KRONE: Scalable LLM-Augmented Log Anomaly Detection via Hierarchical Abstraction

Log anomaly detection is crucial for uncovering system failures and security risks. Although logs originate from nested component executions with clear boundaries, this structure is lost when stored as flat sequences. As a result, state-of-the-art methods often miss true dependencies within executions while learning spurious correlations across unrelated events. We propose KRONE, the first hierarchical anomaly detection framework that automatically derives execution hierarchies from flat logs to enable modular, multi-level anomaly detection. At its core, the KRONE Log Abstraction Model extracts application-specific semantic hierarchies, which are used to recursively decompose log sequences into coherent execution units, referred to as KRONE Seqs. This transforms sequence-level detection into a set of modular KRONE Seq-level detection tasks. For each test KRONE Seq, KRONE adopts a hybrid modular detection strategy that routes between an efficient level-independent Local-Context detector for rapid filtering and a Nested-Aware detector that captures cross-level semantic dependencies, augmented with LLM-based anomaly detection and explanation. KRONE further optimizes detection through cached result reuse and early-exit strategies along the hierarchy. Experiments on three public benchmarks and one industrial dataset from ByteDance Cloud demonstrate that KRONE achieves substantial improvements in accuracy (42.49% to 87.98%), F1 score, data efficiency (117.3x reduction), resource efficiency (43.7x reduction), and interpretability. KRONE improves F1-score by 10.07% (82.76% to 92.83%) over prior methods while reducing LLM usage to only 1.1% to 3.3% of the test data. Splats in Splats++: Robust and Generalizable 3D Gaussian Splatting Steganography

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has recently redefined the paradigm of 3D reconstruction, striking an unprecedented balance between visual fidelity and computational efficiency. As its adoption proliferates, safeguarding the copyright of explicit 3DGS assets has become paramount. However, existing invisible message embedding frameworks struggle to reconcile secure and high-capacity data embedding with intrinsic asset utility, often disrupting the native rendering pipeline or exhibiting vulnerability to structural perturbations. In this work, we present \textbf{\textit{Splats in Splats++}}, a unified and pipeline-agnostic steganography framework that seamlessly embeds high-capacity 3D/4D content directly within the native 3DGS representation. Grounded in a principled analysis of the frequency distribution of Spherical Harmonics (SH), we propose an importance-graded SH coefficient encryption scheme that achieves imperceptible embedding without compromising the original expressive power. To fundamentally resolve the geometric ambiguities that lead to message leakage, we introduce a \textbf{Hash-Grid Guided Opacity Mapping} mechanism. Coupled with a novel \textbf{Gradient-Gated Opacity Consistency Loss}, our formulation enforces a stringent spatial-attribute coupling between the original and hidden scenes, effectively projecting the discrete attribute mapping into a continuous, attack-resilient latent manifold. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method substantially outperforms existing approaches, achieving up to \textbf{6.28 db} higher message fidelity, \textbf{3$\times$} faster rendering, and exceptional robustness against aggressive 3D-targeted structural attacks (e.g., GSPure). Furthermore, our framework exhibits remarkable versatility, generalizing seamlessly to 2D image embedding, 4D dynamic scene steganography, and diverse downstream tasks.

The new observations about the parameter-dependent Schrödinger-Poisson system

In this paper, we study the existence results of solutions for the following Schrödinger-Poisson system involving different potentials: \begin{equation*} \begin{cases} -Δu+V(x)u-λϕu=f(u)&\quad\text{in}~\mathbb R^3, -Δϕ=u^2&\quad\text{in}~\mathbb R^3. \end{cases} \end{equation*} We first consider the case that the potential $V$ is positive and radial so that the mountain pass theorem could be implied. The other case is that the potential $V$ is coercive and sign-changing, which means that the Schrödinger operator $-Δ+V$ is allowed to be indefinite. To deal with this more difficult case, by a local linking argument and Morse theory, the system has a nontrivial solution. Furthermore, we also show the asymptotical behavior result of this solution. Additionally, the proofs rely on new observations regarding the solutions of the Poisson equation. As a main novelty with respect to corresponding results in \cite{MR4527586,MR3148130,MR2810583}, we only assume that $f$ satisfies the super-linear growth condition at the origin. We believe that the methodology developed here can be adapted to study related problems concerning the existence of solutions for Schrödinger-Poisson system.

