Study of the dark energy models in f(Q, Lm) gravity in different formalisms
Abstract
We study the late time cosmological evolution of the Universe in the framework of a flat Friedmann Lemaitre Robertson-Walker spacetime in f(Q,Lm) gravity. The cosmic dynamics of the Friedmann equations are discussed using various equation of state (EoS) parameters like Chevallier Polarski Linder (CPL), Jassal Bagla Padmanabhan (JBP), Barboza Alcaniz (BA), and Logarithmic (LOG). We use joint observational datasets of Hubble (OHD), DES five year Type Ia supernovae (DES 5YR), and the Baryon Acoustic Oscillation (BAO) measurements to obtain the best fit values of model parameters, which show good agreement with current observations. These models exhibit a smooth transition from early deceleration to late time acceleration. The equation of state parameter displays quintessence like behaviour over a wide redshift range and gradually converges its behaviour from quintessence-like to phantom-like behaviour as z tends to -1, except in the BA case. Furthermore, we investigate the physical characteristics of the model in order to assess its physical viability. We also analyse the energy conditions and examine the stability of the proposed model.
