Hubble Susceptibility: Beyond Effective-Mass Spectroscopy in the Cosmological Collider
Abstract
In this note, we introduce the Hubble susceptibility of cosmological-collider masses, encoded in the scale dependence of the squeezed-limit oscillation. Heavy fields generically receive Hubble-induced mass corrections during inflation, and we show that the local oscillation frequency and its drift can disentangle such corrections from an intrinsic mass contribution at leading slow-roll and adiabatic order.
