AnyGS2Mesh: Feed-Forward Mesh Reconstruction from 3D Gaussian Splatting with Arbitrary-Resolution Views

Existing 3D mesh reconstruction methods from Gaussian scene representations predominantly rely on iterative optimization, resulting in slow inference and limited scalability to high-resolution inputs. In this paper, we present AnyGS2Mesh, the first feed-forward framework for directly reconstructing 3D meshes from 3D Gaussian Splatting representations with support for arbitrary input image resolutions. Our approach incorporates a Gaussian-Guided Transformer architecture that exploits explicit 3D geometric priors for efficient mesh generation. We introduce three key components: (1) a Gaussian-Guided Spatial Reasoning Transformer represents Gaussian primitives as structured 3D tokens and jointly reasons over Gaussian and image features; (2) a Streaming and Patchwise Geometry Encoder processes native-resolution views sequentially and aggregates information across variable-length view sets; (3) a Scale-Aligned Hybrid Depth Refiner uses a PatchFusion-style encoder--decoder to fuse RGB-conditioned predicted depth with Gaussian-rendered metric depth, combining fine local structures with globally consistent metric scale. The refined depth maps are integrated through TSDF fusion, followed by Marching Cubes for deterministic mesh extraction. Extensive experiments show that AnyGS2Mesh achieves state-of-the-art reconstruction quality while significantly reducing inference time compared with optimization-based baselines, enabling near-real-time, high-quality mesh reconstruction. Our results demonstrate the potential of combining Gaussian representations and feed-forward Transformer architectures for scalable 3D geometry reconstruction. The code will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

LightBridge: Feed-Forward Generative Relighting for 3D Gaussian Splatting

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) achieves high-quality, real-time novel view synthesis, but the resulting assets have baked-in illumination and cannot be easily relit. Inverse rendering methods optimize simplified reflectance and illumination models for each scene, limiting efficiency and relighting quality. Recent generative approaches leverage large diffusion models for realistic lighting edits, but applying them to 3DGS typically requires an additional per-scene optimization stage to bake the edited appearance into the representation. We present LightBridge, a feed-forward generative framework for controllable relighting of complete 3DGS assets in a single pass. To enable feed-forward training, we construct a large-scale Multi-Illumination Relighting Dataset with paired source and target observations of the same scenes. Latent Bridge Relighting Diffusion models relighting as source-to-target transport in latent space, enabling one-step extraction of 2D visual tokens without iterative diffusion sampling. A Gaussian Propagation Transformer uses a point transformer with sparse image-to-point self-attention followed by point-to-image cross-attention to efficiently propagate these cues across the complete 3DGS, while avoiding full attention over all image and Gaussian tokens. Experiments validate these designs, demonstrating competitive relighting quality and efficient single-pass prediction of complete relit 3DGS assets without scene-specific optimization. The code and dataset will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

Towards Valid B-Rep Generation: Training-Free Wireframe Anomaly Detection and Repair

Multi-stage boundary representation (B-Rep) generation leverages intermediate wireframes to synthesize CAD models. However, geometric and topological risks in these wireframes -- such as self-intersections, edge collapses, and disconnected vertices -- can propagate to invalid final B-Reps. Mitigating such failures by retraining large generative models is computationally prohibitive. We propose Wireframe Detection and Repair (WDR), a training-free framework that intervenes at the intermediate wireframe stage to improve downstream B-Rep validity. WDR features a Geometric-Topology Anomaly Detector (GTAD) that combines parallel VLM-based coarse screening with geometric and topological detectors to predict downstream invalidity risk and route generation to dedicated branches. An Energy-Guided Geometric-Topology Repair (EGGTR) module then performs detector-triggered guided regeneration through geometry and topology branches. By scaling test-time computation via Energy-Guided Resampling and training-free guidance for diffusion models, WDR can be integrated into autoregressive and diffusion pipelines without retraining. Extensive experiments demonstrate consistent improvements in kernel-checked validity while largely retaining the measured diversity and distributional quality of synthesized CAD models. The code will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

