Vector-Like Lepton Pair Production With Polarized Beams at Linear Colliders:Sensitivity Projections and Chirality Observables

We study pair production of a vector-like lepton doublet at polarized future linear colliders, focusing on the charged and neutral channels $e^+e^-\to\tau^\prime\bar{\tau}^\prime$ and $e^+e^-\to\nu^\prime\bar{\nu}^\prime$. The benchmark masses are $M_{\rm VLL}=1000,1200~{\rm GeV}$ at CLIC with $\sqrt{s}=3~{\rm TeV}$ and $M_{\rm VLL}=390,460~{\rm GeV}$ at ILC with $\sqrt{s}=1~{\rm TeV}$. Using the realistic polarization configurations LR$=(-0.8,+0.3)$, RL$=(+0.8,-0.3)$, LL$=(-0.8,-0.3)$, and RR$=(+0.8,+0.3)$, we evaluate tree-level production-level cross sections and construct observables designed to test the electroweak structure of the doublet. The charged channel is consistently larger than the neutral channel because it receives both photon and $Z$ exchange. In the LR configuration, the charged-channel rates reach $23.32$ and $20.28~{\rm fb}$ at CLIC, and $188.83$ and $129.04~{\rm fb}$ at ILC, for the two benchmark masses at each collider. We express rate reach through the projected visible-fraction requirement $f_{\rm vis}^{95}=3/(\mathcal{L}\sigma_{\rm prod})$, keeping the result independent of a specific decay selection. To quantify charged--neutral separation we use the absolute discriminator $D_\sigma$, which reaches about $0.546$ at CLIC and $0.542$ at ILC in the LR benchmark. We also find a stable observed asymmetry separation, $|\Delta A_{LR}^{\rm obs}|\simeq 0.45$--$0.46$, between the charged and neutral channels. The corresponding production-level statistical projection gives sizeable $Z_A$ values for the benchmark luminosities, scaling as $\sqrt{\mathcal{L}_{\rm tot}f_{\rm vis}}$ under an equal LR/RL luminosity split. These results demonstrate that the beam polarization can provide a representation-sensitive diagnostic of vector-like lepton doublets, beyond a simple rate enhancement.

Probing the Scalar Sector: Discovery Reach for Heavy Higgs Pairs at a $\sqrt{s} = 6$ TeV Muon Collider in the 2HDM Alignment Limit

This study provides a comprehensive phenomenological investigation into the discovery potential of heavy Higgs boson pairs ($HH, HA, AA, H^+H^-$) at a $\sqrt{s}=6$~TeV Muon Collider. Utilizing the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model (2HDM) Type-I within the alignment limit ($\sin(\beta-\alpha) \approx 1$), we evaluate two primary benchmarks with degenerate scalar masses of 1000~GeV (BP1) and 2000~GeV (BP2). Theoretical calculations performed reveal that Type-I branching fractions to third-generation fermions remain uniquely independent of $\tan\beta$, providing a stable signal across the investigated parameter space. We demonstrate that the Muon Collider environment allows for the precise identification of high-multiplicity hadronic final states. A key finding of this research is that the signal processes yield distinctive topological signatures: an 8-jet state ($4j+4b$) for charged pairs and a highly complex 12-jet state ($8j+4b$) for neutral pairs ($HA/AA$). These signatures, combined with hard transverse momentum distributions and central pseudorapidity ($|\eta| \le 3$), allow for nearly absolute suppression of Standard Model backgrounds like $t\bar{t}$, $W^+W^-Z$, and $ZZZ$. At an integrated luminosity of 10~ab$^{-1}$, we report a staggering statistical significance of 104,000 for the $H^+H^-$ channel and 3343 for the $HA$ channel in the BP1 scenario. Furthermore, total selection efficiencies were found to increase from approximately 20\% at BP1 to 47\% at BP2, suggesting that the decay products of heavier scalars are kinematically easier to resolve. We conclude that a 6~TeV Muon Collider offers an unparalleled discovery reach for the extended scalar sector, providing a definitive facility for probing physics beyond the Standard Model.

