4DGS-Fixer: Generative Sparse-View 4D Gaussian Splatting with Iterative Refinement Guided by Video Diffusion Priors

This paper addresses the challenges of dynamic scene synthesis from sparse-view videos. Existing methods employ geometric priors, adaptive optimization, or density-control strategies to improve 4D Gaussian modeling under sparse observations. However, they cannot fundamentally resolve the ill-posed problem caused by insufficient observations and missing scene information. Moreover, sparse-view 4D Gaussian Splatting (4DGS) often suffers from poor geometric initialization: with only a few input views, COLMAP typically reconstructs sparse and incomplete point clouds, leaving large scene regions without sufficient Gaussian support and making them difficult to recover through subsequent optimization. To address these limitations, we propose a novel iterative refinement framework based on a video diffusion model to improve the completeness and consistency of dynamic 4D scenes. Specifically, we first estimate multi-view depth maps and fuse them into dense point clouds to provide more complete geometric initialization for a dynamic 4DGS representation. We then employ a pretrained video restoration model to refine sequences rendered along novel camera trajectories at different time steps. The restored sequences serve as pseudo-supervision to regularize and iteratively refine the 4DGS representation. Experiments on a widely used benchmark dataset demonstrate that our method substantially outperforms existing baselines, achieving nearly a 2 dB PSNR improvement over the previous best-performing method.

VBVR-Pro: A Scalable and Verifiable Suite for Native Visual Reasoning

Native visual reasoning treats visual generation as the medium of reasoning itself: visual states (i.e. images and videos) are not merely inputs to be understood or outputs to be rendered, but first-class substrates for problem solving beyond language. Yet progress remains bottlenecked by the lack of scalable training tasks, reliable feedback, and controlled comparisons across generative substrates. In this work, we introduce VBVR-Pro, a closed-loop testbed that makes native visual reasoning through generation trainable, verifiable, optimizable, and experimentally controllable. 1) Task scaling. VBVR-Pro turns visual reasoning into a controlled task space of 300 procedurally generated tasks. Models trained on VBVR-Pro show strong transfer beyond the proposed suite across seven external visual reasoning benchmarks such as RISE-Video, MME-CoF-Pro, and BabyVision. 2) Verifiable rewards. VBVR-Pro provides verifiable reward scorers for task-grounded evaluation. Through a systematic study of leading MLLMs as judges, we identify recurring failure modes of the prevalent VLM-as-a-judge paradigm. In contrast, the proposed scorers are grounded in deterministic, task-specific rules, achieve fine-grained alignment with human judgments. Importantly, they serve as reliable reward signals for large-scale multi-task reinforcement learning and demonstrate stronger post-RL performance across visual reasoning tasks. 3) Mechanism study. VBVR-Pro enables controlled modality studies across more than 30 image, video, and interleaved generators. Our analysis shows that video generation remains strongest for tasks requiring persistent spatiotemporal state tracking, while interleaved generation provides a compute-efficient alternative. Critically, ablations and probing suggest the presence of vision-native trajectories that are crucial to visual reasoning. We release all data, models, scorers, and code.

Mask Forcing: Improving Autoregressive Video Diffusion Distillation via Dual-Noise Masking Rollout

Autoregressive (AR) video diffusion models have shown great potential in real-time video generation. Recent methods distill pretrained bidirectional video diffusion models into causal AR students through Distribution Matching Distillation (DMD), but the generated videos often suffer from over-saturation and over-smoothing issues, resulting in limited visual quality and realism. The key contributing factor is the mode-seeking behavior of the reverse KL objective in DMD, which can cause the student distribution to collapse onto only a few modes of the teacher distribution. To address this, we propose Mask Forcing, a Dual-Noise Masking Rollout strategy that perturbs the AR student self-rollout to mitigate mode collapse induced by reverse-KL mode seeking. The core idea is to inject cleaner signals into noisy rollout inputs via random masks along spatial and temporal axes during the self-rollout process of AR diffusion distillation. Such perturbations encourage the student rollouts to explore more regions of the teacher distribution, allowing DMD to provide learning signals beyond the modes already covered by the student. Moreover, the cleaner tokens act as denoising guidance for other noisier tokens, improving the intermediate rollout predictions and reducing error accumulation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method improves multiple AR video diffusion distillation methods with higher visual quality efficiently, without incorporating real video data or additional post-training stages.

