constituent meson pair of $D^{0}K^{0}_{S}$, $D^{+}K^{-}$, $D^{*+}K^{*-}$, and $D^{*0} \bar{K}^{*0}$ based on the above simulated final hadronic states, respectively. We calculate their rapidity distributions, transverse momentum spectra, and angular distribution between the two component mesons, as well as angular distribution between $D$ component meson and $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$. Our results show that the yields of four $T_{cs0}^{*}(2870)^{0}$ candidates follow the magnitude order of $D^{0}K^{0}_{S}$ $>$ $D^{+}K^{-}$ $>$ $D^{*+}K^{*-}$ $\sim$ $D^{*0} \bar{K}^{*0}$. Similar ordering behavior is also observed in the aforementioned distributions.

MultiEgo: A Multi-View Egocentric Video Dataset for 4D Scene Reconstruction

Multi-view egocentric dynamic scene reconstruction holds significant research value for applications in holographic documentation of social interactions. However, existing reconstruction datasets focus on static multi-view or single-egocentric view setups, lacking multi-view egocentric datasets for dynamic scene reconstruction. Therefore, we present MultiEgo, the first multi-view egocentric dataset for 4D dynamic scene reconstruction. The dataset comprises five canonical social interaction scenes: meetings, performances, and a presentation. Each scene provides five authentic egocentric videos captured by participants wearing AR glasses. We design a hardware-based data acquisition system and processing pipeline, achieving sub-millisecond temporal synchronization across views, coupled with accurate pose annotations. Experiment validation demonstrates the practical utility and effectiveness of our dataset for free-viewpoint video (FVV) applications, establishing MultiEgo as a foundational resource for advancing multi-view egocentric dynamic scene reconstruction research.

Class-Independent Increment: An Efficient Approach for Multi-label Class-Incremental Learning

Current research on class-incremental learning primarily focuses on single-label classification tasks. However, real-world applications often involve multi-label scenarios, such as image retrieval and medical imaging. Therefore, this paper focuses on the challenging yet practical multi-label class-incremental learning (MLCIL) problem. In addition to the challenge of catastrophic forgetting, MLCIL encounters issues related to feature confusion, encompassing inter-session and intra-feature confusion. To address these problems, we propose a novel MLCIL approach called class-independent increment (CLIN). Specifically, in contrast to existing methods that extract image-level features, we propose a class-independent incremental network (CINet) to extract multiple class-level embeddings for multi-label samples. It learns and preserves the knowledge of different classes by constructing class-specific tokens. On this basis, we develop two novel loss functions, optimizing the learning of class-specific tokens and class-level embeddings, respectively. These losses aim to distinguish between new and old classes, further alleviating the problem of feature confusion. Extensive experiments on MS-COCO and PASCAL VOC datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our method for improving recognition performance and mitigating forgetting on various MLCIL tasks.

GMT: Effective Global Framework for Multi-Camera Multi-Target Tracking

Multi-Camera Multi-Target (MCMT) tracking aims to locate and associate the same targets across multiple camera views. Existing methods typically adopt a two-stage framework, involving single-camera tracking followed by inter-camera tracking. However, in this paradigm, multi-view information is used only to recover missed matches in the first stage, providing a limited contribution to overall tracking. To address this issue, we propose GMT, a global MCMT tracking framework that jointly exploits intra-view and inter-view cues for tracking. Specifically, instead of assigning trajectories independently for each view, we integrate the same historical targets across different views as global trajectories, thereby reformulating the two-stage tracking as a unified global-level trajectory-target association process. We introduce a Cross-View Feature Consistency Enhancement (CFCE) module to align visual and spatial features across views, providing a consistent feature space for global trajectory modeling. With these aligned features, the Global Trajectory Association (GTA) module associates new detections with existing global trajectories, enabling direct use of multi-view information. Compared to the two-stage framework, GMT achieves significant improvements on existing datasets, with gains of up to 21.3 percent in CVMA and 17.2 percent in CVIDF1. Furthermore, we introduce VisionTrack, a high-quality, large-scale MCMT dataset providing significantly greater diversity than existing datasets. Our code and dataset will be released.

