Chiral Extensions of Cotangent Yangian

Abstract

We construct chiral extensions of the cotangent Yangian using vertex algebroids. At zero level, the construction yields a vertex algebra with a compatible coproduct, whose Zhu reduction recovers the cotangent Yangian of Abedin and Niu. We also construct vertex algebra extensions at non-zero levels and study level-additive coproducts. The zero-level vertex algebra admits two natural quasi-conformal structures. We compute the corresponding sphere one-point conformal blocks and equip each block space with an associative product induced by the coproduct. For the first quasi-conformal structure, the blocks space can be identified with the dual of a certain Lie algebroid homology; for the second, we describe the block algebra and its classical limit in terms of mini-twistor geometry.

Exponents of factorized groups and Kashina's conjecture for group-theoretical Hopf algebras

Let $G=FΓ$ be a factorization of a finite group, with neither factor assumed normal and with $F\capΓ$ allowed to be nontrivial. We prove that $\exp(G)$ divides $\operatorname{lcm}(|F|,|Γ|)$, or equivalently that $\gcd([G:F],[G:Γ])\exp(G)$ divides $|G|$. This answers a cohomological divisibility question posed by Natale. Combining the group-theoretic divisibility with Natale's exponent bound and a lifting argument, we prove Kashina's exponent conjecture, in the arbitrary-field formulation of Etingof and Gelaki, for every finite-dimensional semisimple and cosemisimple Hopf algebra $H$ over a field $k$ for which $\operatorname{Rep}(H\otimes_k\overline{k})$ is group-theoretical. The same argument proves the corresponding degree-three cohomological divisibility for coefficients in an arbitrary $G$-module. For complex group-theoretical categories, we also establish Frobenius-Schur exponent divisibility under a cohomological factorization hypothesis, without assuming a fiber functor. We derive applications to low-dimensional Hopf algebras and abelian extensions.

On the Quantization-Dequantization Correspondence for (co)Poisson Hopf Algebras

In this paper, we construct a functorial quantization of (co)Poisson Hopf algebras within a broad categorical framework. We further introduce categories naturally associated with (co)Poisson Hopf algebras, namely Drinfeld-Yetter modules. These categories provide a canonical setting in which we define explicit dequantization functors that are inverse to the quantization functors. Using this framework, we also establish functorial (de)quantization results for the corresponding module categories. Finally, we recover the classical results of Etingof and Kazhdan as special cases of our construction and discuss applications to deformation quantization à la Tamarkin.

Shifted quantum affine superalgebras

For a quantum affine superalgebra with a fixed Drinfeld current presentation, we study shifted quantum affine superalgebras through a two-sided shifted Drinfeld current presentation, in which the leading degrees of the Cartan--Drinfeld currents are modified while the remaining current and Serre relations are retained. We then focus on the standard-parity type A algebras $\mathcal U_q^{μ_+,μ_-}(\widehat{\mathfrak{sl}}_{m|n})$. For arbitrary shifts and $m,n\ge1$, $m\ne n$, we prove a triangular decomposition. When $m,n>1$, we obtain PBW--Drinfeld bases for arbitrary shifts and a Levendorskii-type finite presentation of the one-sided algebra $\mathcal U_q^{0,μ}$ for every antidominant $μ$. For antidominant two-sided shifts, we construct shifted RTT realizations and prove the corresponding Ding--Frenkel isomorphisms. We construct a shifted formal Drinfeld coproduct for arbitrary two-sided shifts, coassociative in a completed tensor product. Shifted RTT realizations yield non-completed one-sided coproducts in the antidominant region, made explicit on finitely many generators by the finite presentation; injective shift homomorphisms extend them to arbitrary one-sided shifts. Their ternary coassociativity holds whenever the middle shift is antidominant, including boundary cases. Finally, for two-sided antidominant shifts $μ_+,μ_-\inΛ^-$, a shifted full general-linear Ding--Frenkel isomorphism identifies the special-linear simple-current algebra as the fixed algebra under common scalar rescalings and yields coassociative two-sided non-completed coproducts.