ShotVerse: Advancing Cinematic Camera Control for Text-Driven Multi-Shot Video Creation

Text-driven video generation has democratized film creation, but camera control in cinematic multi-shot scenarios remains a significant block. Implicit textual prompts lack precision, while explicit trajectory conditioning imposes prohibitive manual overhead and often triggers execution failures in current models. To overcome this bottleneck, we propose a data-centric paradigm shift, positing that aligned (Caption, Trajectory, Video) triplets form an inherent joint distribution that can connect automated plotting and precise execution. Guided by this insight, we present ShotVerse, a ``Plan-then-Control'' framework that decouples generation into two collaborative agents: a VLM (Vision-Language Model)-based Planner that leverages spatial priors to obtain cinematic, globally aligned trajectories from text, and a Controller that renders these trajectories into multi-shot video content via a camera adapter. Central to our approach is the construction of a data foundation: we design an automated multi-shot camera calibration pipeline aligns disjoint single-shot trajectories into a unified global coordinate system. This facilitates the curation of ShotVerse-Bench, a high-fidelity cinematic dataset with a three-track evaluation protocol that serves as the bedrock for our framework. Extensive experiments demonstrate that ShotVerse effectively bridges the gap between unreliable textual control and labor-intensive manual plotting, achieving superior cinematic aesthetics and generating multi-shot videos that are both camera-accurate and cross-shot consistent.

EchoWM: Open and Enterable Omnimodal World Models

We present EchoWM, an omnimodal world model for enterable generative media that responds to continuous navigation while jointly generating 720p video, environmental sound, music and speech. We organize interaction around camera intent: in first-person scenes, it specifies observer motion, while in third-person scenes, camera--character dynamics are learned from data without view-specific controllers. Discrete commands and continuous poses are mapped to a shared metric-scale relative 6-DoF trajectory, with dataset-level calibration preserving motion magnitude across heterogeneous data. To jointly learn audio-visual generation and trajectory control, we construct a complementary data engine and adopt progressive training followed by autoregressive post-training for long-horizon generation. Extensive evaluations show that \model achieves strong trajectory following and high visual quality on public world-model benchmarks, supporting both first- and third-person interaction across varied subjects, and maintaining synchronized environmental sound and speech over long-horizon generation.

ReguSim: Evaluating LLM Agent Rule Grounding in Financial Compliance

LLM agents in financial markets may cite rules yet still submit orders that violate executable constraints or misread surveillance evidence. We introduce ReguSim, a controlled financial-compliance environment, and ReguBench, a target-marked monitoring benchmark, to separate four artifacts: stated reasoning, attempted action, execution enforcement, and monitor evidence. In trader runs with DeepSeek V4 Pro and Gemini 3.5 Flash, visible rules reduce but do not eliminate rejected actions, and incentive or persona framing shifts behavior. A bridge study shows that trader rationales can mislead an independent monitor unless enforcement evidence is shown. In monitoring, simple structured baselines either match or exceed prompt-only LLMs. The results frame financial compliance evaluation as an audit of rule-grounded actions and evidence use, rather than a single compliance score.

Towards Geometry-Grounded Dense Semantic Matching with VGGT Priors

Semantic matching aims to establish pixel-level correspondences between instances of the same category and represents a fundamental task in computer vision. Existing approaches suffer from two limitations: (i) Geometric Ambiguity: Their reliance on 2D foundation model features (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DINO) often fails to disambiguate symmetric structures, requiring extra fine-tuning yet lacking generalization; (ii) Nearest-Neighbor Rule: Their pixel-wise matching ignores cross-image invisibility and neglects manifold preservation. These challenges call for geometry-aware pixel descriptors and holistic dense correspondence mechanisms. Inspired by recent advances in 3D geometric foundation models, we turn to VGGT, which provides geometry-grounded features and holistic dense matching capabilities well aligned with these needs. However, directly transferring VGGT is challenging, as it was originally designed for geometry matching within cross views of a single instance, misaligned with cross-instance semantic matching, and further hindered by the scarcity of dense semantic annotations. To address this, we propose an approach that (i) retains VGGT's intrinsic strengths by reusing early feature stages, fine-tuning later ones, and adding a semantic head for bidirectional correspondences; and (ii) adapts VGGT to the semantic matching scenario under data scarcity through cycle-consistent training strategy, synthetic data augmentation, and progressive training recipe with aliasing artifact mitigation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach achieves superior geometry awareness, matching reliability, and manifold preservation, outperforming previous baselines.

