IR275K: A Benchmark for Infrared Multi-Frame Super-Resolution Toward Efficient Remote Sensing

Infrared multi-frame super-resolution (MFSR) exploits complementary observations to recover spatial detail, but its evaluation remains fragmented across datasets and protocols. A common benchmark is needed to evaluate reconstruction under weak texture, varying thermal contrast, and noise in the source imagery. It should also characterize reconstruction performance across different inter-frame displacement ranges. We introduce IR275K, a curated benchmark containing 594 in- frared video sequences and 275,196 frames. It provides sequence- level train/validation/test splits and a reproducible x4 evaluation protocol. Evaluation spans single-frame and multi-frame recon- struction using seven learned baselines, the CGMamba reference model, and bicubic interpolation. All learned methods are evalu- ated under both bicubic degradation and synthetic mixed sensor noise.EDVRleadstheoverallrankingunderbicubicdegradation, whereas MSDTGP leads under mixed sensor noise. DBSR leads thehigh-displacementUAVsubsetunderbothsettings.Controlled ablations using CGMamba show that real neighboring frames improve PSNR over center-frame repetition by 1.04 dB under bicubic degradation and 0.95 dB under mixed sensor noise. Center-frame conditioning also improves reconstruction under both settings. The benchmark thus reveals how reconstruction rankings and the benefits of neighboring frames depend on evaluation conditions. The complete IR275K dataset is publicly available at: https://github.com/InfraRecon7/IR275K.

Nearly Optimal Sparse Navigable Graphs in General Metrics

We study approximation algorithms for constructing sparse navigable graphs in general metrics. Given an $n$-point metric $(P,d)$ and a parameter $α\ge1$, a directed graph on $P$ is $α$-navigable if, for every pair of distinct points $s,t\in P$, the source $s$ has an outgoing neighbor $p$ with $d(p,t)<d(s,t)/α$. The objective is to minimize the number of edges. Recent independent works of Khanna, Padaki, and Waingarten (2026) and Conway et al. (2026) give $O(\log n)$-approximation algorithms and show that an $o(\log n)$ approximation is NP-hard in general. Before our work, the best known running time for such an approximation for general $α\ge1$ was $\widetilde O(\min\{n\operatorname{OPT}_α,n^{2.5}\})$, where $\operatorname{OPT}_α$ is the minimum number of edges in an $α$-navigable graph. In this paper, we give a randomized algorithm that, with high probability, runs in $\widetilde O(n^2)$ time and achieves an $O(\log n)$ approximation for every $α\ge1$. In general, these guarantees are nearly optimal up to constant factors in the approximation and polylogarithmic factors in the running time.

Hydrodynamic and Dynamical Phi^4 Limits of Ising-Kac Models with Diffusion-Based Interactions on the Sierpiński Gasket

We introduce a general form of Ising--Kac interactions through heat-kernel averaging, with the heat-time parameter replacing the role of the interaction range. From the viewpoint of Dirichlet forms theory, this construction provides an intrinsic analogue of the mesoscopic averaging in classical Kac models when translation invariance is unavailable. We then investigate limits of this model on graph approximations of the Sierpiński gasket. For the associated Glauber dynamics, we establish a hierarchy of scaling limits for the magnetization field. First, at fixed interaction heat time and inverse temperature, we derive a nonlocal hydrodynamic equation on the continuum gasket. Second, as the heat time vanishes and the inverse temperature approaches its mean-field critical value, suitably rescaled hydrodynamic solutions converge to the solution of the deterministic Allen--Cahn equation. Finally, under a joint scaling of graph refinement, interaction heat time, and inverse temperature near criticality, we prove convergence of critical magnetization fluctuations to the solution of the dynamical $Φ^4$ equation. These results provide a concrete realization of the Ising-$Φ^4$ correspondence in a geometric setting with non-integer spectral dimension.

Sharp Riemannian heat kernel estimates on the cut locus and the Parabolic Anderson model

Using sharp global heat kernel bounds and geodesic comparison geometry, we show that the Dalang condition for well-posedness of the parabolic Anderson model with measure-valued initial conditions, first introduced on Euclidean space, holds on general compact Riemannian manifolds. We furthermore establish upper and lower moment bounds for all such solutions, providing evidence for intermittency in this generality. This extends and simplifies earlier work that required non-positive curvature.

