From Where to How: Continuous 4D Interaction Forecasting from Egocentric Video

Egocentric 4D interaction forecasting aims to anticipate both where future interactions will occur in 3D and how the human body will move to realize them, providing an important capability for assistive robotics and human-computer interaction. Existing methods struggle to translate semantic understanding into precise continuous 3D localization and to balance motion diversity with structural consistency in pose forecasting. More fundamentally, these tasks are often modeled separately, leaving the continuous geometric and temporal correspondence between interaction locations and body motion insufficiently captured. To address these challenges, we introduce Coherent4D, a large-scale egocentric dataset for continuous 4D interaction forecasting, comprising approximately 233K samples across three domains. Each sample pairs a sequence of future 3D interaction locations with corresponding full-body poses, aligned in time and expressed in a shared coordinate system. We also provide evaluation metrics in continuous space. Building on this formulation, we propose HIGFlow, a Hand Interaction Guided Residual Flow framework that models forecasting as a cascaded where-to-how process. HIGFlow first forecasts continuous future interaction locations by combining semantic grounding with short-horizon visual dynamics, and then uses the predicted location sequence to condition a deterministic motion anchor and residual Flow Matching for diverse yet structurally consistent full-body motion forecasting. Extensive experiments across all three domains demonstrate consistent improvements over representative baselines on both location and pose forecasting, while ablations validate the contributions of the proposed components. TC-RAG:Turing-Complete RAG's Case study on Medical LLM Systems

In the pursuit of enhancing domain-specific Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) emerges as a promising solution to mitigate issues such as hallucinations, outdated knowledge, and limited expertise in highly specialized queries. However, existing approaches to RAG fall short by neglecting system state variables, which are crucial for ensuring adaptive control, retrieval halting, and system convergence. In this paper, we introduce the TC-RAG through rigorous proof, a novel framework that addresses these challenges by incorporating a Turing Complete System to manage state variables, thereby enabling more efficient and accurate knowledge retrieval. By leveraging a memory stack system with adaptive retrieval, reasoning, and planning capabilities, TC-RAG not only ensures the controlled halting of retrieval processes but also mitigates the accumulation of erroneous knowledge via Push and Pop actions. In the case study of the medical domain, our extensive experiments on real-world healthcare datasets demonstrate the superiority of TC-RAG over existing methods in accuracy by over 7.20\%. Our dataset and code have been available at https://github.com/Artessay/TC-RAG .

Ex-Omni: Enabling 3D Facial Animation Generation for Omni-modal Large Language Models

Omni-modal large language models (OLLMs) aim to unify multimodal understanding and generation, yet extending them to jointly produce speech and 3D facial animation remains largely underexplored. A key challenge is the mismatch between the discrete semantic reasoning of LLMs and the dense temporal dynamics required for 3D facial motion. We propose Expressive Omni (Ex-Omni), a framework that augments OLLMs with speech-accompanied 3D facial animation. Ex-Omni decouples semantic reasoning from temporal generation through a speech-unit generator with blendshape co-supervision and a non-autoregressive blendshape decoder, where speech units provide temporal scaffolding and hidden speech representations carry facially relevant cues. We further introduce a token-as-query gated fusion (TQGF) interface for controlled semantic injection, as well as InstructS2SF-1200K, a 1.2M-sample weakly supervised dataset for speech-accompanied facial animation. Extensive experiments show that Ex-Omni retains competitive speech QA capability while natively generating coordinated text, speech, and 3D facial animation, and approaches the Audio2Face-3D teacher cascade in synchronization and human preference.

Ex-Omni-2D: Expressive Omni-Modal Dialogue Models with Native Visual Presence

Omni-modal dialogue models can understand multimodal inputs and synthesize spoken replies, but a spoken answer still leaves the agent visually absent. We introduce \textbf{Ex-Omni-2D}, a framework that answers a multimodal query with coordinated text, personalized speech, and reference-conditioned video. The dialogue model first writes a structured \textit{Visual Thought Plan} (VTP) for scene, emotion, and motion, then generates the response text and multi-codebook speech units. These speech units are decoded into audio and aligned with video frames, giving the speech and avatar modules a common timing signal while allowing them to learn from different data sources. The video module is trained as a full-sequence Teacher conditioned on reference appearance, VTP semantics, and frame-aligned speech units. We further explore to distill it into a few-step block-causal \emph{Streaming Student}; its Prefix Streaming mechanism carries the previous clean latent into the next chunk and is analyzed as a partial mitigation for late-chunk subject drift. At $400\times720$/$720\times400$, the four-step four-GPU Student provides incremental output with lower startup latency than the full-sequence Teacher.

Gaussian-Voxel Duet: A Dual-Scaffolding Hybrid Representation for Fast and Accurate Monocular Surface Reconstruction

While 3D Gaussian Splatting has achieved remarkable success in photorealistic novel view synthesis, its pursuit of fast and high-fidelity 3D reconstruction has long been constrained by a trade-off between geometric accuracy and optimization efficiency. Methods specialized in image rendering converge quickly at the cost of imperfect geometry caused by superfluous primitives overfitting training views, while methods integrating neural signed-distance field (SDF) for better geometry incur prohibitive training costs. In this paper, we attempt to strike a better trade-off by tethering scaffold-anchored Gaussians to a jointly optimized sparse voxel scaffold. This hybrid Gaussian-Voxel representation explicitly confines anchored Gaussians to a narrow band around surfaces defined by voxelized SDFs, which effectively improves representation efficiency and condenses floating Gaussians without sacrificing geometry quality. An implicit surface tethering loss further pulls individual Gaussian primitives closer to SDF-induced surfaces in a mutually regularized manner for improved reconstruction accuracy. Extensive experiments on diverse real-world indoor scenes from ScanNet++, ScanNetv2, and DeepBlending datasets demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art surface reconstruction quality as well as superior novel view synthesis against leading baselines, while maintaining fast training convergence and real-time rendering. Motion-Omni: End-to-End Joint Speech and Full-Body Motion for Spoken Dialogue

An avatar that holds a conversation should decide what to say and to move while saying it, yet these abilities live in separate model families: spoken dialogue models produce speech without motion, and co-speech motion models produce motion only from audio handed to them. The standard remedy is a cascade that first generates the spoken response and then runs a motion model over the finished audio, which requires a second full inference pass and precludes any joint optimisation between the two. We present Motion-Omni, an end-to-end framework in which a spoken dialogue model natively outputs explicit facial expression together with hand, upper-body and lower-body motion, generated directly from the hidden states that produce the speech. Joint training is not optional here: with the speech pathway frozen, motion remains misaligned with the audio, and co-adapting the LLM, Speech Generator and Motion Generator under both objectives is what recovers alignment while retaining spoken-dialogue ability. Supervision comes from a scalable, model-agnostic pipeline that pseudo-labels consistent-voice speech responses with a replaceable motion teacher, yielding 422,856 quality-ranked pairs (1,402 hours). We further release SwDA-500 and, to our knowledge, the first public evaluation protocol for stochastic open-ended full-body spoken dialogue, matching audio across motion systems while unifying rendering, automatic metrics, human evaluation, and latency measurement. Instantiated with a Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct backbone, Motion-Omni-Q7 matches the same-audio teacher cascade to within 2% on reference-free motion metrics while responding 5.4 x faster (RTF=0.78, faster than real time), surpasses all non-teacher cascades on beat correlation and diversity, and reaches a 2.62% word error rate, the lowest among the omni-modal systems compared.