Collascope: Supporting Serendipitous Asset Exploration for Collage-Based Storytelling

Collage-based storytelling requires visual elements that support emerging narratives and inspire creative reinterpretation. Existing tools, however, rely largely on keyword- and image-based retrieval, offering limited support for serendipitous exploration beyond existing assets. We introduce Collascope, an interactive system that helps creators (1) concretize story intent with interactive element groups, (2) expand the exploration space based on concepts or cutouts towards conceptual and visual dimensions, and (3) develop grounded, traceable ideas in parallel with collage composition. Collascope's attribute-aware visual retrieval method, instantiated with collage-relevant visual dimensions, enables creators to retrieve cutouts through dimension-specific visual projections rather than holistic similarity. In a within-subject study (N=12) against a conventional search baseline, our participants used unexpected results and even gaps in the asset collection to redirect narratives, shift tone, and enrich compositions. Scene Parts helped organize exploration into manageable subtasks, while participants used association in distinct ways depending on whether exploration was guided by a clear goal, an evolving story, or visual intuition.

FlexComposer: Unified Video Compositing from Images to Dynamic Footage with Flexible Trajectory Control

Generative video compositing, which involves inserting external assets seamlessly into existing video sequences, is essential for content creation and visual effects. However, existing approaches suffer from a control-fidelity trade-off: they either hallucinate motion from static images, failing to preserve the dynamics of pre-animated assets, or lack fine-grained spatial control for precise asset placement along user-defined trajectories. We propose FlexComposer, a unified framework that standardizes video compositing as a trajectory-guided conditional generation task, enabling the seamless integration of both static images and dynamic footage. Our approach introduces three key designs: (1) a Unified Canonical Foreground Representation that decouples an object's intrinsic motion from its global displacement, standardizing heterogeneous inputs into a stabilized, centered latent space; (2) a Spatial-Aware Latent Injection strategy that exploits the translation equivariance of VAE latent spaces to transport canonical features onto target trajectories via a parameter-free mechanism; and (3) a Hybrid Dataset and Synthetic-to-Real Curriculum that synergizes procedural simulation, real-world cinematic footage, and generative data to implicitly learn physically plausible illumination and shadow harmonization. This unified design handles diverse inputs from product photos to dynamic subjects achieving high-fidelity motion control and environmental integration without the need for explicit 3D reconstruction or auxiliary learnable adapters. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FlexComposer outperforms state-of-the-art methods in visual quality, temporal consistency, and trajectory adherence.

MagicPrompt: Ultra-Lightweight Prompt Tuning for Video Generation

Large-scale video diffusion models deliver strong generation performance, but full fine-tuning for downstream tasks incurs prohibitive computational costs. Existing parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) methods have two critical flaws on billion-scale models: they still require substantial trainable parameters, and reward-based training suffers from noise-induced optimization instability in condition-guided tasks. We propose MagicPrompt, a lightweight framework that achieves extreme parameter efficiency and stable reward optimization. It first adopts Attention-Embedded Prompt Tuning, which steers generation via lightweight soft prompts with orders of magnitude fewer parameters while preserving pre-trained knowledge. It further introduces Dual-Space Reward Feedback Optimization, which uses self-supervised latent objectives to improve condition-guided reward training. Experiments show MagicPrompt reaches competitive performance with less than 1% trainable parameters and notably reduces training costs.

Video-MME-Logical: A Controlled Diagnostic Benchmark for Video Temporal-Logical Reasoning

Recent interest in multimodal large language models (MLLMs) raises a central question: can they reason over dynamic visual evidence rather than merely recognize objects or events in individual frames? This ability, which we refer to as video temporal-logical reasoning, requires models to maintain, update, and compose evidence as visual states evolve across frames. Existing video benchmarks often conflate this capability with scene complexity, static recognition, or uncontrolled temporal variation. To isolate this capability, we introduce Video-MME-Logical, a controlled benchmark organized around five temporal-logical operations: state tracking, sequential counting, temporal ordering, dynamic spatiality, and structural composition. The benchmark contains 25 fine-grained task categories generated with controlled object states, transitions, temporal dependencies, and logical compositions. It enables difficulty-controlled final-answer evaluation by varying temporal horizon and reasoning complexity, and supports intermediate-state diagnostics by verifying whether models recover the required logical reasoning trace before producing the final answer. Experiments with state-of-the-art MLLMs reveal a substantial human-model gap, especially as temporal-logical complexity increases. Supervised fine-tuning on up to 500K generated samples improves performance but remains insufficient to close the reasoning gap, positioning Video-MME-Logical as a scalable testbed for analyzing and improving temporal-logical reasoning in MLLMs.

