F2STNet: Fair and Federated Spectral-Temporal Modeling for Graph Forecasting

Spatiotemporal prediction on graph-structured data is central to traffic forecasting and environmental monitoring, yet decentralized and heterogeneous data complicate both sequence modeling and collaborative training. We propose F$^2$STNet, a federated forecasting framework that combines truncated graph-Fourier features, a lightweight diagonal state-space temporal encoder, graph convolution, and Fairness-aware Federated Aggregation (FFA). The spectral branch exposes graph-frequency structure, while the state-space layer models long temporal dependencies with linear complexity in the sequence length. FFA adjusts the FedAvg prior using client validation losses and an increasing fairness schedule. Experiments on PeMS04, HZMetro, and KnowAir show favorable forecasting accuracy relative to the evaluated baselines; federated experiments on PeMS04 additionally improve worst-client and client-dispersion metrics.

CoRDE: Concept-Prior Routed Diffusion Experts for Structural Generalization in Robot Manipulation

Diffusion models excel at capturing multi-modal action distributions in robot imitation learning. However, in multi-task and long-horizon scenarios, monolithic architectures lack structural generalization capabilities, suffering from gradient conflicts between distinct semantic sub-stages. While pure data-driven Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) methods introduce labor division, they frequently trigger routing collapse, and instantiating full-scale experts causes parameter explosion and high expansion costs. To address these issues, we propose Concept-prior Routed Diffusion Experts (CoRDE), a structure-guided variational distillation framework. CoRDE extracts semantic distributions from a frozen concept encoder to guide the variational posterior responsibility via a learnable soft mapping matrix. This mechanism introduces an entropy-controlled responsibility inference process that encourages confident routing under reliable semantic predictions while preserving the stochastic diffusion term for behavioral diversity. To overcome parameter inflation, CoRDE employs a parameter-efficient expert pool using Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) on a shared frozen backbone. Theoretical analysis shows that the mixture score discrepancy is bounded by responsibility-weighted local expert errors, supporting high-fidelity generation under low-rank expert adaptation. Empirical evaluations confirm that, compared to existing baselines, CoRDE systematically reduces routing collapse, forming robust, semantically aligned expert allocations while achieving superior action quality and incremental learning efficiency.

AgniNav: Configuration-Driven Cross-Embodiment Local Planning for Robot Navigation

Monocular local navigation is attractive for lightweight robots, but existing vision-based policies often couple perception to a specific body, camera height, and footprint, making transfer from wheeled bases to legged platforms dependent on retraining or active depth hardware. This paper introduces AgniNav, a configuration-driven local navigation framework that standardizes cross-embodiment transfer at the collision-envelope level. Each robot is specified by a measurable four-parameter safety envelope: collision-relevant height, front length, rear length, and half width. The height parameter conditions an image-to-scan network to predict a one-dimensional, collision-relevant pseudo-laserscan from a monocular color image, while the remaining footprint parameters configure a dimension-aware local planner for collision checking. Training uses height-conditioned column-minimum scan labels generated from paired color-depth data, allowing the same image to supervise different safety envelopes without collecting robot-specific data. To the best of our knowledge, AgniNav is the first monocular local-navigation framework that jointly conditions perception and planning on a shared collision-envelope configuration for zero-retraining deployment across wheeled, quadruped, and humanoid platforms. Real-robot experiments on a Turtlebot2, Unitree Go2, and Accelerated Evolution K1 achieve 39/40, 18/20, and 18/20 successes with 0/40, 1/20, and 2/20 collisions, respectively, while running at 30 Hz on Jetson Orin.

Opinion: Towards Unified Expressive Policy Optimization for Robust Robot Learning

Offline-to-online reinforcement learning (O2O-RL) has emerged as a promising paradigm for safe and efficient robotic policy deployment but suffers from two fundamental challenges: limited coverage of multimodal behaviors and distributional shifts during online adaptation. We propose UEPO, a unified generative framework inspired by large language model pretraining and fine-tuning strategies. Our contributions are threefold: (1) a multi-seed dynamics-aware diffusion policy that efficiently captures diverse modalities without training multiple models; (2) a dynamic divergence regularization mechanism that enforces physically meaningful policy diversity; and (3) a diffusion-based data augmentation module that enhances dynamics model generalization. On the D4RL benchmark, UEPO achieves +5.9\% absolute improvement over Uni-O4 on locomotion tasks and +12.4\% on dexterous manipulation, demonstrating strong generalization and scalability.

LODE: Deep Local Deblurring and A New Benchmark

While recent deep deblurring algorithms have achieved remarkable progress, most existing methods focus on the global deblurring problem, where the image blur mostly arises from severe camera shake. We argue that the local blur, which is mostly derived from moving objects with a relatively static background, is prevalent but remains under-explored. In this paper, we first lay the data foundation for local deblurring by constructing, for the first time, a LOcal-DEblur (LODE) dataset consisting of 3,700 real-world captured locally blurred images and their corresponding ground-truth. Then, we propose a novel framework, termed BLur-Aware DEblurring network (BladeNet), which contains three components: the Local Blur Synthesis module generates locally blurred training pairs, the Local Blur Perception module automatically captures the locally blurred region and the Blur-guided Spatial Attention module guides the deblurring network with spatial attention. This framework is flexible such that it can be combined with many existing SotA algorithms. We carry out extensive experiments on REDS and LODE datasets showing that BladeNet improves PSNR by 2.5dB over SotAs for local deblurring while keeping comparable performance for global deblurring. We will publish the dataset and codes.

Redefining climate index with sea surface temperature of key area can better express atmospheric physical activity

Since the 1920s, when the three oscillations ENSO, NAO and NPO were found and defined, the theory of ocean-atmosphere coupling is particularly important in explaining the phenomena of atmospheric physics, then defined more than ten climate indexes, such as SOI, AO, AAO and Nino monitoring area and so on, the indexes usually adopt standardized sea level pressure (SLP) difference or standardized sea surface temperature anomaly (SSTA) difference definitions. The survey is carried out with seventy stations runoff of major rivers in the world shows that the correlation coefficient between these indexes and runoff is very low, most of which is between 0.1-0.2, the impact of the index on the hydrologic climate cannot be truly reflected, which has led to doubts about the clear physical mechanism and even questions of teleological authenticity. This is due to the fact that standardization is a nonlinear process, which changes the structure of the original data, causing the correlation coefficient to be low. Using sea surface temperature difference (SSTD) to define these climate indexes, the correlation coefficient is significantly improved, the Hankou station of Yangtze river, Darband station of Ind, Hope station of Fraser, Bangui station of Oubangui generally exceeds 0.8 strong degree, which prove that these relevant elements have a high resonance effect, there must be a common driving physical quantity. We find that the sun-earth distance has a very strong resonance effect, it is the earth's rotational orbit that determines their common activity intensity and cycle characteristics. The sun-earth distance can accurately calculate the tens and hundreds years of SST and SSTD, if using the SST or SSTD as the climate indicators, which express physical process of various ocean-atmosphere coupling, we can thoroughly solve long-term ultra-long-term forecast of international difficulty problems.