Probing Extended Higgs Sectors via Multi-Top Events from Higgs Pair Decays in 2HDM Type-I at the HL-LHC

This study investigates the production of multi-top quark events final states containing up to four top quarks as a probe for new physics beyond the Standard Model (SM) within the framework of the Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM) Type-I. Focusing on the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) at a center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 14$TeV, we analyze associated production processes including $pp \to t\bar{t}H$, $pp \rightarrow t\bar{t}A$, $pp \rightarrow HA$, $pp \rightarrow HH^{\pm}$, and $pp \rightarrow AH^{\pm}$. The simulation pipeline incorporates theoretical constraints and branching ratios. By targeting these high-multiplicity final states, the research aims to establish the sensitivity of the HL-LHC to an extended Higgs sector, utilizing the top quark's unique coupling to the scalar field as a primary discovery channel. The analysis is centered on two benchmark points characterized by a degenerate mass spectrum ($m_H = m_A = m_{H^{\pm}} = 500$GeV) in the alignment limit ($\sin(\beta - \alpha) \to 1$), with $\tan\beta$ varied between 1 and 3. Event selection was performed with stringent cuts on jet multiplicity to suppress dominant SM backgrounds, such as $t\bar{t}W$, $t\bar{t}Z$, and $WWZ$. Our results indicate that signal significance improves substantially as the integrated luminosity increases from $3000~fb^{-1}$ to $4000~fb^{-1}$, with all investigated channels exceeding the $5\sigma$ discovery threshold.

Impact of Colliding Beams Helicity on the Production of Leptoquarks and Collider Experimental Parameters

Vector Leptoquarks (VLQs) have emerged as primary candidates for resolving discrepancies in the Standard Model, specifically within $B$-meson decay channels and the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon. This work presents a rigorous evaluation of VLQ pair production across $e^{-}e^{+}$ collision modes at future linear colliders with center-of-mass energies ranging from 14~TeV to 100~TeV. Our analysis demonstrates that longitudinal beam polarization is a transformative tool for enhancing signal sensitivity. We find that $e^{-}e^{+}$ annihilation consistently yields superior cross-sections compared to photon fusion processes across a mass range of 500--3000~GeV. By optimizing beam helicity to specific configurations, such as $P_{e^{-}} = -0.8$ and $P_{e^{+}} = +0.6$, the production cross-section can be maximized to 120~fb at $\sqrt{s} = 3$~TeV. We further establish that the Left-Right Asymmetry ($A_{LR}$) serves as a robust discriminator for the chiral structure of new physics, peaking at 0.16 under full polarization. Additionally, we show that effective luminosity can be enhanced to 95\% of the total luminosity, while high polarization degrees significantly suppress relative uncertainties in the effective polarization. These results provide a quantitative roadmap for optimizing discovery potential and minimizing systematic errors in future high-energy physics experiments.

Search for Vector-Like Singlet Top ($T$) Quark in a Future Muon-Proton ($\mu p$) Collider at $\sqrt{s} = 5.29, 6.48,$ and $9.16$ TeV using Advanced Machine Learning Architectures

In this work, we explore the discovery potential of Vector-Like Singlet Top quarks ($T$) at a future $\mu p$ collider with center-of-mass energies of 5.29, 6.48, and 9.16 TeV, providing a unique environment to probe beyond Standard Model limits. We analyze the $T \to Wb$ decay mode in both fully hadronic ($bjj$) and leptonic ($bl\nu$) final states, offering a multi-channel assessment of $T$-quark sensitivity across a mass range of 2 to 5 TeV. Our methodology employs multivariate classifiers such as Boosted Decision Trees (BDTs) and Multi-Layer Perceptrons (MLP) to optimize signal-to-background discrimination in complex final states. The results demonstrate that the 9.16 TeV benchmark acts as a definitive discovery machine; even with 100 fb$^{-1}$ of data, the statistical significance exceeds $5\sigma$ up to 4 TeV masses. We identify a crossover effect where hadronic channels provide superior reach at intermediate masses due to higher branching ratios, while leptonic channels offer robustness at 5 TeV where purity limits detection. Incorporating a 20\% systematic uncertainty via Asimov significance ($Z_A$), we quantify the transition from fluctuation-dominated to systematic-dominated regimes at high luminosities. At 3000 fb$^{-1}$, regions with $g^{*} \in [0.20, 0.50]$ and $m_T$ up to 4 TeV are discoverable via the hadronic channel with MLP, and regions with $g^{*} \in [0.10, 0.50]$ and $m_T$ up to 5 TeV are accessible through the leptonic channel with BDT, highlighting the collider's potential to probe new physics beyond the Standard Model.