StreamSplat: Streaming Feed-Forward 3D Gaussian Splatting

Feed-forward 3D Gaussian Splatting enables efficient novel-view synthesis without per-scene optimization, but most existing methods assume a fixed set of context views and process them jointly. This limits their applicability to online scenarios where calibrated views arrive sequentially and the scene must be updated causally. We present \emph{StreamSplat}, a streaming feed-forward 3DGS framework that incrementally maintains a persistent geometry-grounded scene state and decodes it into renderable 3D Gaussians after each input chunk. StreamSplat centers on a \textbf{Voxel-Aligned Causal Cache (VACC)}, which stores historical 3D tokens in a memory-bounded voxel structure so that memory grows with explored scene geometry rather than stream length. To better reuse history during causal prediction, we introduce \textbf{History-Projected Depth Anchoring (HPDA)} to project cached geometry as depth guidance for current cost-volume estimation, and \textbf{Cache-Guided Feature Injection (CGFI)} to inject cached latent evidence into Gaussian-token regression. Experiments on DL3DV, RealEstate10K, and ScanNet show that StreamSplat remains competitive with state-of-the-art feed-forward 3DGS methods under sparse causal inputs, despite not using future views or full-scene context. More importantly, it scales to long input streams with 256, 512, and 1024 views where fixed-view baselines run out of memory, yielding sustained improvements in novel-view synthesis quality as more observations arrive. The code will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

Learning-based Seam Correspondence Reconstruction in Sewing Patterns

Digital sewing patterns typically consist of disjoint 2D panels without explicit stitch annotations, making downstream 3D modeling reliant on labor-intensive expert specification. In this paper, we present a graph-based learning framework that reconstructs two-level stitching information, coarse panel connectivity and fine-grained seam correspondence, from 2D panel geometry alone. At the coarse level, panel connectivity is inferred by predicting panel semantics associated with anatomical body regions, enforcing consistency with body structure and garment design conventions. Based on the reconstructed panel graph, fine-grained seam correspondences between panel pairs are inferred by learning latent edge representations that jointly encode local seam geometry and global garment context through graph message passing. The resulting edge embeddings are subsequently decoded into detailed seam correspondences. Our method supports complex sewing-pattern topologies, including many-to-one correspondences, intra-panel seams, and curved seams. Experiments demonstrate high stitching accuracy and strong generalization across garment styles.

CORGI: Consistency-Aware 3D Dog Reconstruction from a Single Image in the Wild

Reconstructing high-fidelity 3D models of highly articulated animals, such as dogs, from a single in-the-wild image remains a formidable challenge. In this paper, we introduce CORGI, a novel framework for consistency-aware 3D dog reconstruction from a single unconstrained image that completely eliminates the need for 3D supervision. To overcome generative inconsistencies and the lack of multi-view capture, our pipeline introduces three core components. First, we propose a Canonical-Driven Orbital Generation (CDOG) strategy, utilizing specialized Canonical and Orbit LoRAs to normalize arbitrary input poses and synthesize reliable 360-degree video observations. Second, we design a Consistency-aware Deformable 3DGS (CA-3DGS) module that anchors on a D-SMAL prior, explicitly modeling per-view generative errors through dedicated neural deformation fields to learn accurate vertex-level displacements. Finally, to eliminate structural distortions and recover high-frequency details, we introduce a self-supervised Deformation-Conditioned Generative Repair (DCGR) module. Extensive experiments demonstrate that CORGI achieves state-of-the-art performance, generalizing seamlessly across diverse dog breeds to produce geometrically accurate, visually coherent, and fully animatable 3D assets ready for downstream applications.

RenderFormer++: Scalable and Physics-Informed Feed-Forward Neural Rendering

We present RenderFormer++, a scalable and physics-informed feed-forward neural rendering framework for global illumination in mesh scenes. Existing Transformer-based neural rendering methods such as RenderFormer achieve promising cross-scene generalization, but lack explicit transport priors and scale poorly due to quadratic triangle-level attention. To address these issues, we introduce Physics-Informed Transport Guidance (PITG), which embeds rendering-equation-inspired inductive biases into the attention mechanism and introduces a transport consistency loss, encouraging physics-informed light transport modeling. We further propose Hierarchical Object-Centric Tokenization (HOCT), which aggregates triangle-level features into compact object-level tokens via cross-attention with learnable queries, substantially reducing computational and memory costs. Extensive experiments demonstrate that RenderFormer++ achieves scalable and generalizable feed-forward global illumination rendering across complex large-scale scenes with competitive rendering quality and substantially improved efficiency over RenderFormer. The code will be made publicly available upon acceptance.