Bicriteria Approximate Navigable Graphs in General Metrics

We study approximation algorithms for constructing sparse navigable graphs in general metrics. Given an $n$-point metric $(P,d)$ and a parameter $α\ge 1$, an $α$-navigable graph is a directed graph $G=(P,E)$ such that for every ordered pair of distinct points $s,t\in P$, the vertex $s$ has an outgoing edge $(s,p)$ with $d(p,t)<d(s,t)/α$. The objective is to minimize the number of edges. Approximation algorithms for this problem were recently studied by Khanna, Padaki, and Waingarten (SODA 2026), and independently by Conway et al. (SODA 2026). These works show that the single-criterion problem faces a Set Cover barrier: an $O(\log n)$-approximation is achievable, whereas obtaining an $o(\log n)$-approximation is NP-hard. To obtain faster algorithms, Khanna, Padaki, and Waingarten introduced bicriteria approximation, in which the output graph is required to be $α$-navigable, while its size is compared against that of an optimal $β$-navigable graph for some relaxed parameter $β\ge α$. They gave a fast matrix-multiplication-based algorithm that computes an $(α,2(1+\varepsilon)α)$-bicriteria $O(\log n)$-approximation in time $\widetilde O(n^ω\log Δ/\varepsilon)$, where $Δ$ denotes the aspect ratio and $ω$ is the matrix multiplication exponent. Our main result is a simpler near-quadratic-time algorithm with stronger bicriteria guarantees. For every constant $α\ge 1$, we compute in time $\widetilde O(n^2\logΔ)$ an $α$-navigable graph that is simultaneously an $(α,2α+O(1))$-bicriteria $O(1)$-approximation and an $(α,α+O(1))$-bicriteria $O(\log n)$-approximation. We complement the algorithm with a hardness result showing that for every constant $η\in(0,1)$, no polynomial-time algorithm can compute an $(α,2α-η)$-bicriteria $o(\log n)$-approximation unless $P=NP$.

EgoXperience: Learning World-Grounded Egocentric Representations from Human Experience

Reconstructing human activity from egocentric video requires more than recovering individual 3D components: the observer's motion, surrounding geometry, and hand-object interactions must fit together in a consistent world. Achieving this coherence requires both joint reconstruction and aligned supervision, yet existing methods and datasets offer limited support for either. We present EgoXperience, a full-stack paradigm that addresses these needs through data collection, automatic annotation, unified modeling, and benchmarking. Central to EgoXperience is an automatic annotation engine, EgoX-Engine, that couples geometrically verified object tracking with SLAM-based world alignment, yielding consistent supervision for the camera, scene, hands, and objects. This yields EgoX-Data-6M, a 50-hour dataset of task-driven manipulation and locomotion within and across indoor and outdoor environments, with second-level task captions. We carefully select one hour across these activity categories as EgoX-Bench to evaluate joint reconstruction. To translate this supervision into reconstruction, we introduce EgoX, trained with EgoX-Data-6M and complementary annotations from additional public datasets. Given monocular egocentric video and first-frame object masks, our model achieves joint metric reconstruction of the camera, scene, hands, and objects in a shared world coordinate frame with a single forward pass. Extensive experiments demonstrate state-of-the-art performance across scene estimation and world-space hand-object pose recovery. Against the strongest evaluated baselines, EgoX reduces camera, hand, and depth errors by 68.9%, 65.6%, and 42.9%, and improves object pose scores by 28.0%.

Intermittency for the parabolic Anderson model on spaces with sub-Gaussian heat kernel estimates

We study the parabolic Anderson model $\partial_t u=Δu+βu\,\dot W_α$ on an unbounded Ahlfors $d_h$-regular Dirichlet metric measure space whose heat kernel satisfies two-sided sub-Gaussian estimates with walk dimension $d_w$. The noise is white in time and, in space, either white ($α=0$) or colored through the Riesz kernel of $(-Δ)^{-2α}$, where $0\le 2α<d_h/d_w<1+2α$. No recurrence is assumed. We prove existence, uniqueness and Hölder regularity of the mild Skorohod solution for bounded initial conditions. For nonzero nonnegative bounded initial conditions, the solution is positive and its moment Lyapunov exponents exist for every real $p\ge1$, independently of the spatial point and the initial condition. For $p\ge2$, these exponents have order $p\,(β^2(p-1))^{d_w/((1+2α)d_w-d_h)}$, with upper and lower bounds matching up to constants.