Can Protective Watermarking Safeguard the Copyright of 3D Gaussian Splatting?

3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) has emerged as a powerful representation for 3D scenes, widely adopted due to its exceptional efficiency and high-fidelity visual quality. Given the significant value of 3DGS assets, recent works have introduced specialized watermarking schemes to ensure copyright protection and ownership verification. However, can existing 3D Gaussian watermarking approaches genuinely guarantee robust protection of the 3D assets? In this paper, for the first time, we systematically explore and validate possible vulnerabilities of 3DGS watermarking frameworks. We demonstrate that conventional watermark removal techniques designed for 2D images do not effectively generalize to the 3DGS scenario due to the specialized rendering pipeline and unique attributes of each gaussian primitives. Motivated by this insight, we propose GSPure, the first watermark purification framework specifically for 3DGS watermarking representations. By analyzing view-dependent rendering contributions and exploiting geometrically accurate feature clustering, GSPure precisely isolates and effectively removes watermark-related Gaussian primitives while preserving scene integrity. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our GSPure achieves the best watermark purification performance, reducing watermark PSNR by up to 16.34dB while minimizing degradation to original scene fidelity with less than 1dB PSNR loss. Moreover, it consistently outperforms existing methods in both effectiveness and generalization. Our code is available at https://github.com/insightlab-CG-3DV/GSPure.

Supply-Chain Poisoning Attacks Against LLM Coding Agent Skill Ecosystems

LLM-based coding agents extend their capabilities via third-party agent skills distributed through open marketplaces without mandatory security review. Unlike traditional packages, these skills are executed as operational directives with system-level privileges, so a single malicious skill can compromise the host. Prior work has not examined whether supply-chain attacks can directly hijack an agent's action space, such as file writes, shell commands, and network requests, despite existing safeguards. We introduce Document-Driven Implicit Payload Execution (DDIPE), which embeds malicious logic in code examples and configuration templates within skill documentation. Because agents reuse these examples during normal tasks, the payload executes without explicit prompts. Using an LLM-driven pipeline, we generate 1,070 adversarial skills from 81 seeds across 15 MITRE ATTACK categories. Across four frameworks and five models, DDIPE achieves 11.6% to 33.5% bypass rates, while explicit instruction attacks achieve 0% under strong defenses. Static analysis detects most cases, but 2.5% evade both detection and alignment. Responsible disclosure led to four confirmed vulnerabilities and two fixes.

Foundation Models for Autonomous Driving System: An Initial Roadmap

Recent advances in foundation models (FMs), including large language models (LLMs), vision-language models (VLMs), and world models, have opened new opportunities for autonomous driving systems (ADSs) in perception, reasoning, decision-making, and interaction. However, ADSs are safety-critical cyber-physical systems, and integrating FMs into them raises substantial software engineering challenges in data curation, system design, deployment, evaluation, and assurance. To clarify this rapidly evolving landscape, we present an initial roadmap, grounded in a structured literature review, for integrating FMs into autonomous driving across three dimensions: FM infrastructure, in-vehicle integration, and practical deployment. For each dimension, we summarize the state of the art, identify key challenges, and highlight open research opportunities. Based on this analysis, we outline research directions for building reliable, safe, and trustworthy FM-enabled ADSs.

A Preliminary Theory of Infantile Dynamics

We present a concise dynamical picture of infant-driven household chaos. The framework has three postulations: recurrent daily chaos, overall entropy growth in household organization, and transient local ordering episodes with switching rules (a volatile Maxwell-demon effect). We illustrate entropy growth with a two-region toy model (organizer vs. play area), where entropy production is nonnegative and long-time behavior is typically play-area dominated. We also model toy diffusion and curiosity-driven behavior, where novelty matters more than punishment in the short term, while gradual learning still occurs.

