The Search for a New Equivalence Principle

Abstract

The new emerging quantum physics - quantum computing conceptual bridge, mandates a ``grand unification'' of space-time-matter and quantum information (all quantized), with deep implications for science in general. The major physics revolutions in our understanding of the universe are briefly reviewed and a ``missing'' equivalence principle is identified and its nature explained. An implementation as an external super-symmetry $\C{E}=ic\C{P}$ is suggested, generalizing the Wick rotation ``trick''. Taking advantage of the interpretation of entropy as a measure of symmetry, it is naturally asimilated within the present Feynman Path Integral algebraic formalism.

Canonical quantization of the complex scalar field without making use of its real and imaginary parts

We proceed to the canonical quantization of the complex scalar field without making use of its real and imaginary parts. Our motivation is to formally connect, as tightly as possible, the quantum-field notions of particle and antiparticle$\unicode{x2014}$most prominently represented, formally, by creation and annihilation operators$\unicode{x2014}$to the initial classical field theory$\unicode{x2014}$whose main formal object is the field amplitude at a given spacetime point. Our point of view is that doing this via the use of the real and imaginary parts of the field is not satisfying. The derivation demands to consider, just before quantization, the field and its complex conjugate as independent fields, which yields a system of two copies of independent complex scalar fields. One then proceeds to quantization with these two copies, which leads to the introduction of two families of creation and annihilation operators, corresponding to particles for the creation operators, and to antiparticles for the annihilation operators. One realizes that having two such families is the only hope for being able to "invert" the definitions of the creation and annihilation in terms of the Fourier quantized fields, so as to finally obtain an expression of the direct-space fields in terms of these creation and annihilation operators, because the real-field condition used in the case of a real scalar field does not hold for a complex scalar field. This final goal is then met by introducing the complex-conjugate constraint at the quantum level, that is, that the second independent field copy is actually the complex conjugate of the first. All derivations are led in a rigorous, and in particular purely deductive way, and all standard results are recovered that way. While we reckon our derivation exists in the literature, we have not found it.

Pinched Multi Affine Geometry and Confinement: Describing the Yang-Mills Mass Gap

We give physical gap certificates for regulated Yang-Mills Hamiltonians and conditional continuum-transfer criteria. At fixed spatial cutoff, the physical $SU(3)$ Hamiltonian has a volume-independent gap of at least $8a/3$ for magnetic/electric ratio $b/a\le1/648$, with a thermodynamic ground state and a surviving finite-energy Wilson excitation. Its centered two-point autocorrelations have positive spectral representations; on the stated periodic cubes, every positive magnetic coupling gives the elementary plaquette at least two active energies. Quantum relative entropy identifies the physical energy form, while exact elimination retains the dynamical memory of discarded modes. We derive volume- and exterior-uniform vacuum score bounds, construct compatible finite hierarchies, and give summability and spectral-tightness criteria for limiting dynamics and surviving observables. Pinching motivates a conditional tube-energy balance; its use for an infrared gap requires uniform comparison with the complete vacuum-subtracted quantum energy after relaxation, including control of local low modes and localization errors. The remaining inputs include uniform infrared and shell estimates, local vacuum comparison rates, and relativistic field reconstruction. The interacting four-dimensional construction, nontrivial renormalized local fields and a uniform physical mass gap remain unproved.

GLLH EM Invisible Cloak With Novel Front Branching And Without Exceeding Light Speed Violation

In this paper, for the first time in the world, we propose a new electromagnetic (EM) cloak without superluminal propagation and without time delay. Using Global and Local (GL) electromagnetic non-scattering modeling and inversion with a distinctive class of materials a_{αβ}\log ^α(b_{αβ}/h) h^β(GLLH Cloak), the named GLLH invisible cloak is developed in arXiv:1005.3999V1 in 2010. After 16 years, this paper is version 3 of arXiv:1005.3999V1 . The refractive index of the GLLH cloak material is greater than or equal to one. Spherical harmonic analysis and the GL modeling and inversion method are used to simulate the electromagnetic wave propagation through the GLLH cloak without superluminal effects and without time delay. The novel EM wave propagation and front branching in the GLLH cloak obtained by GL EM modeling are presented. Find an invisible cloak is the non scattering problem. Using Global and Local (GL) electromagnetic non-scattering modeling and inversion with a distinctive class of materials is one method in our paper in arXiv:1005.3999V1 in 2010. Another method is some 0 to R1 radial coordinate transformations with superluminal and infinite phase velocity. From the GLLH invisible cloak, we discovered positive space and negative space and invisible science. Using a new negative infinity to 0 quasi topological transformation, we discovered new isotropic electromagnetic invisible GLHUA sphere; anisotropic electromagnetic invisible GLHUA cloak. In the GLLH cloak, the wave front is curved as a crescent like and without superluminal and time delay. Open question: Can we construct a 3D Kakeya set where line segments of length represent the vector field of EM wave ray-tracing propagation through GLLH, GLHUA cloaks, and the GLHUA sphere?