Unraveling Dirac Magnetic Monopoles with Muon Beams at TeV Energies Using Machine Learning

The focus of this paper is the production of magnetic monopoles Drell-Yan and the Photon-Fusion mechanisms to generate velocity-dependent scalar, fermionic, and vector monopoles of spin angular momentum $0,\frac{1}{2},1$ respectively at a future muon collider. A computational study compares the monopole pair-production cross-sections for both methods at various center-of-mass energies ($\sqrt{s}$) with different magnetic dipole moments. The comparison of kinematic distributions of monopoles at the generator and reconstructed level is demonstrated for both DY and PF mechanisms. We demonstrate the observability of magnetic monopoles against the most relevant Standard Model background using multivariate analysis techniques. Specifically, we apply three different classifiers based on neural networks, e.g., Boosted Decision Trees, Multilayer Perceptrons, and Likelihood methods, to evaluate their effectiveness. Our results highlight the efficiency and robustness of these approaches in distinguishing magnetic monopole signals from background noise.

Probing Vector-Like Quarks at a future Muon-Proton Collider

This study investigates the discovery potential of a singly produced vector-like top quark ($T$) at a future muon-proton collider with center-of-mass energies of 5.29, 6.48, and 9.16~TeV using a model-independent effective Lagrangian consistent with CKM and electroweak constraints. The $T$ quark predominantly decays into $Wb$, with production cross sections peaking at 9.16~TeV and decreasing above 3~TeV due to parton distribution functions (PDFs) and phase-space suppression. Sensitivity is enhanced through optimized kinematic selections, with the hadronic channel providing higher event rates due to the larger hadronic branching fraction of the $W$ boson, while the leptonic channel offers a cleaner background environment. At an integrated luminosity of 3000~fb$^{-1}$, a 3~TeV $T$ quark can be observed with statistical significances of $21.86\sigma$ and $3.75\sigma$ in the hadronic and leptonic channels, respectively. A machine-learning analysis employing a Boosted Decision Tree (BDT) and a Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) is performed at 9.16~TeV for $m_T = 3000$~GeV using $S/B$ and $S/\sqrt{S+B}$ as performance metrics. The MLP consistently outperforms the BDT, achieving a hadronic purity gain of approximately 2.62 while maintaining stable performance across all luminosities. These results demonstrate that a future muon-proton collider can probe vector-like $T$ quark masses up to approximately 3.5~TeV, significantly extending the search for physics beyond the Standard Model.

Probing Hard Scattering Processes via Multiple Weak Gauge Boson Production at the Future Colliders

One of the possible ways to detect the new physics phenomena particles is to investigate the weak gauge boson production as a result of hadron-hadron scattering. This study comprises the production of multiple weak gauge bosons as a result of hard scattering between the proton-proton beams at multi-TeV energies and integrated luminosity $\mathcal L =$ 3000 $fb ^{-1}$. The effective production cross-sections for pair, triple, and quartic scattering mechanisms have been computed as a function of $\sqrt s$. The center of mass energy has been varied from 8 TeV to 100 TeV to encompass the future collider capabilities. Out of all the studied processes, the triple scattering process $W^+W^-W^+$ has been chosen as the signal process based on the dominant cross-section. The background channels ZZZ, ZZZZ, $W^-ZZ$, $W^+ZZ$, $W^+W^-Z$, $W^+W^-ZZ$, $W^+W^-W^+W^-$, having comparatively lower cross-sections, have been selected from possible scattering mechanisms to investigate the effect of higher luminosity on the low production cross-section processes. We have investigated the different decay modes. For both lepton and hadron-specific decays of W and Z, the cumulative efficiencies for each signal and background process have been computed. In this study, we have successfully demonstrated an effective methodology for background suppression by systematically optimizing the signal-to-background ratio. The results indicate that, despite lower cross-sections for higher-order scattering, the distinct kinematic features enable effective signal isolation at future colliders.