ModalPatch: A Plug-and-Play Module for Robust Multi-Modal 3D Object Detection under Modality Drop

Multi-modal 3D object detection is pivotal for autonomous driving, integrating complementary sensors like LiDAR and cameras. However, its real-world reliability is challenged by transient data interruptions and missing, where modalities can momentarily drop due to hardware glitches, adverse weather, or occlusions. This poses a critical risk, especially during a simultaneous modality drop, where the vehicle is momentarily blind. To address this problem, we introduce ModalPatch, the first plug-and-play module designed to enable robust detection under arbitrary modality-drop scenarios. Without requiring architectural changes or retraining, ModalPatch can be seamlessly integrated into diverse detection frameworks. Technically, ModalPatch leverages the temporal nature of sensor data for perceptual continuity, using a history-based module to predict and compensate for transiently unavailable features. To improve the fidelity of the predicted features, we further introduce an uncertainty-guided cross-modality fusion strategy that dynamically estimates the reliability of compensated features, suppressing biased signals while reinforcing informative ones. Extensive experiments show that ModalPatch consistently enhances both robustness and accuracy of state-of-the-art 3D object detectors under diverse modality-drop conditions.

VeriWeb: Verifiable Long-Chain Web Benchmark for Agentic Information-Seeking

Recent advances have showcased the extraordinary capabilities of Large Language Model (LLM) agents in tackling web-based information-seeking tasks. However, existing efforts mainly focus on single-fact retrieval and rely on outcome-only verification, thereby limiting their scalability in realistic knowledge-intensive scenarios that involve long-horizon web tasks requiring large-scale retrieval and synthesis of information from diverse sources. In this work, we introduce VeriWeb, a novel verifiable long-chain web benchmark designed to facilitate the evaluation and development of web agents within realistic web environments. Our benchmark emphasizes two critical dimensions: (1) long-chain complexity, encompassing both breadth- and depth-oriented search tasks to assess how effectively web agents ensure comprehensive information coverage and consistent context tracking in multi-hop reasoning; and (2) subtask-level verifiability, where tasks are decomposed into a sequence of interdependent verifiable subtasks. This structure enables diverse exploration strategies within each subtask, while ensuring that each subtask-level answer remains unchanged and verifiable. The benchmark consists of 302 tasks across five real-world domains, each with a complete trajectory demonstration, annotated by human experts. Extensive experiments on VeriWeb using various agents powered by different foundation models reveal significant performance gaps in handling long-horizon web tasks, highlighting the need for more powerful agentic information-seeking capabilities.

Sample-Efficient Learning with Online Expert Correction for Autonomous Catheter Steering in Endovascular Bifurcation Navigation

Robot-assisted endovascular intervention offers a safe and effective solution for remote catheter manipulation, reducing radiation exposure while enabling precise navigation. Reinforcement learning (RL) has recently emerged as a promising approach for autonomous catheter steering; however, conventional methods suffer from sparse reward design and reliance on static vascular models, limiting their sample efficiency and generalization to intraoperative variations. To overcome these challenges, this paper introduces a sample-efficient RL framework with online expert correction for autonomous catheter steering in endovascular bifurcation navigation. The proposed framework integrates three key components: (1) A segmentation-based pose estimation module for accurate real-time state feedback, (2) A fuzzy controller for bifurcation-aware orientation adjustment, and (3) A structured reward generator incorporating expert priors to guide policy learning. By leveraging online expert correction, the framework reduces exploration inefficiency and enhances policy robustness in complex vascular structures. Experimental validation on a robotic platform using a transparent vascular phantom demonstrates that the proposed approach achieves convergence in 123 training episodes -- a 25.9% reduction compared to the baseline Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm -- while reducing average positional error to 83.8% of the baseline. These results indicate that combining sample-efficient RL with online expert correction enables reliable and accurate catheter steering, particularly in anatomically challenging bifurcation scenarios critical for endovascular navigation.

Training-Free Representation Guidance for Diffusion Models with a Representation Alignment Projector

Recent progress in generative modeling has enabled high-quality visual synthesis with diffusion-based frameworks, supporting controllable sampling and large-scale training. Inference-time guidance methods such as classifier-free and representative guidance enhance semantic alignment by modifying sampling dynamics; however, they do not fully exploit unsupervised feature representations. Although such visual representations contain rich semantic structure, their integration during generation is constrained by the absence of ground-truth reference images at inference. This work reveals semantic drift in the early denoising stages of diffusion transformers, where stochasticity results in inconsistent alignment even under identical conditioning. To mitigate this issue, we introduce a guidance scheme using a representation alignment projector that injects representations predicted by a projector into intermediate sampling steps, providing an effective semantic anchor without modifying the model architecture. Experiments on SiTs and REPAs show notable improvements in class-conditional ImageNet synthesis, achieving substantially lower FID scores; for example, REPA-XL/2 improves from 5.9 to 3.3, and the proposed method outperforms representative guidance when applied to SiT models. The approach further yields complementary gains when combined with classifier-free guidance, demonstrating enhanced semantic coherence and visual fidelity. These results establish representation-informed diffusion sampling as a practical strategy for reinforcing semantic preservation and image consistency.