Mesh2GS: White-Box 3DGS Construction via Plenoptic Sampling

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as a promising method for high-quality, real-time 3D reconstruction. To associate 3DGS with mesh representations, existing methods primarily focus on 3DGS-to-mesh reconstruction from multi-view images. In contrast, the problem of converting a mesh into 3DGS has received comparatively less attention. Instead of relying on heuristic strategies that bind 3D Gaussians to the mesh, we propose a novel white-box 3DGS construction framework, termed Mesh2GS, which generates 3DGS directly from mesh geometry based on plenoptic sampling theory, achieving Nyquist-level performance for high-quality global illumination rendering. Firstly, we propose a plenoptic sampling guided 3DGS construction strategy that theoretically derives the minimum sampling rate of the sampled views and the distribution of 3D Gaussians. Second, we propose a novel 3DGS update procedure with albedo--shading decomposition for efficient global-illumination capture. Finally, we introduce a neural illumination enhancement module to handle non-Lambertian effects. Experimental results demonstrate that our method surpasses state-of-the-art baselines and is practically effective for both real-time shared rendering and non-Lambertian effects capturing specular highlights. The project code will be released upon acceptance.

Learning Laplacian Eigenspace with Mass-Aware Neural Operators on Point Clouds

The eigendecomposition of the Laplace--Beltrami Operator (LBO) is fundamental to geometric analysis, yet computing its low-frequency eigenmodes remains a significant bottleneck due to the high cost of iterative solvers on large-scale data. To amortize this cost, we introduce the Neural Eigenspace Operator (NEO), a feed-forward framework designed to predict the spectrum directly from point clouds. Crucially, NEO circumvents the ill-posed nature of standard eigenvector regression, which suffers from intrinsic sign flips and rotation ambiguities, by learning the stable, invariant low-frequency subspace instead. Specifically, the network predicts a redundant set of basis functions whose span robustly covers the target eigenspace, allowing for the recovery of accurate eigenpairs via a lightweight Rayleigh--Ritz refinement. To handle irregular sampling, we propose a mass-aware neural operator that incorporates per-point area weights into attention-based aggregation, improving robustness to non-uniform densities and enabling zero-shot generalization across resolutions. Our approach achieves near-linear runtime scaling and substantial wall-clock speedups over iterative solvers at comparable accuracy, and exhibits strong zero-shot transfer to high-resolution point clouds. The resulting eigenpairs support standard spectral geometry tasks, while the raw basis functions provide effective point-wise features for downstream learning. 3DGS$^3$: Joint Super Sampling and Frame Interpolation for Real-Time Large-Scale 3DGS Rendering

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) enables high-quality real-time 3D rendering but faces challenges in efficiently scaling to ultra-dense scenes and high-resolution due to computational bottlenecks that limit its use in latency-sensitive applications. Instead of optimizing the splatting pipeline itself, we propose \textbf{3DGS$^3$}, a unified post-rendering framework that jointly performs super sampling and frame interpolation through differentiable processing of low-resolution outputs to achieve both high-resolution and high-frame-rate rendering. Our \textbf{Gradient\- \-Aware Super Sampling (GASS)} module leverages the continuous differentiability of 3DGS to extract image gradients that guide a GRU-based refinement network to enable high-fidelity super sampling. Furthermore, a \textbf{Lightweight Temporal Frame Interpolation (LTFI)} module based on a compact U-Net-like backbone fuses temporal and differentiable spatial cues from consecutive frames to synthesize temporally coherent intermediate frames. Experiments on public datasets demonstrate that 3DGS$^3$ achieves superior rendering efficiency and visual quality when compared with state-of-the-art methods and remains compatible with existing 3DGS acceleration techniques. The code will be publicly released upon acceptance.