SemAnCorr: Semantic Anchored Correspondence for Zero-Shot Manipulation Skill Transfer

Transferring manipulation skills across object instances that share functionality but differ in geometry remains a fundamental challenge in robot learning. While recent correspondence methods leverage dense visual descriptors and 3D feature fields, nearest-neighbor feature matching often produces spatially incoherent correspondences that fail to recover the local geometric frames required for reliable skill transfer. We introduce SemAnCorr, a training-free framework that establishes dense correspondence by selecting semantically consistent anchor regions through joint pose-correspondence optimization and propagating these constraints over the object surface using functional maps. The resulting correspondences preserve both semantic consistency and geometric coherence, enabling object-centric manipulation skills to transfer across geometrically diverse instances. We evaluate SemAnCorr on a dense correspondence benchmark built on PartNet-Mobility, achieving 90.8% semantic accuracy in our benchmark evaluation while improving geometric coherence over recent state-of-the-art baselines. Finally, we show that these improvements translate directly into real-world manipulation performance: using a single demonstration, SemAnCorr enables substantially more reliable zero-shot manipulation skill transfer to previously unseen objects than existing correspondence methods. Phonology-Aware Speaker Extraction Frontend for Audio LLMs

Target speaker extraction (TSE) is a key frontend for enabling audio large language models (LLMs) to recognize and understand a designated speaker in overlapping speech. However, multilingual mixtures exhibit heterogeneous extraction demands, causing fixed-depth systems to either under-process challenging inputs or waste computation on inputs that have already converged. Existing TSE frontends generally apply uniform computation, while Audio-LLM adaptation methods neither explicitly model language-conditioned extraction demands nor preserve plug-and-play compatibility with frozen downstream models. We therefore propose LATTE, a lightweight 5.2M-parameter frontend that combines an acoustic Difficulty Estimator, a task-adaptive phonology-informed prior learned from multi-depth TSE gains, and an Adaptive Hourglass Extractor to route each mixture without requiring language identity at inference. On PolyExtract, LATTE achieves a macro SI-SNRi of 15.07 dB at 0.30 GFLOPs, retaining performance within 0.09 dB of a 0.53-GFLOP fixed-depth model while reducing computation by 43.4%, and lowers the average WER from 16.8% to 14.6% relative to TF-GridNet. By jointly modeling sample-level extraction demands and phonological structure, LATTE provides a practical framework for quality-aware, compute-efficient multilingual TSE and offers a scalable path toward robust Audio-LLM deployment.

High Fidelity Capture, Reconstruction, and Transfer of Human Demonstrations for Robot-Assisted Bathing

Despite the demand for robots in high-value clinical tasks like bathing, contemporary systems still lack the safety and reliability required for complex, sustained physical interaction with humans. A key challenge hindering the development of such systems is that collecting, understanding, and effectively transferring highly dynamic, contact-rich human bathing demonstrations is difficult, even with modern motion and tactile sensing equipment. We present a straightforward, but effective framework for doing so with high fidelity by utilizing contact regions as a key processing primitive. We use our framework to build a dataset of bathing demonstrations performed by trained clinicians on human subjects. We then use this dataset to design and control an arm-mounted dexterous soft hand to perform bathing tasks on a mannequin using open- and closed-loop strategies. Our dataset is the first to provide high quality synchronized motion, shape, contact, and force during sustained, contact-rich human-human interaction, and our transfer strategies demonstrate effective use of these data across multiple levels of the robotics stack. All relevant materials will be publicly released to enable further advancements in physical human-robot interaction (pHRI) research.

Martin Boundary and Invariant Fields of Multiplicative SHE

We study invariant measures of nonlinear multiplicative stochastic heat equations in the weak disorder regime. Under a natural second-moment condition, we show that positive invariant measures are in one-to-one correspondence with bounded positive harmonic functions of the underlying space. This implies that the space of invariant measures inherits the structure of the Martin boundary. We also show that whenever the deterministic semigroup flow converges to a bounded harmonic function, the stochastic evolution converges to the corresponding invariant measure. The results apply to many settings with nontrivial Martin boundary, such as negatively curved manifolds and trees.