Machine Learning in the Hunt for Heavy Charged Higgs Bosons at Gamma-Gamma Colliders in the Type III Two Higgs Doublet Model

We conduct a detailed exploration of charged Higgs boson masses $M_{H^{\pm}}$ within the range of $100-190~GeV$. This investigation is grounded in the benchmark points that comply with experimental constraints, allowing us to systematically account for uncertainties inherent in the analysis. Our results indicate significant production prospects for the process $H^{+}H^{-} \rightarrow \tau \nu_{\tau} \tau \nu_{\tau}$, which could provide essential insights into the properties of $H^{\pm}$ bosons. By examining these decay channels, we aim to illuminate the interplay between the charged Higgs boson and the established Standard Model. The research uses machine learning methods like Boosted Decision Trees (BDT) and Multilayer Perceptrons (MLP), as well as Likelihood and LikelihoodD, to improve the identification of heavy charged Higgs bosons compared to Standard Model backgrounds at a 3.0 TeV $\gamma\gamma$ collider with an integrated luminosity of $\mathcal{L}_{int}=3000~fb^{-1}$.

Leptoquark Searches at TeV Scale Using Neural Networks at Hadron Collider

Several discrepancies in the decay of B-meson decay have drawn a lot of interest in the leptoquarks (LQ), making them an exciting discovery. The current research aims to discover the pair-production of leptoquarks that links strongly to the third generation of quarks and leptons at the center of mass energy $\sqrt{s}$=14 TeV, via proton-proton collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Based on the lepton-quark coupling parameters and branching fractions, we separated our search into various benchmark points. The leading order (LO) signals and background processes are generated, while parton showering and hadronization is also performed to simulate the detector effects. The Boosted Decision Trees (BDTs), Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), and Likelihood (LH) methods are effective in improving signal-background discrimination compared to traditional cut-based analysis. The results indicate that these machine learning methods can significantly enhance the sensitivity in probing for new physics signals, such as LQs, at two different integrated luminosities. Specifically, the use of BDTs, MLP, and LH has led to higher signal significances and improved signal efficiency in both hadronic and semi-leptonic decay modes. The results suggest that the LQ masses of 500 GeV and 2.0 TeV in fully hadronic decay modes can be accurately probed with signal significance 176.70 (17.6) and 184.27 (0.01) for MVA (cut-based) at 1000 $fb^{-1}$, respectively. Similarly, in semi-leptonic decay mode the signal significance values are 168.56 and 181.89 at lowest and highest selected LQ masses respectively for MVA method only. The enhanced numbers by a factor of 2 are also reported at 3000 $fb^{-1}$.

Probing Heavy Charged Higgs Boson Using Multivariate Technique at Gamma-Gamma Collider

The current study explores the production of charged Higgs particles through photon-photon collisions within the Two Higgs Doublet Model context, including one-loop-level scattering amplitude of Electroweak and QED radiation. The cross-section has been scanned for plane ($m_{\phi^{0}}, \sqrt{s}$) investigating the process of $\gamma\gamma \rightarrow H^{+}H^{-}$. Three particular numerical scenarios low-$m_{H}$, non-alignment, and short-cascade are employed. Hence using $h^{0}$ for low-$m_{H^{0}}$ and $H^{0}$ for non-alignment and short-cascade scenario, the new experimental and theoretical constraints are applied. The decay channels for charged Higgs particles are examined in all the scenarios along with the analysis for cross-sections revealing that at low energy it is consistently higher for all scenarios. However as $\sqrt{s}$ increases, it reaches a peak value at 1$~$TeV for all benchmark scenarios. The branching ratio of the decay channels indicates that for non-alignment, the mode of decay $W^{\pm} h^{0}$ takes control %{} when $BR(H^{\pm} \rightarrow W^{\pm} H^{0})$ decreases at larger values of $m_{H^{0}}$.} and for short cascade the prominent decay mode remains $t\bar{b}$, while in the low-$m_{H}$ the dominant decay channel is of $W^{\pm} h^{0}$. In our research, we employ contemporary machine-learning methodologies to investigate the production of high-energy Higgs Bosons within a 3$ $TeV Gamma-Gamma collider. We have used multivariate approaches such as Boosted Decision Trees (BDT), LikelihoodD, and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) to show the observability of heavy-charged Higgs Bosons versus the most significant Standard Model backgrounds. The purity of the signal efficiency and background rejection are measured for each cut value.