TinyHistory: Lightweight Video History Embeddings via Two-Stage Context Learning

History context is central to autoregressive video generation, driving consistency and storytelling for both commercial models and personal use cases. For example, personal users, offline workflows, and individual-scale finetuning need to encode longer video histories under tight compute and memory budgets. We observe that content and identity consistency is an essential requirement, and that complete, uninterrupted history coverage together with content query and interpretation capabilities is broadly desired. We present TinyHistory, a lightweight history embedding learned through two-stage context learning. In the first stage, we pretrain the encoder on large-scale video data with a randomized frame query objective; in the second stage, we repurpose the pretrained encoder within an autoregressive video diffusion model to learn content-level consistency. As a result, we show that the learned lightweight embeddings achieve consistency comparable (by VLM, VBench, ELO, etc) to heavier alternatives, while reducing training overhead and extending the encodable history length within a given memory budget. We conduct ablation studies to analyze the influence and trade-offs of each component.

Triplet-Block Diffusion RWKV

Causal Transformer language models suffer from strictly sequential decoding and a quadratic per-step attention cost. While linear-time causal models and discrete diffusion models each address these weaknesses, their integration remains inherently inconsistent: diffusion requires bidirectional attention, while causal models are unidirectional. To unify these architectures, we propose $B^3D-RWKV$, a diffusion RWKV variant that integrates the model's $O(L)$ inference efficiency with parallel, bidirectional discrete-diffusion through a \emph{triplet-block layout} method. $B^3D-RWKV-7.2B$ reaches comparable accuracy on an 8-task suite versus existing models while significantly outperforming baselines in decoding throughput with an average of $\mathbf{1.6\times}$ speedup.

EvalVerse: Pipeline-Aware and Expert-Calibrated Benchmarking for Professional Cinematic Video Generation

The rapid evolution of generative video foundation models has propelled the field toward professional-grade cinematic synthesis. To achieve such demanding quality, the community transitions towards Reinforcement Learning (RL) and agentic workflows. However, reliable evaluation has emerged as a critical bottleneck. Existing benchmarks predominantly evaluate ''whether it is right'' (basic prompt-following) while fundamentally neglecting ''whether it is good'' (cinematic quality, acting, and aesthetics). Furthermore, current automated metrics lack the domain-specific rigor required to provide trustworthy signals, creating a severe credibility gap between human aesthetic perception and machine scoring. To bridge this gap, we introduce EvalVerse, a comprehensive, pipeline-aware, and expert-calibrated evaluation framework. We treat video generation assessment not merely as an engineering task, but as a core scientific problem: the systematic digitization of subjective cinematic expertise. First, we organize domain knowledge into an evaluation taxonomy aligned with the professional filmmaking workflow (pre-production, production, and post-production). Second, we distill human expert judgments into a curated dataset with large-scale human annotations. Third, we inject this knowledge into Vision-Language Models (VLMs) through an expert-calibrated fine-tuning strategy, enabling the VLM to perform explicit Chain-of-Thought reasoning. Compared to previous works, EvalVerse not only retains compatibility with foundational ''rightness'' metrics, but also significantly expands the criteria to ''goodness'' and broaden the task coverage to complex multi-shot sequencing and audio-visual integration. Consequently, by providing granular diagnostic signals, EvalVerse transcends a static leaderboard and establishes a fundamental infrastructure for future work, such as reward models and evaluator agent.