HeadRank: Decoding-Free Passage Reranking via Preference-Aligned Attention Heads

Decoding-free reranking methods that read relevance signals directly from LLM attention weights offer significant latency advantages over autoregressive approaches, yet suffer from attention score homogenization: middle-context documents receive near-identical scores, destroying the fine-grained distinctions required for ranking. We propose HeadRank, a framework that lifts preference optimization from discrete token space into the continuous attention domain through entropy-regularized head selection, hard adjacent-level preference pairs, and a distribution regularizer that jointly sharpen discriminability in the homogenized middle zone. Depth truncation at the deepest selected layer further reduces inference to $\mathcal{O}(1)$ forward passes. Across 14 benchmarks on three Qwen3 scales (0.6B--4B) using only 211 training queries, HeadRank achieves the highest average NDCG@10 at every scale, outperforming both generative and decoding-free baselines on the majority of benchmarks with 100\% formatting success. At 4B, 57.4\% of relevant middle-zone documents reach the top quartile versus 14.2\% for irrelevant ones -- a 43-percentage-point selectivity gap that demonstrates the effectiveness of attention-space preference alignment for listwise reranking.

Simple yet Effective: Low-Rank Spatial Attention for Neural Operators

Neural operators have emerged as data-driven surrogates for solving partial differential equations (PDEs), and their success hinges on efficiently modeling the long-range, global coupling among spatial points induced by the underlying physics. In many PDE regimes, the induced global interaction kernels are empirically compressible, exhibiting rapid spectral decay that admits low-rank approximations. We leverage this observation to unify representative global mixing modules in neural operators under a shared low-rank template: compressing high-dimensional pointwise features into a compact latent space, processing global interactions within it, and reconstructing the global context back to spatial points. Guided by this view, we introduce Low-Rank Spatial Attention (LRSA) as a clean and direct instantiation of this template. Crucially, unlike prior approaches that often rely on non-standard aggregation or normalization modules, LRSA is built purely from standard Transformer primitives, i.e., attention, normalization, and feed-forward networks, yielding a concise block that is straightforward to implement and directly compatible with hardware-optimized kernels. In our experiments, such a simple construction is sufficient to achieve high accuracy, yielding an average error reduction of over 17\% relative to second-best methods, while remaining stable and efficient in mixed-precision training.

HGGT: Robust and Flexible 3D Hand Mesh Reconstruction from Uncalibrated Images

Recovering high-fidelity 3D hand geometry from images is a critical task in computer vision, holding significant value for domains such as robotics, animation and VR/AR. Crucially, scalable applications demand both accuracy and deployment flexibility, requiring the ability to leverage massive amounts of unstructured image data from the internet or enable deployment on consumer-grade RGB cameras without complex calibration. However, current methods face a dilemma. While single-view approaches are easy to deploy, they suffer from depth ambiguity and occlusion. Conversely, multi-view systems resolve these uncertainties but typically demand fixed, calibrated setups, limiting their real-world utility. To bridge this gap, we draw inspiration from 3D foundation models that learn explicit geometry directly from visual data. By reformulating hand reconstruction from arbitrary views as a visual-geometry grounded task, we propose a feed-forward architecture that, for the first time in literature, jointly infers 3D hand meshes and camera poses from uncalibrated views. Extensive evaluations show that our approach outperforms state-of-the-art benchmarks and demonstrates strong generalization to uncalibrated, in-the-wild scenarios. STAC: Plug-and-Play Spatio-Temporal Aware Cache Compression for Streaming 3D Reconstruction

Online 3D reconstruction from streaming inputs requires both long-term temporal consistency and efficient memory usage. Although causal variants of VGGT address this challenge through a key-value (KV) cache mechanism, the cache grows linearly with the stream length, creating a major memory bottleneck. Under limited memory budgets, early cache eviction significantly degrades reconstruction quality and temporal consistency. In this work, we observe that attention in causal transformers for 3D reconstruction exhibits intrinsic spatio-temporal sparsity. Based on this insight, we propose STAC, a Spatio-Temporally Aware Cache Compression framework for streaming 3D reconstruction with large causal transformers. STAC consists of three key components: (1) a Working Temporal Token Caching mechanism that preserves long-term informative tokens using decayed cumulative attention scores; (2) a Long-term Spatial Token Caching scheme that compresses spatially redundant tokens into voxel-aligned representations for memory-efficient storage; and (3) a Chunk-based Multi-frame Optimization strategy that jointly processes consecutive frames to improve temporal coherence and GPU efficiency. Extensive experiments show that STAC achieves state-of-the-art reconstruction quality while reducing memory consumption by nearly 10x and accelerating inference by 4x, substantially improving the scalability of real-time 3D reconstruction in streaming settings.