ARGOS: Automated Functional Safety Requirement Synthesis for Embodied AI via Attribute-Guided Combinatorial Reasoning

Ensuring functional safety is essential for the deployment of Embodied AI in complex open-world environments. However, traditional Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) methods struggle to scale in this domain. While HARA relies on enumerating risks for finite and pre-defined function lists, Embodied AI operates on open-ended natural language instructions, creating a challenge of combinatorial interaction risks. Whereas Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as a promising solution to this scalability challenge, they often lack physical grounding, yielding semantically superficial and incoherent hazard descriptions. To overcome these limitations, we propose a new framework ARGOS (AttRibute-Guided cOmbinatorial reaSoning), which bridges the gap between open-ended user instructions and concrete physical attributes. By dynamically decomposing entities from instructions into these fine-grained properties, ARGOS grounds LLM reasoning in causal risk factors to generate physically plausible hazard scenarios. It then instantiates abstract safety standards, such as ISO 13482, into context-specific Functional Safety Requirements (FSRs) by integrating these scenarios with robot capabilities. Extensive experiments validate that ARGOS produces high-quality FSRs and outperforms baselines in identifying long-tail risks. Overall, this work paves the way for systematic and grounded functional safety requirement generation, a critical step toward the safe industrial deployment of Embodied AI.

From Conflicts to Collisions: A Two-Stage Collision Scenario-Testing Approach for Autonomous Driving Systems

Autonomous driving systems (ADS) are safety-critical and require rigorous testing before public deployment. Simulation-based scenario testing provides a safe and cost-effective alternative to extensive on-road trials, enabling efficient evaluation of ADS under diverse and high-risk conditions. However, existing approaches mainly evaluates the scenarios based on their proximity to collisions and focus on scenarios already close to collision, leaving many other hazardous situations unexplored. To bridge this, we introduce a collision-related concept of conflict as an intermediate search target and propose a two-stage scenario testing framework that first searches for conflicts and then mutates these conflict scenarios to induce actual collisions. Evaluated on Baidu Apollo, our approach reveals up to 12 distinct collision types in a single run, doubling the diversity discovered by state-of-the-art baselines while requiring fewer simulations thanks to conflict-targeted mutations. These results show that using conflicts as intermediate objectives broadens the search horizon and significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of ADS safety evaluation.

Evaluating Implicit Regulatory Compliance in LLM Tool Invocation via Logic-Guided Synthesis

The integration of large language models (LLMs) into autonomous agents has enabled complex tool use, yet in high-stakes domains, these systems must strictly adhere to regulatory standards beyond simple functional correctness. However, existing benchmarks often overlook implicit regulatory compliance, thus failing to evaluate whether LLMs can autonomously enforce mandatory safety constraints. To fill this gap, we introduce LogiSafetyGen, a framework that converts unstructured regulations into Linear Temporal Logic oracles and employs logic-guided fuzzing to synthesize valid, safety-critical traces. Building on this framework, we construct LogiSafetyBench, a benchmark comprising 240 human-verified tasks that require LLMs to generate Python programs that satisfy both functional objectives and latent compliance rules. Evaluations of 13 state-of-the-art (SOTA) LLMs reveal that larger models, despite achieving better functional correctness, frequently prioritize task completion over safety, which results in non-compliant behavior.

From Dataset to Real-world: General 3D Object Detection via Generalized Cross-domain Few-shot Learning

LiDAR-based 3D object detection models often struggle to generalize to real-world environments due to limited object diversity in existing datasets. To tackle it, we introduce the first generalized cross-domain few-shot (GCFS) task in 3D object detection, aiming to adapt a source-pretrained model to both common and novel classes in a new domain with only few-shot annotations. We propose a unified framework that learns stable target semantics under limited supervision by bridging 2D open-set semantics with 3D spatial reasoning. Specifically, an image-guided multi-modal fusion injects transferable 2D semantic cues into the 3D pipeline via vision-language models, while a physically-aware box search enhances 2D-to-3D alignment via LiDAR priors. To capture class-specific semantics from sparse data, we further introduce contrastive-enhanced prototype learning, which encodes few-shot instances into discriminative semantic anchors and stabilizes representation learning. Extensive experiments on GCFS benchmarks demonstrate the effectiveness and generality of our approach in realistic deployment settings.