UniVidX: A Unified Multimodal Framework for Versatile Video Generation via Diffusion Priors

Recent progress has shown that video diffusion models (VDMs) can be repurposed for diverse multimodal graphics tasks. However, existing methods often train separate models for each problem setting, which fixes the input-output mapping and limits the modeling of correlations across modalities. We present UniVidX, a unified multimodal framework that leverages VDM priors for versatile video generation. UniVidX formulates pixel-aligned tasks as conditional generation in a shared multimodal space, adapts to modality-specific distributions while preserving the backbone's native priors, and promotes cross-modal consistency during synthesis. It is built on three key designs. Stochastic Condition Masking (SCM) randomly partitions modalities into clean conditions and noisy targets during training, enabling omni-directional conditional generation instead of fixed mappings. Decoupled Gated LoRA (DGL) introduces per-modality LoRAs that are activated when a modality serves as the generation target, preserving the strong priors of the VDM. Cross-Modal Self-Attention (CMSA) shares keys and values across modalities while keeping modality-specific queries, facilitating information exchange and inter-modal alignment. We instantiate UniVidX in two domains: UniVid-Intrinsic, for RGB videos and intrinsic maps including albedo, irradiance, and normal; and UniVid-Alpha, for blended RGB videos and their constituent RGBA layers. Experiments show that both models achieve performance competitive with state-of-the-art methods across distinct tasks and generalize robustly to in-the-wild scenarios, even when trained on fewer than 1,000 videos. DataSway: Vivifying Metaphoric Visualization with Animation Clip Generation and Coordination

Animating metaphoric visualizations brings data to life, enhancing the comprehension of abstract data encodings and fostering deeper engagement. However, creators face significant challenges in designing these animations, such as crafting motions that align semantically with the metaphors, maintaining faithful data representation during animation, and seamlessly integrating interactivity. We propose a human-AI co-creation workflow that facilitates creating animations for SVG-based metaphoric visualizations. Users can initially derive animation clips for data elements from vision-language models (VLMs) and subsequently coordinate their timelines based on entity order, attribute values, spatial layout, or randomness. Our design decisions were informed by a formative study with experienced designers (N=8). We further developed a prototype, DataSway, and conducted a user study (N=14) to evaluate its creativity support and usability. A gallery with seven cases demonstrates its capabilities and applications in web-based hypermedia. We conclude with implications for future research on bespoke data visualization animation.

Pseudo-Unification: Entropy Probing Reveals Divergent Information Patterns in Unified Multimodal Models

Unified multimodal models (UMMs) were designed to combine the reasoning ability of large language models (LLMs) with the generation capability of vision models. In practice, however, this synergy remains elusive: UMMs fail to transfer LLM-like reasoning to image synthesis and exhibit divergent response behaviors. We term this phenomenon pseudo-unification. Diagnosing its internal causes is important, but existing probing methods either lack model-internal insight or ignore prompt-response dependencies. To address these limitations, we propose an information-theoretic probing framework that jointly analyzes how UMMs encode inputs and generate outputs. Applied to ten representative UMMs, our framework reveals that pseudo-unification stems from a dual divergence: (i) Modality-Asymmetric Encoding, where vision and language follow different entropy trajectories, and (ii) Pattern-Split Response, where text generation exhibits high-entropy creativity while image synthesis enforces low-entropy fidelity. Only models that unify both sides (e.g., via contextual prediction) achieve more genuine unification, enabling stronger reasoning-based text-to-image generation even with fewer parameters. Our work provides the first model-internal probing of unification, demonstrating that real multimodal synergy requires consistency in information flow, not just shared parameters.

ProFashion: Prototype-guided Fashion Video Generation with Multiple Reference Images

Fashion video generation aims to synthesize temporally consistent videos from reference images of a designated character. Despite significant progress, existing diffusion-based methods only support a single reference image as input, severely limiting their capability to generate view-consistent fashion videos, especially when there are different patterns on the clothes from different perspectives. Moreover, the widely adopted motion module does not sufficiently model human body movement, leading to sub-optimal spatiotemporal consistency. To address these issues, we propose ProFashion, a fashion video generation framework leveraging multiple reference images to achieve improved view consistency and temporal coherency. To effectively leverage features from multiple reference images while maintaining a reasonable computational cost, we devise a Pose-aware Prototype Aggregator, which selects and aggregates global and fine-grained reference features according to pose information to form frame-wise prototypes, which serve as guidance in the denoising process. To further enhance motion consistency, we introduce a Flow-enhanced Prototype Instantiator, which exploits the human keypoint motion flow to guide an extra spatiotemporal attention process in the denoiser. To demonstrate the effectiveness of ProFashion, we extensively evaluate our method on the MRFashion-7K dataset we collected from the Internet. ProFashion also outperforms previous methods on the UBC Fashion dataset.