FARS: A Fully Automated Research System Deployed at Scale

Recent automated research systems show that language-model agents can generate hypotheses, run experiments, and write complete manuscripts, but most evidence still comes from selected examples, human-framed topics, or a few pre-defined research tasks. We present FARS (Fully Automated Research System), a fully automated AI-for-AI research system designed to operate across research topics at scale. FARS autonomously generates and advances projects through ideation, planning, experimentation, and writing, using stage-specific agents coordinated through a shared workspace that records proposals, code, logs, results, and manuscripts. In its first public deployment, FARS produced 166 complete research papers spanning 67 fine-grained AI/ML topics while preserving intermediate artifacts as an auditable corpus rather than a curated set of successes. We evaluate this corpus with 282 structured reviews from volunteer reviewers covering 140 papers, including overall ratings, sub-scores, integrity checks, and LLM-use disclosure. The reviews indicate that FARS can produce review-worthy and occasionally strong AI/ML research artifacts in a large-scale public deployment, while also exposing recurring failure modes in narrow experimental scope, methodological limitations, and integrity issues.

Hawk: Harnessing Hardware-Aware Knowledge for High-Performance NPU Kernel Generation

Developing high-performance kernels for Neural Processing Units (NPUs) is a critical industry bottleneck, requiring developers to manually navigate implicit hardware constraints and strict memory hierarchies. While large language models offer immense automation potential, they fail catastrophically on NPUs due to a fundamental lack of hardware-specific priors. Naively transplanting code snippets from similar NPU kernels may pass the compiler, but it consistently triggers runtime crashes and performance degradation by blindly violating underlying hardware constraints. To overcome this, we introduce Hawk, a training-free framework that harnesses hardware-aware knowledge through three core modules: (1) Run-Time Knowledge Synthesis Module, which employs a Triple-Part Executable Knowledge Representation to inherently couple the error context with executable semantics; (2) Bottleneck-Aware Knowledge Retrieval Module, which implements a 2D-Retrieval paradigm to project queries into orthogonal syntactic and hardware-aligned semantic spaces; and (3) Effect-Driven Knowledge Distillation Module, which leverages LLM-driven semantic arbitration to continuously distill the knowledge by pruning errors and consolidating redundancies based on the empirical execution feedback. Extensive evaluations on real-world NPU workloads demonstrate that Hawk elevates generation accuracy from 49.4% to 80.0%, while achieving up to a 2.2x execution speedup over state-of-the-art baselines.

Web2Grasp: Learning Functional Grasps from Web Images of Hand-Object Interactions

Functional grasping is essential for enabling dexterous multi-finger robot hands to manipulate objects effectively. Prior work largely focuses on power grasps, which only involve holding an object, or relies on in-domain demonstrations for specific objects. We propose leveraging human grasp information extracted from web images, which capture natural and functional hand-object interactions (HOI). Using a pretrained 3D reconstruction model, we recover 3D human HOI meshes from RGB images. To train on these noisy HOI data, we propose to use: (1) an interaction-centric model to learn the functional interaction pattern between hand and object, and (2) geometry-based filtering to remove the infeasible grasps and physical simulation to retain grasps who can resist disturbance. In IssacGym simulation, our model trained on reconstructed HOI grasps achieves a 75.8% success rate on objects from the web dataset and generalizes to unseen objects, outperforming baseline methods in both grasp success and functional quality. In real-world experiments with the LEAP hand and Inspire hand, it attains a 77.5% success rate across 12 objects, including challenging ones such as a syringe, spray bottle, knife, and tongs. Wick Renormalized Parabolic Stochastic Quantization Equations on Rough Metric Measure Spaces

On metric measure spaces with sub-Gaussian heat kernel behavior in small time, we obtain a sufficient condition to solve Wick renormalized stochastic quantization equations with polynomial interaction. Given the power of the nonlinearity, the local solution condition depends on the Hausdorff dimension $d_h$, the walk dimension $d_w$, and the maximal spatial Hölder regularity of the heat kernel $Θ$. A slightly more restrictive condition based on the same parameters is required for a global solution. For all global solutions, we construct an invariant measure for the Markov process defined by the solution. Our results apply to many rough spaces such as Barlow--Kigami type fractals as well as their Cartesian products and open up the possibility of making rigorous various structures in quantum field theory and statistical mechanics in non-integer dimensions. In the process, we build entirely from the short-time heat semigroup the necessary analytic framework that accommodates the issues which come with allowing rough local geometry.