S2ST-Omni: Hierarchical Language-Aware SpeechLLM Adaptation for Multilingual Speech-to-Speech Translation

Despite recent advances in speech-to-speech translation (S2ST), it remains difficult to achieve both high translation accuracy and practical flexibility. In this paper, we present S2ST-Omni, a compositional S2ST framework that integrates a high-accuracy speech-to-text translation (S2TT) frontend with a modular, plug-and-play text-to-speech (TTS) backend, enabling independent optimization of translation and synthesis. On the S2TT side, we introduce a hybrid adapter that follows a "local-then-global" strategy to bridge a pretrained Whisper encoder and a Qwen3 LLM, yielding a hierarchical acoustic-to-semantic abstraction. Building on this bridge, we further propose a hierarchical language-aware architecture that injects source-language information at two complementary levels. At the acoustic level, Language-Aware Dual-CTC operates on intermediate adapter features and employs FiLM-style feature modulation with a learnable gate, encouraging the model to learn language-specific but content-faithful acoustic representations. At the linguistic level, Language-Aware Prompting dynamically constructs source-language-conditioned prompts that activate language-specific translation knowledge in the LLM. To enable efficient optimization, we design a task-specific progressive fine-tuning strategy that first stabilizes speech-text alignment and then improves translation via LoRA on top of this converged foundation. The TTS backend remains fully modular and can be instantiated with any state-of-the-art synthesizer without retraining the S2TT frontend. Experiments on CVSS-C show that S2ST-Omni consistently achieves the best BLEU and ASR-BLEU across French, German, and Spanish to English directions, outperforming strong recent S2ST baselines.

Motus: A Unified Latent Action World Model

While a general embodied agent must function as a unified system, current methods are built on isolated models for understanding, world modeling, and control. This fragmentation prevents unifying multimodal generative capabilities and hinders learning from large-scale, heterogeneous data. In this paper, we propose Motus, a unified latent action world model that leverages existing general pretrained models and rich, sharable motion information. Motus introduces a Mixture-of-Transformer (MoT) architecture to integrate three experts (i.e., understanding, video generation, and action) and adopts a UniDiffuser-style scheduler to enable flexible switching between different modeling modes (i.e., world models, vision-language-action models, inverse dynamics models, video generation models, and video-action joint prediction models). Motus further leverages the optical flow to learn latent actions and adopts a recipe with three-phase training pipeline and six-layer data pyramid, thereby extracting pixel-level "delta action" and enabling large-scale action pretraining. Experiments show that Motus achieves superior performance against state-of-the-art methods in both simulation (a +15% improvement over X-VLA and a +45% improvement over Pi0.5) and real-world scenarios(improved by +11~48%), demonstrating unified modeling of all functionalities and priors significantly benefits downstream robotic tasks.

On-the-fly Large-scale 3D Reconstruction from Multi-Camera Rigs

Recent advances in 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) have enabled efficient free-viewpoint rendering and photorealistic scene reconstruction. While on-the-fly extensions of 3DGS have shown promise for real-time reconstruction from monocular RGB streams, they often fail to achieve complete 3D coverage due to the limited field of view (FOV). Employing a multi-camera rig fundamentally addresses this limitation. In this paper, we present the first on-the-fly 3D reconstruction framework for multi-camera rigs. Our method incrementally fuses dense RGB streams from multiple overlapping cameras into a unified Gaussian representation, achieving drift-free trajectory estimation and efficient online reconstruction. We propose a hierarchical camera initialization scheme that enables coarse inter-camera alignment without calibration, followed by a lightweight multi-camera bundle adjustment that stabilizes trajectories while maintaining real-time performance. Furthermore, we introduce a redundancy-free Gaussian sampling strategy and a frequency-aware optimization scheduler to reduce the number of Gaussian primitives and the required optimization iterations, thereby maintaining both efficiency and reconstruction fidelity. Our method reconstructs hundreds of meters of 3D scenes within just 2 minutes using only raw multi-camera video streams, demonstrating unprecedented speed, robustness, and Fidelity for on-the-fly 3D scene reconstruction.