Variable Basis Mapping for Real-Time Volumetric Visualization

Real-time visualization of large-scale volumetric data remains challenging, as direct volume rendering and voxel-based methods suffer from prohibitively high computational cost. We propose Variable Basis Mapping (VBM), a framework that transforms volumetric fields into 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) representations through wavelet-domain analysis. First, we precompute a compact Wavelet-to-Gaussian Transition Bank that provides optimal Gaussian surrogates for canonical wavelet atoms across multiple scales. Second, we perform analytical Gaussian construction that maps discrete wavelet coefficients directly to 3DGS parameters using a closed-form, mathematically principled rule. Finally, a lightweight image-space fine-tuning stage further refines the representation to improve rendering fidelity. Experiments on diverse datasets demonstrate that VBM significantly accelerates convergence and enhances rendering quality, enabling real-time volumetric visualization.

Efficient Computation of Integer-constrained Cones for Conformal Parameterizations

We propose an efficient method to compute a small set of integer-constrained cone singularities, which induce a rotationally seamless conformal parameterization with low distortion. Since the problem only involves discrete variables, i.e., vertex-constrained positions, integer-constrained angles, and the number of cones, we alternately optimize these three types of variables to achieve tractable convergence. Central to high efficiency is an explicit construction algorithm that reduces the optimization problem scale to be slightly greater than the number of integer variables for determining the optimal angles with fixed positions and numbers, even for high-genus surfaces. In addition, we derive a new derivative formula that allows us to move the cones, effectively reducing distortion until convergence. Combined with other strategies, including repositioning and adding cones to decrease distortion, adaptively selecting a constrained number of integer variables for efficient optimization, and pairing cones to reduce the number, we quickly achieve a favorable tradeoff between the number of cones and the parameterization distortion. We demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of our cones by using them to generate rotationally seamless and low-distortion parameterizations on a massive test data set. Our method demonstrates an order-of-magnitude speedup (30$\times$ faster on average) compared to state-of-the-art approaches while maintaining comparable cone numbers and parameterization distortion.

DeX-Portrait: Disentangled and Expressive Portrait Animation via Explicit and Latent Motion Representations

Portrait animation from a single source image and a driving video is a long-standing problem. Recent approaches tend to adopt diffusion-based image/video generation models for realistic and expressive animation. However, none of these diffusion models realizes high-fidelity disentangled control between the head pose and facial expression, hindering applications like expression-only or pose-only editing and animation. To address this, we propose DeX-Portrait, a novel approach capable of generating expressive portrait animation driven by disentangled pose and expression signals. Specifically, we represent the pose as an explicit global transformation and the expression as an implicit latent code. First, we design a powerful motion trainer to learn both pose and expression encoders for extracting precise and decomposed driving signals. Then we propose to inject the pose transformation into the diffusion model through a dual-branch conditioning mechanism, and the expression latent through cross attention. Finally, we design a progressive hybrid classifier-free guidance for more faithful identity consistency. Experiments show that our method outperforms state-of-the-art baselines on both animation quality and disentangled controllability.

HybridWorldSim: A Scalable and Controllable High-fidelity Simulator for Autonomous Driving

Realistic and controllable simulation is critical for advancing end-to-end autonomous driving, yet existing approaches often struggle to support novel view synthesis under large viewpoint changes or to ensure geometric consistency. We introduce HybridWorldSim, a hybrid simulation framework that integrates multi-traversal neural reconstruction for static backgrounds with generative modeling for dynamic agents. This unified design addresses key limitations of previous methods, enabling the creation of diverse and high-fidelity driving scenarios with reliable visual and spatial consistency. To facilitate robust benchmarking, we further release a new multi-traversal dataset MIRROR that captures a wide range of routes and environmental conditions across different cities. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HybridWorldSim surpasses previous state-of-the-art methods, providing a practical and scalable solution for high-fidelity simulation and a valuable resource for research and development in autonomous driving.