PipeDiT: Accelerating Diffusion Transformers in Video Generation with Task Pipelining and Model Decoupling

Video generation has been advancing rapidly, and diffusion transformer (DiT) based models have demonstrated remark- able capabilities. However, their practical deployment is of- ten hindered by slow inference speeds and high memory con- sumption. In this paper, we propose a novel pipelining frame- work named PipeDiT to accelerate video generation, which is equipped with three main innovations. First, we design a pipelining algorithm (PipeSP) for sequence parallelism (SP) to enable the computation of latent generation and commu- nication among multiple GPUs to be pipelined, thus reduc- ing inference latency. Second, we propose DeDiVAE to de- couple the diffusion module and the variational autoencoder (VAE) module into two GPU groups, whose executions can also be pipelined to reduce memory consumption and infer- ence latency. Third, to better utilize the GPU resources in the VAE group, we propose an attention co-processing (Aco) method to further reduce the overall video generation latency. We integrate our PipeDiT into both OpenSoraPlan and Hun- yuanVideo, two state-of-the-art open-source video generation frameworks, and conduct extensive experiments on two 8- GPU systems. Experimental results show that, under many common resolution and timestep configurations, our PipeDiT achieves 1.06x to 4.02x speedups over OpenSoraPlan and HunyuanVideo.

Taiji: A DPU Memory Elasticity Solution for In-production Cloud Environments

The growth of cloud computing drives data centers toward higher density and efficiency. Data processing units (DPUs) enhance server network and storage performance but face challenges such as long hardware upgrade cycles and limited resources. To address these, we propose Taiji, a resource-elasticity architecture for DPUs. Combining hybrid virtualization with parallel memory swapping, Taiji switches the DPU's operating system (OS) into a guest OS and inserts a lightweight virtualization layer, making nearly all DPU memory swappable. It achieves memory overcommitment for the switched guest OS via high-performance memory elasticity, fully transparent to upper-layer applications, and supports hot-switch and hot-upgrade to meet in-production cloud requirements. Experiments show that Taiji expands DPU memory resources by over 50%, maintains virtualization overhead around 5%, and ensures 90% of swap-ins complete within 10 microseconds. Taiji delivers an efficient, reliable, low-overhead elasticity solution for DPUs and is deployed in large-scale production systems across more than 30,000 servers.

Vmem: A Lightweight Hot-Upgradable Memory Management for In-production Cloud Environment

Traditional memory management suffers from metadata overhead, architectural complexity, and stability degradation, problems intensified in cloud environments. Existing software/hardware optimizations are insufficient for cloud computing's dual demands of flexibility and low overhead. This paper presents Vmem, a memory management architecture for in-production cloud environments that enables flexible, efficient cloud server memory utilization through lightweight reserved memory management. Vmem is the first such architecture to support online upgrades, meeting cloud requirements for high stability and rapid iterative evolution. Experiments show Vmem increases sellable memory rate by about 2%, delivers extreme elasticity and performance, achieves over 3x faster boot time for VFIO-based virtual machines (VMs), and improves network performance by about 10% for DPU-accelerated VMs. Vmem has been deployed at large scale for seven years, demonstrating efficiency and stability on over 300,000 cloud servers supporting hundreds of millions of VMs.