Observability of Parameter Space for Charged Higgs Boson in its bosonic decays in Two Higgs Doublet Model Type-1

This study explores the possibility of discovering $H^{\pm}$ through its bosonic decays, i.e. $H^{\pm}\rightarrow W^\pm\phi$ (where $\phi$ = h or A), within the Type-I Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM). The main objective is to demonstrate the available parameter space after applying the recent experimental and theoretical exclusion limits. We suggest that for $m_{H^\pm}$ = 150 GeV is the most probable mass for the $H^\pm\rightarrow W^\pm\phi$ decay channel in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 8, 13 and 14 TeV. Therefore we propose that this channel may be used as an alternative to $H^\pm\rightarrow \tau^\pm\nu$.

Effect of Polarized Colliding Beam on Higgs Boson production at the Lepton Collider

Different production processes involving the Higgs boson, such as annihilation and W/Z boson fusion, will be observed in the International Linear Collider (ILC). The ILC operates at a center-of-mass (CM) energy of $\sqrt{s}$ = 200-1000 GeV. The study reveals that the production cross-section can either be enhanced or reduced depending on the CM energy and the specific combination used, which has implications for selecting appropriate production processes. Additionally, this investigation highlights that by polarizing beams, the number of measurable observables increases. These observables, such as left$~$right asymmetry, detailed effective polarization, and adequate effective luminosity, are crucial to ascertain contemporary physical parameters in physics models absurdly the Standard Model (SM).

Analysis of trilinear Higgs self coupling in Two Higgs Doublet model at lepton collider

In this study, computational analysis of neutral Higgs bosons $h$, $H$ and $A$ is carried out within the parameter space of Two Higgs Doublet Model (2HDM) type-I in exact alignment limit of $\sin{(\beta - \alpha)} = 1$ at compact linear collider. Assuming Compact Linear Collider (CLIC) scenario where the electron-positron beams will be collided at $\sqrt{s}$ = 1.5 TeV. Two different values of predicted integrated luminosities are used in our calculations, 1000 $fb^{-1}$ and 2500 $fb^{-1}$. Three signal processes $e^+ e^- \rightarrow Zhh \rightarrow jjb\bar{b}b\bar{b}$, $e^+ e^- \rightarrow ZHH \rightarrow jjb\bar{b}b\bar{b}$ and $e^+ e^- \rightarrow Zhh \rightarrow jjb\bar{b}b\bar{b}$ are selected for analysis. The polarized colliding beams are used to enhance the signal production cross-section. Low $\tan{\beta}$ and equal Higgs masses regime is chosen in favor of Hadronic decay of $Z$ boson and $H \rightarrow b\bar{b}$. Different signal scenarios are selected and event generation is performed for each process separately. The $W$ and $Z$ boson, as well as top quark backgrounds are analyzed. Signal significance is computed at each Higgs mass hypothesis for three signal processes. After a comprehensive study, we did not find sizeable amount of signal events on top of the background but still, signal significance is found to be larger than 1, without taking into account the detector effects and systematics. The maximum calculated value of signal significance is observed to lie in the range of 150 $\leq$ $m_H$ $\leq$ 250 GeV for $Zhh$ while for $ZHH$ the range is 175 $\leq$ $m_H$ $\leq$ 200 GeV at 1000 $fb^{-1}$ and 175 $\leq$ $m_H$ $\leq$ 225 GeV region at 2500 $fb^{-1}$. Similarly, for $ZAA$ process, the significance is highest at $m_A$ = 175 GeV for both 1000 and 2500 $fb^{-1}$.

Pair production of heavy charged gauge bosons in $pp$ collisions at LHC

Two opposite charged new heavy gauge boson pair production at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is presented in this paper. These bosons are known as $W^{'}$ boson due to the reason that it is the heavy version of Standard Model's weak force carrier, the $W$ boson. The production cross section and decay width in proton-proton ($pp$) collision at \sqrts~= 8 TeV are calculated for different masses and coupling strengths of $W^{'}$. Efficiencies for different signal regions and branching ratios for different decay channels are computed. In this study, the pair production ($W^{'^{+}}W^{'^{-}}$) is considered in emerging new physics as a result of $pp$ collision at \sqrts~= 8 TeV at the LHC with final state containing two tau ($\tau$) leptons and two neutrinos (each $W^{'}$ decay to $\tau$ and its neutrino). The event selection efficiency similar to the CMS experiment is used for the mass of $W^{'}$ to set lower limits for different coupling strengths of $W^{'}$ and results are presented in this work. For heavy gauge bosons, when coupling strength is similar to that of Standard Model's $W$ boson, the mass of $W^{'}$ below 305 GeV are excluded at confidence level of $95\%$.
