MVRCap: Towards Comprehensive Video Captioning via Hierarchical Multi-Dimensional Verifiable Rewards

Despite significant progress, current models struggle to generate comprehensive video captions, constrained primarily by coarse-grained supervision, which often fails to capture spatial-temporal dynamics and the underlying logical intent. To address this issue, we introduce MVRCap, a novel framework that reformulates video captioning as a reinforcement learning task steered by structured verification. Central to our approach is a Fine-Grained Verifiable Reward mechanism, serving as dense supervision to enforce rigorous visual-semantic alignment. Specifically, we construct this reward system anchored by three complementary pillars: a Hierarchical Concept Coverage Reward utilizing our newly constructed MVRCap-QA dataset to ensure multi-dimensional completeness and semantic depth, a Factuality Verification Reward to enhance factual consistency, and a Conciseness Constraint to maximize semantic density. Furthermore, we curate the high-quality MVRCap-SFT dataset, providing structured annotations across six key dimensions, to serve as a robust foundational initialization for the RL policy in this training pipeline. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MVRCap achieves state-of-the-art performance on authoritative benchmarks including VDC, CAPability, and VC4VG.

PailitaoMMSearch2.0 Technical Report: Scaling Generative Retrieval to Unified End-to-End Multimodal Search

Generative retrieval models have been increasingly adopted in search and recommendation systems. However, industrial generative retrieval models are commonly specialized to a fixed online scenario: they learn from scenario-specific interactions, support a narrow set of query forms and retrieval objectives. We study how to remove these couplings and build a unified end-to-end multimodal search system for open-ended image--text queries, heterogeneous shopping intents, and online scenarios with different resource constraints. We present \textbf{PailitaoMMSearch}, which directly generates product Semantic IDs from a raw query image and free-form instruction and scales along three dimensions. \textbf{Data scaling} uses a reusable toolset that can be composed into intent- and lifecycle-specific workflows for cold-start synthesis, quality control, real-traffic refinement, and continuous data production. \textbf{Intent scaling} progressively equips one model with e-commerce product knowledge, multiple retrieval relations, and adjustable reasoning budgets through continual pre-training (CPT), mixed-budget supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and unified reinforcement learning (RL). The RL stage combines intent-balanced optimization and Sample--Beam rollouts aligned with multi-candidate serving. \textbf{Scenario scaling} exposes quality--cost operating points across model capacity and reasoning budget. The system is deployed in multimodal search applications on Taobao Pailitao. A controlled online A/B test reports statistically significant improvements, including item page views $\textbf{+17.90\%}$, transactions $\textbf{+27.04\%}$, and gross merchandise value $\textbf{+8.94\%}$.

Qwen-Image-PE: Learning Visual Design for Text-to-Image Prompt Enhancement

Learning visual design is essential for prompt enhancement (PE) to turn underspecified user requests into coherent visual specifications for text-to-image (T2I) generation. Existing methods preserve user intent and improve overall visual appeal, with less explicit emphasis on fine-grained design dimensions. To address this gap, we introduce Qwen-Image-PE, which learns visual design through two-stage training. Supervised fine-tuning with Caption-Based Reverse Distillation (CRD) uses dense captions of well-designed images as design supervision. Reinforcement learning with Groupwise Design Reward (GDR) jointly compares all candidate images for the same request to refine lighting, composition, layout, and detail. On Qwen-Image-Bench with Qwen-Image-2.1, Qwen-Image-PE-397B improves over original requests by 7.81 points, while Qwen-Image-PE-9B outperforms all evaluated PE baselines. Further evaluations show gains in visual design, aesthetics, image quality, and human preference. We find that PE scales along three axes: training data, model size, and information density, with sufficient information density as a prerequisite for effective enhancement. Moreover, we demonstrate that Qwen-Image-PE generalizes to four additional T2I backbones, even surpassing native prompt enhancers on HunyuanImage-2.1 and FLUX 3 Image Klein. We release Qwen-Image-PE-9B at https://huggingface.co/Qwen/Qwen-Image-2.1-PE-T2I.