Propagation of Singularities for the Damped Stochastic Klein-Gordon Equation

For the $1+1$ dimensional damped stochastic Klein-Gordon equation, we show that random singularities associated with the law of the iterated logarithm exist and propogate in the same way as the stochastic wave equation. This provides evidence for possible connections to microlocal analysis, ie. the exact regularity and singularities described in this paper should admit wavefront set type descriptions whose propagation is determined by the highest order terms of the linear operator. Despite the results being exactly the same as those of the wave equation, our proofs are significantly different than the proofs for the wave equation. Miraculously, proving our results for the critically damped equation implies them for the general equation, which significantly simplifies the problem. Even after this simplification, many important parts of the proof are significantly different than (and we think are more intuitive from the PDE viewpoint compared to) existing proofs for the wave equation.

Faster Deterministic Streaming Vertex Coloring

Graph coloring is a fundamental problem in computer science. In the semi-streaming model, an input graph $G$ on $n$ vertices and maximum degree $Δ$ is presented as a stream of edges, and the goal is to compute a vertex coloring using a small number of colors while storing only $\tilde{O}(n)$ bits of memory. Recent work has revealed an exponential separation between randomized and deterministic approaches in this setting: while randomized algorithms can achieve a $(Δ+1)$-coloring in a single pass [Assadi, Chen, and Khanna, 2019], any single-pass deterministic algorithm requires $\exp(Δ^{Ω(1)})$ colors [Assadi, Chen, and Sun, 2022]. Consequently, deterministic algorithms that use few colors must necessarily make multiple passes over the stream. Prior to this work, the best known deterministic trade-offs were: an $O(Δ^2)$-coloring in 2 passes, an $O(Δ)$-coloring in $O(\log Δ)$ passes [Assadi, Chen, and Sun, 2022], and a $(Δ+1)$-coloring in $O(\log Δ\cdot \log\log Δ)$ passes [Assadi, Chakrabarti, Ghosh, and Stoeckl, 2023]. It remained open whether better trade-offs -- particularly with sub-logarithmic pass complexity and linear-in-$Δ$ palette size -- were achievable. In this paper, we present a new deterministic semi-streaming algorithm that computes an $O(Δ)$-coloring in $O(\sqrt{\log Δ})$ passes. This is the first deterministic streaming algorithm to achieve a coloring with palette size linear-in-$Δ$ using sublogarithmic-in-$Δ$ passes.

SkinGPT-X: A Self-Evolving Collaborative Multi-Agent System for Transparent and Trustworthy Dermatological Diagnosis

While recent advancements in Large Language Models have significantly advanced dermatological diagnosis, monolithic LLMs frequently struggle with fine-grained, large-scale multi-class diagnostic tasks and rare skin disease diagnosis owing to training data sparsity, while also lacking the interpretability and traceability essential for clinical reasoning. Although multi-agent systems can offer more transparent and explainable diagnostics, existing frameworks are primarily concentrated on Visual Question Answering and conversational tasks, and their heavy reliance on static knowledge bases restricts adaptability in complex real-world clinical settings. Here, we present SkinGPT-X, a multimodal collaborative multi-agent system for dermatological diagnosis integrated with a self-evolving dermatological memory mechanism. By simulating the diagnostic workflow of dermatologists and enabling continuous memory evolution, SkinGPT-X delivers transparent and trustworthy diagnostics for the management of complex and rare dermatological cases. To validate the robustness of SkinGPT-X, we design a three-tier comparative experiment. First, we benchmark SkinGPT-X against four state-of-the-art LLMs across four public datasets, demonstrating its state-of-the-art performance with a +9.6% accuracy improvement on DDI31 and +13% weighted F1 gain on Dermnet over the state-of-the-art model. Second, we construct a large-scale multi-class dataset covering 498 distinct dermatological categories to evaluate its fine-grained classification capabilities. Finally, we curate the rare skin disease dataset, the first benchmark to address the scarcity of clinical rare skin diseases which contains 564 clinical samples with eight rare dermatological diseases. On this dataset, SkinGPT-X achieves a +9.8% accuracy improvement, a +7.1% weighted F1 improvement, a +10% Cohen's Kappa improvement.