Topological photonic crystal fibre

Photonic crystal fibres (PCFs) are optical fibres that guide light using a modulated dielectric medium. They provide an exceptionally versatile platform for various applications, thanks to the flexibility with which light-guiding can be customised by modifying the fibre geometry. Here, we realise a PCF with guided modes produced by photonic bandstructure topology rather than conventional mode-trapping mechanisms. The design, which is compatible with the stack-and-draw fabrication process, consists of a cross-sectional photonic topological crystalline insulator with a disclination. A bulk-defect correspondence produces degenerate topological modes, lying below the cladding light line. We use various theoretical methods to confirm their topological origins, including a spectral localiser that makes minimal assumptions about the bandstructure. Our experiments on the fabricated topological fibre show it transmitting visible to near-infrared light with low losses of 10--20 dB/km, which do not increase much when the fibre is bent. A comparable solid-core PCF of conventional design exhibits substantially higher bending losses. Optical fibres based on topological modes thus hold promise for improved performance and novel functionalities.

SIM-Assisted End-to-End Co-Frequency Co-Time Full-Duplex System

To further suppress the inherent self-interference (SI) in co-frequency and co-time full-duplex (CCFD) systems, we propose integrating a stacked intelligent metasurface (SIM) into the RF front-end to enhance signal processing in the wave domain. Furthermore, an end-to-end (E2E) learning-based signal processing method is adopted to control the metasurface. Specifically, the real metasurface is abstracted as hidden layers of a network, thereby constructing an electromagnetic neural network (EMNN) to enable driving control of the real communication system. Traditional communication tasks, such as channel coding, modulation, precoding, combining, demodulation, and channel decoding, are synchronously carried out during the electromagnetic (EM) forward propagation through the metasurface. Simulation results show that, benefiting from the additional wave-domain processing capability of the SIM, the SIM-assisted CCFD system achieves significantly reduced bit error rate (BER) compared with conventional CCFD systems. Our study fully demonstrates the potential applications of EMNN and SIM-assisted E2E CCFD systems in next-generation transceiver design.

OneRec-V2 Technical Report

Recent breakthroughs in generative AI have transformed recommender systems through end-to-end generation. OneRec reformulates recommendation as an autoregressive generation task, achieving high Model FLOPs Utilization. While OneRec-V1 has shown significant empirical success in real-world deployment, two critical challenges hinder its scalability and performance: (1) inefficient computational allocation where 97.66% of resources are consumed by sequence encoding rather than generation, and (2) limitations in reinforcement learning relying solely on reward models. To address these challenges, we propose OneRec-V2, featuring: (1) Lazy Decoder-Only Architecture: Eliminates encoder bottlenecks, reducing total computation by 94% and training resources by 90%, enabling successful scaling to 8B parameters. (2) Preference Alignment with Real-World User Interactions: Incorporates Duration-Aware Reward Shaping and Adaptive Ratio Clipping to better align with user preferences using real-world feedback. Extensive A/B tests on Kuaishou demonstrate OneRec-V2's effectiveness, improving App Stay Time by 0.467%/0.741% while balancing multi-objective recommendations. This work advances generative recommendation scalability and alignment with real-world feedback, representing a step forward in the development of end-to-end recommender systems.

AG-Fusion: adaptive gated multimodal fusion for 3d object detection in complex scenes

Multimodal camera-LiDAR fusion technology has found extensive application in 3D object detection, demonstrating encouraging performance. However, existing methods exhibit significant performance degradation in challenging scenarios characterized by sensor degradation or environmental disturbances. We propose a novel Adaptive Gated Fusion (AG-Fusion) approach that selectively integrates cross-modal knowledge by identifying reliable patterns for robust detection in complex scenes. Specifically, we first project features from each modality into a unified BEV space and enhance them using a window-based attention mechanism. Subsequently, an adaptive gated fusion module based on cross-modal attention is designed to integrate these features into reliable BEV representations robust to challenging environments. Furthermore, we construct a new dataset named Excavator3D (E3D) focusing on challenging excavator operation scenarios to benchmark performance in complex conditions. Our method not only achieves competitive performance on the standard KITTI dataset with 93.92% accuracy, but also significantly outperforms the baseline by 24.88% on the challenging E3D dataset, demonstrating superior robustness to unreliable modal information in complex industrial scenes.