LLM-Auction: Generative Auction towards LLM-Native Advertising

The commercialization of LLM applications is the next frontier in online advertising, with LLM-native advertising emerging as a promising paradigm by integrating ads into LLM-generated content. However, classic mechanisms are no longer applicable in this setting where the auction object is shifted from discrete ad slots to distributions over LLM outputs, and existing methods are impractical in industrial scenarios due to ignored externalities or high inference costs. To address these issues, we propose LLM-Auction, the first learning-based generative auction mechanism that integrates auction and generation. By formulating the allocation as preference alignment between LLM outputs and a mechanism objective that balances advertisers' value and user experience, we optimize the LLMs to inherently model allocation externalities without extra inference cost. Theoretically, we identify the allocation monotonicity and continuity of the optimal allocation rule of LLM-Auction, and prove that a simple first-price payment rule exhibits favorable incentive properties under this allocation rule. Furthermore, we build an LLM-as-a-judge simulation environment for quantitative evaluation, and experiments demonstrate that LLM-Auction achieves the state-of-the-art allocation efficiency while approximately satisfying key mechanism properties.

Bistable Dynamics and Complete Classifications of A Seasonal Competition Model Between Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus

The bistable dynamics and a complete classification of global dynamics are established for a competition model between Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus subject to favorable-unfavorable seasonal shifts, originally proposed by Zheng et al. (2025). More precisely, by employing Floquet theory, we prove that the unique positive periodic solution must be unstable. Consequently, bistable dynamics naturally emerge, which provides a rigorous theoretical validation of the numerical simulation results reported in the aforementioned work. Building on this, we further derive a full classification of the model's global dynamics. In addition, we carry out a comprehensive analysis of how seasonal switching mechanisms govern the competitive outcomes between these two mosquito species, thereby offering insights into their ecological coexistence and potential displacement.

CheckDistill: Adaptive Checklist Distillation for Efficient Distributional Reward Modeling in Image Editing

Reinforcement learning for instruction-guided image editing requires reward models that provide reliable, accurate, and efficient feedback. Direct scalar prediction compresses multidimensional editing preferences, whereas generative evaluators can expose their judgment through explicit reasoning. However, broad scoring criteria do not specify all instance-dependent editing and preservation constraints, and generating long reasoning trajectories is costly for online optimization. We introduce CheckDistill, a pointwise reward modeling framework that internalizes instruction-adaptive checklists. We decompose each editing condition into atomic, independently verifiable requirements and construct four-dimensional scoring labels together with structured verification evidence. After supervised score initialization, a privileged teacher conditions on checklists, item-level judgments, and dimension-level rationales to supervise the student's own scoring trajectories. A reliability-weighted on-policy self-distillation objective adjusts supervision at score tokens according to agreement between the teacher's expected scores and reference labels, while retaining candidate probability weights in a truncated token support. The deployed student directly predicts four score distributions without checklist inputs or explicit reasoning and aggregates their expectations into a scalar reward. CheckDistill achieves aggregate accuracies of 72.30%, 56.67% and 82.90% on MMRB2, MER-Bench and EditReward-Bench, respectively, exceeding the compared open-source baselines on all three metrics.

ID Balancing: Stable Training of Extremely Sparse MoE via PID-Based Load Control

Scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) via Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) enables massive parameter growth with nearly constant per-token computation. However, further scaling the parameter count requires increasingly sparse routing, where expert load imbalance becomes more severe. This imbalance reduces parameter utilization and training efficiency, and can undermine training stability, becoming a bottleneck to reliable scaling. In this work, we unify two representative auxiliary-loss-free methods as incomplete Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controllers: DeepSeek's loss-free method acts as a fixed-step integral controller, while Kimi K3's Quantile Balancing functions as a generalized proportional controller. Building on this control perspective, we propose ID Balancing, an Integral-Derivative controller. It scales its integral term with load error and activates its derivative term only when imbalance worsens, enabling stronger corrections for large or worsening errors and smaller updates near balance. Evaluated across Top-$10$, Top-$5$, and Top-$3$ routing over $768$ experts, ID Balancing reduces worst-case backbone MaxVio and training-average backbone MinVio by over $50$% and $12$%, respectively, relative to the best baselines in the Top-$3$ setting. When the total parameter count increases from $18.9$B to $69.9$B (Top-$10$-of-$768$), ID Balancing's worst-case backbone MaxVio remains nearly unchanged and is approximately $89.6$% lower than that of the auxiliary-loss baseline. ID Balancing also maintains competitive language-modeling and downstream performance. The advantages of ID Balancing grow as sparsity increases, making it a promising solution for scaling larger, sparser MoE models.

CommerceGen-Studio: An End-to-End Framework for Commercial-Grade Main-Image Generation

We present CommerceGen-Studio, an end-to-end framework for generating commercial-grade main images for e-commerce Stock Keeping Units (SKUs). Our framework is organized along a three-stage pipeline of information extraction, semantic rewriting, and multi-condition generation: Prompt-Eval-Refine-Loop Agent (PERL-Agent) distills heterogeneous SKU metadata into concise selling-point text lists through an iterative closed loop of VLM and LLM roles scored by a reference-free rubric. Layout Thinker Optimization (LTO) aligns the rewriter with both caption and rendered-image quality via alternating domain-specific policy optimization. SKU-DiT, trained under Reinforce-Distill-Reinforce (RDR) progressive training, conditions jointly on the white-background product image, the trademark crop, and the structured layout to hold subject fidelity, trademark integrity, and character-level text accuracy together. The framework runs in production at a scale of millions of main images per day with a latency of a few seconds per image, which we believe makes it among the first systems of this kind to operate at commercial scale. We also release CommerceGen-Bench, a benchmark of hard cases collected from live traffic across all product categories. On it, our framework achieves the highest overall scores among the evaluated open-source baselines on both editing tracks, with and without prompt enhancement. It also matches much larger closed-source models, and beats several of them at Instruction Following and Product Integration - the two properties that determine whether an image can be published.

Dynamical Insights into the Current Control Strategies for Chikungunya

This paper addresses the challenge that, under China's current mosquito-control policy for chikungunya---\textit{clearing stagnant water, killing adult mosquitoes, and preventing bites}---epidemics can still recur and continue to rise. By constructing a vector--host dynamical model that incorporates asymptomatic infections and a screening rate, we derive approximate analytical expressions for the epidemic peak value and peak time, and reveal the intrinsic link between short-term transients and long-term outcomes. Simulations across three scenarios---human-seeded, mosquito-seeded, and joint human--mosquito-seeded---show that (i) even when the vector population is effectively suppressed, asymptomatic carriers can still sustain transmission; (ii) the effect of the screening rate on the peak time is non-monotonic, and there exists a critical threshold that maximizes the delay of the epidemic; and (iii) moderate screening can both suppress the first wave and avoid leaving an excessively large susceptible pool that would amplify subsequent waves. Accordingly, we upgrade the original policy to a \textit{Twelve-character} strategy for prevention, mitigation, and control---\textit{clearing stagnant water, killing adult mosquitoes, preventing bites, and screening cases early}---providing theoretical support for chikungunya and other mosquito-borne diseases.

Learning Deployable Causal Action Geometry under Temporal Non-Stationarity

Learning a response law for continuous decisions from observational time series is central to many real-world decision systems, yet temporal non-stationarity poses a fundamental challenge: as outcomes drift over time, naively pooled models can conflate action effects with shifting baselines and even reverse action rankings. Even when the one-step response is identifiable, unrestricted cross-time generalization remains fundamentally ill-posed. We therefore seek the part of the response that remains stable for decisions even when outcome levels do not. We propose deployable causal action geometry: the action-response shape that remains after anchoring away action-independent level shifts on a selected link scale and profiling out positive amplitude variation. Building on this target, we develop a two-stage orthogonal estimator that first obtains cross-fitted pilot estimates of anchored responses and then performs honest profiled selection over link, representation, and shape classes. The resulting estimator admits oracle guarantees for the restricted target and, under approximate persistence, produces decision rules that remain near optimal in future periods. Experiments on synthetic data and Dominick's support the proposed target and its transfer behavior. In a randomized Taobao A/B test, the deployed system improves GMV and purchase counts by \(1.16\%\) and \(1.70\%\).

GIFT: Global Irreplaceability Frame Targeting for Efficient Video Understanding

Video Large Language Models (VLMs) have achieved remarkable success in video understanding, but the significant computational cost from processing dense frames severely limits their practical application. Existing methods alleviate this by selecting keyframes, but their greedy decision-making, combined with a decoupled evaluation of relevance and diversity, often falls into local optima and results in erroneously selecting irrelevant noise frames. To address these challenges, we propose GIFT: Global Irreplaceability Frame Targeting, a novel training-free framework that selects frames by assessing their intrinsic irreplaceability. Specifically, we first introduce Directed Diversity to quantify a frame's uniqueness conditioned on relevance, which allows us to formulate a unified irreplaceability score. Subsequently, our Budget-Aware Refinement strategy employs a adaptive iterative process that first secures a core set of frames with the highest irreplaceability, and then shifts its priority to building crucial temporal context around these selections as the budget expands. Extensive experiments demonstrate that GIFT achieves a maximum average improvement of 12.5% across long-form video benchmarks on LLaVA-Video-7B compared to uniform sampling. MoonGS: High-quality Representation of the Lunar Surface via Gaussian Splatting Using Robust Depth Features from Image Pairs

High-quality 3D reconstruction of lunar terrain from sparse rover images is indispensable for autonomous lunar exploration, but remains challenging because viewpoint overlap is insufficient, surface textures are weak, and data volume is limited. We propose MoonGS, the first feed-forward 3D Gaussian Splatting framework tailored to lunar scenes. Given only two input images, MoonGS predicts pixel-aligned Gaussian primitives in a single forward pass and renders photorealistic novel views without any per-scene optimization. MoonGS (i) adopts an adaptable backbone design that seamlessly integrates advanced vision foundation models to extract robust depth features; (ii) integrates semantic priors in two manners: merging semantic cues with visual features to refine Gaussian parameter estimation, and adopting a semantic ranking loss that regularizes background depth; and (iii) employs an entropy-guided heuristic resampling strategy to augment sparse observations by selecting the most informative distant viewpoints with negligible overhead. Experiments on the LuSNAR benchmark and our synthetic weak-texture MoonBlender dataset show that MoonGS surpasses state-of-the-art feed-forward NeRF/3DGS baselines by +4.9 dB PSNR, +0.29 SSIM, and 40\% lower LPIPS while maintaining sub-second inference. Furthermore, we validate the broad applicability of our framework by demonstrating that it effectively leverages state-of-the-art backbones, including VGGT, to significantly boost performance. Qualitative evaluations on Chang'e mission imagery also show the best visual quality among compared methods, indicating robustness on real lunar data. Beyond Single Videos: Benchmarking and Active Evidence Seeking for E-Commerce Cross-Video Reasoning

E-commerce videos are information-dense and frequently compared by consumers evaluating products and merchants assessing marketing strategies. However, existing multimodal models mainly focus on single-video understanding and have limited ability to compare information across videos. We introduce AdsCVR, the first e-commerce cross-video reasoning benchmark, containing 2,483 videos and 6,110 question-answer pairs across six reasoning dimensions. Cross- video reasoning requires models to locate fine-grained evidence among many redundant frames and integrate visual details, speech, and on-screen text. We therefore propose AdSeek, an agentic framework that dynamically selects visual and audio tools during multi-turn exploration, replacing static uniform sampling with active evidence acquisition. To address the sparse credit assignment of reinforcement learning, we develop an offline trajectory rectification mechanism that identifies reasoning errors and missing multimodal evidence in RL-generated trajectories. The corrected trajectories provide supervised fine-tuning signals that reduce biases learned during RL. This mechanism supports a rectified bootstrapping pipeline in which initial RL exposes reasoning bottlenecks, supervised fine-tuning corrects them, and a final RL stage further improves the policy. AdSeek achieves 74.30 percent accuracy on the AdsCVR test split, outperforming its Qwen3-VL-8B-Instruct backbone by 27.90 percentage points. It also generalizes to the open- domain CrossVid benchmark, demonstrating effective active evidence gathering.

World2Motion: Turning Video World Models into 3D Human Motion Generators

We present World2Motion, a framework that generates scene-aware 3D human motion and corresponding video from a single image and a text prompt. While existing 3D motion generators learn from motion datasets, their generalization is constrained by limited coverage of environments. In contrast, video world models such as Cosmos 3 offer broader environmental priors but are not designed for full-body motion generation; recovering motion from their generated videos requires costly two-stage inference. To address these, we turn Cosmos 3 into a single-stage 3D motion generator. This adaptation has two challenges: the scarcity of paired video--motion data and temporal instability in the generated motion. First, we construct a training dataset combining synthetic video--motion pairs with real videos paired with estimated 3D motion. Second, we propose a shift-decoupled noise schedule that assigns different noise levels to video and motion through shared denoising progress. This design accommodates the different denoising requirements of the two modalities, reducing motion jitter. Experiments on a multi-source interaction benchmark show that World2Motion has better motion--text alignment and scene interaction compared with the evaluated 3D motion generators. It also matches the interaction success rate of the two-stage baseline while achieving approximately 3.3$\times$ faster inference. Our project page is available at https://fyantu.github.io/World2Motion/.

MUGEN: Interactive Panoramic World Exploration via Camera Control

Interactive panoramic video generation aims to synthesize immersive 360\textdegree{} videos that remain visually coherent while following user-specified camera trajectories during exploration. However, progress is limited by a coupled data-and-model gap: existing panoramic video datasets are often short, weakly annotated, or lack camera trajectories, while existing camera-controlled video generation models are designed for perspective videos and do not directly support panoramic geometry. In this paper, we introduce MUGEN and Wan360 to address these limitations. MUGEN is a large-scale real-world panoramic video dataset tailored to interactive 360-degree world exploration, comprising over 1,300 hours of at least 4K panoramic videos with rich semantic and geometric annotations. Built on MUGEN, we further present Wan360, a camera-controllable interactive panoramic video generation model. Panoramic videos are commonly represented by EquiRectangular Projection (ERP), which unfolds a spherical 360-degree view into a rectangular frame with cyclic longitude seams and pole distortions. To this end, Wan360 introduces three parameter-free ERP-aware components: periodic longitude RoPE for seam-consistent positional encoding, ERP-aware padding for reducing boundary artifacts, and random roll yaw for consistent learning. For camera control, Wan360 uses a panoramic Plücker embedding that represents camera motion with ERP rays rather than perspective pinhole rays. Experiments show that MUGEN serves as a data foundation for panoramic world exploration, and that Wan360 enables high-quality, temporally coherent, camera-controllable 360-degree video generation.

RL-Native Distillation: Exploiting Scored Trajectories for Few-Step Image Generation

Efficient text-to-image generation requires both reinforcement-learning (RL)-based reward alignment and few-step distillation, yet these procedures are typically performed sequentially, increasing training cost and risking the loss of reward gains during compression. We take an RL-native perspective: diffusion RL already generates reward-scored finite-step trajectories, whose intermediate states provide distillation supervision. Based on this insight, we propose REST (Reward-Enhanced Scored-Trajectory Distillation), a single-stage co-training framework in which a decoupled student learns from the evolving RL teacher's trajectories without changing teacher optimization. Advantage-Modulated Distillation (AMD) transforms rollout advantages into signed weights, strengthening imitation of preferred trajectories and aligning distillation priorities with task value. The resulting framework is general and lightweight, requires no extra image rollouts, no separate distillation dataset, and no adversarial training. Experiments on compositional generation, visual text rendering, and human-preference alignment demonstrate competitive few-step, CFG-free generation with RAM or DiffusionNFT teachers. With only four sampling steps, REST-RAM achieves a DrawBench PickScore of 23.97, outperforming both the 40-step RAM teacher (23.95) and RTDMD (23.71).

HappyWorld-Bench

Evaluating world models requires assessing both the quality of the worlds they generate and their consistency and responsiveness under exploration, interaction, and modification. We introduce HappyWorld-Bench, a comprehensive benchmark that evaluates whether generated worlds remain reliable as agents interact with them. Our design is built on a hierarchical capability framework of six world capabilities (W1-W6), from generative construction to unified world modeling, instantiated across three independent evaluation tracks: video world models, spatial world models, and embodied world models. HappyWorld-Bench comprises 1,138 video prompts, 300 spatial scenes, and 254 embodied test cases. Across all three tracks, we build and operate HappyWorld-Arena to organize human A/B comparisons and derive model-level Elo ratings, which complement newly designed automated metrics that capture behavioral correctness. We evaluate 14 video world models, 9 spatial systems, and 8 embodied candidates under this unified framework. Results reveal remaining reliability gaps across all three tracks: video models exhibit reduced consistency during extended rollouts and revisits, spatial models achieve at best 70.14% placement accuracy and 73.33% edit execution, and embodied models struggle to preserve state across multi-step actions and respond precisely to altered action conditions and physical rules. These findings highlight the need to evaluate world models not only by visual quality, but also by state consistency and the correctness of their responses to actions and interventions.

Behavior2Value: Benchmarking and Empowering LLMs for Consumer Value Measurement from E-commerce Behaviors

Human values are deep motivational orientations that shape human behaviors. In e-commerce, they reveal the stable drivers behind users' purchase decisions. Compared with short-term interests, consumer values better explain how users evaluate products before purchase. However, consumer values are often implicit in complex and fragmented behavioral trajectories, leaving value measurement from e-commerce behaviors largely underexplored. To this end, we propose the Behavior-to-Value (B2V) task, which aims to identify consumer values from e-commerce behavioral trajectories. Centered on this task, we first construct the E-commerce Consumption Value Taxonomy (ECVT) and introduce B2V-Bench, the first B2V dataset and benchmark, based on anonymized Taobao behavioral logs. B2V-Bench consists of real-world purchase decision episodes, covering 25 types of purchase behaviors, along with corresponding consumer value orientations manifested in each episode. To improve consumer value measurement accuracy, we further present B2V-Verifier, a behavior-to-value measurement model based on Value Verification Tuning, which learns to assess whether behaviors provide sufficient evidence for each value inference. Experiments show that B2V-Verifier outperforms strong LLM baselines, improving multi-label classification by 34\%. The dataset and code will be publicly released upon acceptance.
